Ive had my windshield replaced twice now at Richards and both times were quick, professionally installed and affordable. I would definitely recommend Richards if youre in need of a quick and affordable windshield replacement.

What some quoted me as a ridiculous price of 800 plus tax and fees, Richard charge me a very very reasonable price. They were fast and friendly and in my opinion worth more than Safelite. If my window breaks again which I know it will with commuting IM GOING BACK!!!!

I went today to get a tiny chip repaired in my windshield. $25 No problem right? Wrong. My tiny chip turned into “I’m sorry, but while repairing your windshield it spread, but we can get you a brand new windshield for around $300”. There was no warning to me that there was a possibility for this. There was no paperwork signed releasing the company from being held responsible. They just took my car to the back to “fix it”. I will never use this company again...

Went in today and got my windshield replaced. The technician was a nice young feller and the lady in the office was welcoming and we had a good conversation. Nice local business with nice local people.
