My laptop screen went black. So, I found SOHO Geeks on google. I brought my laptop to Joe and he worked on it. There was a generic brand memory module that seem to cause some minor problems, and Joe removed it. Thinking it was all fixed unfortunately the screen went black and come on again over and over. I called Joe and he took it back right away, and thought maybe it was the display. He ordered a new display, that didnt work. Finally, always in the last place you look he tried a new monitor cable. And, there it is! I have to say that Joe went above and beyond to help me. He kept trying until he got it. He could have just quit after removing the memory module after he got paid, but he didnt. He worked on it until he got it. Thank you so much Joe.
