Feel like trying to take advantage. Asked for a quote for 16’ above ground pool opening. Granted it needs extra vacuuming due to cover half falling off. Was quoted $600-800 which is insane. I could drain and reline the pool for less. Got a different company to do it, for $225. Hook up filter, vacuum, shock fold upCover. Feeling these companies just throw numbers and hope naive people will be desperate and accept.

Called them came the same day and closed my pool. Did a great job will use them every year.

We called to have our pool filter fixed. The filter was not fixed and Jim even saw that it wasn’t working after the work he did and told us to contact the original manufacture. We were charged $275 for basically nothing because the issue was still present. I tried to asked him to break down the price invoice over text and couldn’t get a straight answer or a breakdown on price, he ignored my attempts to understand the price he charged us and with an attitude assuming I was bs-ing him. Just don’t try them lol.

Great job by Jim’s team. Came in, had the whole pool closed in about an hour! Would highly recommend them for their value and honesty.

Contracted with Total Pool Care for a Loop Lock Pool cover installation and very please with the install. Took the time to strategically lay out the cover as not to damage a new paver patio and winterized the pool as well. Highly recommended from a fussy home owner...

I’m a Smithtown, New York homeowner. I recently contacted Jim from Total Pool Care to ask about repair or replacement of my 15-year old Aquacal heat pump. We talked about about my options, and I decided to go for a new Aquacal Super Quiet SQ125 variable speed heat pump. He was able to secure and install the unit within a couple of days. He was very professional, and I’m very pleased with this new unit. It’s very quiet, works great, and has many features lacking in the old unit. I highly recommend Total Pool Care and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Jim was able to fix the problem with my salt water computer saving me a lot of money. I recommend him to my neighbor as well.
