I use Wesco Oil because their website is easy to use and order oil delivery. I know the price Im paying and I can order the amount I want and can afford. I never get pressured to join a service plan which allows me to customize my oil purchases to fit my needs. When I place an order I get an email quickly that tells me the delivery date!

I started buying oil from Discount Oil Brokers (a Wesco subsidiary) in 2008, and then transferred over to Wesco last year when I decided to go on a budget plan. I have been nothing but thrilled with the service and prices from both companies. They always deliver on time when requested, and the interactions Ive had with their office staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended. Try Wesco/Discount Oil Brokers. You wont be sorry.

I have been with wesco oil for several years. They do an excellent job cleaning and maintaining my furnace as well as delivering my oil in a timely manner.

Wesco is a wonderful company to work with! I had been with the same oil company for 17 years and never received the level of care and attention that I receive from WESCO with every order. When my long term oil company would not deliver within 2 days during a bitterly cold week (unless I paid extra on top of the exorbitant prices I was already paying + a top dollar service contract) I called WESCO and they delivered the same day. Not only same day, but at a significantly lower price and with much better customer service. Easiest decision ever to ditch the company that did not value my business or my loyalty and switch to a company that understands the significance of both. Wesco can count on my business going forward.

Worst place to do business with, I have a boiler and water tank installed by wesco and paid $8,500 twelve years ago which is 4 times from average today I have a leak in the boiler I contacted the manufacturer they ask to have the installer to contact them wesco is punishing their customers if you dont buy oil from them at higher prices than competitors they will not do anything for you. Find a good company stand by their work you paid a lot of money for. NOT RECOMMEND IT

Dear Wesco Team, I just want to take a minute to recognize Brian for providing outstanding service! He went above and beyond to help me out earlier this year with my new boiler installation. Not only did he do an excellent job with the install, he called to my attention an issue that he noticed with my water pump. Apparently the pump was continuously turning on and off, even with the water shut off. I had noticed a few months prior that my electricity bill had gone way up, but couldnt pinpoint the cause. As a result of Brian being super observant and taking the time to let me know about the issue, I was able to get it fixed the same day. A month later, after the water pump was fixed and I had my new boiler with water tank installed (which Brian also recommended as a way to save $), I was beyond THRILLED to see that my electricity bill was literally slashed in half!!! On top of all of that, Brian also assisted me with getting me an OHIRI $500 rebate, which just arrived today. This check couldnt have come at a better time since I have been out of work for a few months. I am so appreciative of everything Brian has done to help me out and wanted to be sure you know what a stellar employee you have. Unfortunately, its a rare occurrence these days to receive such outstanding service, but every interaction Ive had with Wesco and Brian in particular has completely exceeded my expectations. Customer service LIES used for two years at this address and 2 at a previous address in the same town and are told at 5 pm day before thanksgiving that they wont deliver to us because we are out of there service area when we have been using them for years and our town is on there map for service area. We ordered oil at 8:30 in the Morning and they waited till 5 pm to say they will only come out if we double the order knowing that most places are closed already for the holiday, Horrible company. Only good to come of this is we found another company that will deliver and they are almost 30 cents cheaper

We have been using Wesco for about 5 years now. They have always gone the extra mile for us as their customer plus they are super reliable but today is what really made me want to leave a review. I heard the truck coming down my driveway and when I peaked out my front window I saw the Wesco driver fixing my mini American flag that had fallen out of my planter. The ground is frozen right now but that didnt stop him from making sure it got back into the soil where it belonged. Thank you Wesco for your continued excellent service and patriotism.

When I placed my first online order, they called me the next day and, since the prior tenant used them, as well, they gave me the complete rundown of last years oil usage, how long I could expect what was in my tank to last and, delivered the oil exactly when they said that they would. Very professional. Very impressive.

2nd year of using these guys. VERY happy with their service. They rushed out on my first order to help when I had no oil. Thanks very much for everything. To top it off, about 1/2 hour after I placed my order, I got a phone call from Adrian. She wanted me to know that I had a $35 credit on my account and they were going to give me 12 more gallons than I ordered and use the credit. I didn’t even know it existed. I can not say enough about Awesome Wesco is !! My furnace went a few days before Christmas. Was a scary experience for my family we had get the kids out of bed and out of the house early in the morning, call the fire dept . Wesco was at my door within an hour after the fire dept !! After inspection and being told we needed a new furnace just a few days before Christmas was horrible news ! We have used Wesco for years - they put up with our steep driveway without complaining and schedule around snowfall. Recent furnace replacement did not go as planned but they owned it and gave us a discount.

Westco provided us with a price quote of $285.00 for a delivery of 7000 gallons of pool water after much discussion regarding the steep incline and location of our pool. Westco also pulled up a Google map of our property which showed the incline of the driveway, and the distance from the road to the pool. We were assured they could deliver the water and agreed on the price of the water at $285 and delivery date. On the day of delivery, 2 days prior to a pool party we are hosting, the truck driver calls from my home and informs me that it will be $400 now to deliver the water because they need to deliver the water from the road and he cannot get up my driveway. I explained to the driver we had this discussion prior to agreeing on price and he said that he talked to his boss and the price is now $400. I called the office and the receptionist informed me the use of additional hoses would be extra and $400 was the price now. I asked her to speak with the owner. He was very rude and told me thats the way it is, take it or leave it! I explained again we went in great detail when we called about the location of the pool. I mentioned we expect him to stand by the quote and it is our expectation that his employees are trained to give the correct information. He was very rude on the phone and told me he wasnt going to deliver the water and hung up.

They all seem to be stupid and not understand what youre talking about. Rush to get you off the phone. Dont pay online... waiting for the call back is a joke when they charge you and dont need all the oil to get my money refunded. I called and gave them my name and called me someone elses name. Which makes me worry that my refund could go to someone elses credit card. They dont listen. My boyfriend called and asked them a question about the tank and they were so stupid and kept giving other answers and of course rushing off the phone. Very disappointed with the company. Makes me question how people like them. I guess rudeness and stupidity is what people seem to like. Ill find another company to go through. Just hope I actually get refunded the oil $$ that they didnt put in my tank.

Westco Oil went above and beyond to deliver to us in a bomb cyclone when we were on Empty. When ever I see a Westco Oil truck I will always remember that feeling when I saw that truck driving in my driveway during the snow storm. We were looking for a new oil company for this winter, as we use separate companies for service and oil delivery. We figured wed save ourselves some time and find a company that does both, but when we called, the person that we spoke with seemed to be annoyed and it seemed that we were inconveniencing them with questions. Customer service is everything and if the person answering your phone is rude to potential clients, youve got a problem. We decided to take our business elsewhere due to this conversation.
