I stopped at Leslies to have my pool water analyzed. I was helped by Aneesa and she was very friendly. I used to go to Chemex but i will start going to Leslies. The products are overpriced like all other pool stores (versus going to Walmart or Lowes) but the customer service at Leslies was much better that any other pool store Ive tries.

My experience with Leslies.....well I have none because they do not answer the phone!! Looking for a Hayward sand filter but no response!!

These folks really know their stuff, super friendly and helpful. Theres often a wait for the free Water Analysis testing but, hey, its free. I walked in the other day and they even knew me by name. Thats remarkable nowadays. Would highly recommend using them.

This particular location always seems to be busy which normally would be a deterrent for me. Although sometimes the wait is long there’s one girl that works there that is absolutely amazing and really makes it worth it. This girl seriously knows everything about everything you would ever need for your pool or your hot tub and she works so quickly I’ve literally seen her health five customers at a time. I wish I could remember her name to give a shout out but if you visit this location you’ll know who I’m talking about.

Went into there today to get an impeller young lady was so helpful went out of her way to find it for me she made a life long customer thank you so much

Great store! But the short guy that works there is a liberal.

They did not have the piece needed for my pool. They did accommodate to help us either.
