Came in to repair the back glass on my iphone. Unfortunately the quality of glass and repair is very poor. As I was walking out of the shop and they were closing, the repaired glass panel cracked, right near the camera. After this the speakerphone feature stopped working during calls. We ended up going to the East Providence location so a supervisor could assess why the glass cracked and repair it for no cost. Once repaired she informed us that the glue wasnt properly set on the glass, which is most likely why it cracked. After this repair you could no longer make phonecalls on the phone, you couldnt hear the other person and they couldnt hear you, the Bluetooth stopped working, the battery started having problems and the phone would shut off at 17+ percent. Parts of the phone screen dont register when clicked. Even when the back panel was shattered, everything worked fine, just not after the repair. On top of all this, one day later the glass cracks in the exact same spot, it wasnt dropped at all. Please do not waste your time with them.

My Samsung S8 had a speaker issue where the only way I could hear folks or they hear me was to put the phone on speaker. Juan (not sure of spelling ) quickly resolved the problem saving me from having to purchase a new phone. He did not even charge for his time. Thank you, thank you. Would definitely go here for any phone problems.

I just my iPhone XR screen replaced by Jun and they had the best price around and was great service. I would go there again for other repairs.

My phone has a tiny crack and my carrier wouldn’t take it as trade in. They suggested me to come here to get the screen fixed so I can trade in my phone and get an upgrade. I needed a phone repair store and found this place. I thought I needed to get my iPhone screen fixed but when I came in and show the girl that works there my phone she told me it wasn’t my actual screen, it was just my tempered glass screen protector. I was very happy for their honesty and save me some $$, just gotten a new tempered glass screen protector. Definitely recommend this store, the staff was very nice and the store is very pleasing. Would definitely be coming back if I need anything else.

Called earlier for a screen repair and they have a really competitive price, at least very cheap for me. came in and get my phone fixed about 25 minutes. awesome guy and helped me through everything that i need. definitely will come back again.

Bought a iPhone X here basically brand new condition, unlocked at that so I don’t have to worry about getting it unlocked just have to put SIM card in and I’m all set.
