Severe water leakage problem in home impacting carpet, pad, and baseboards. ProMaster responded immediately with technical service and equipment that saved the existing carpet and pad. They worked with another contractor to install new baseboards. VERY PLEASED with the personnel and company.

When preparing to put our house on the market I budgeted $5k for new carpet to be installed. After visiting a friend who recommended I try to clean them, I called ProMaster. Andrew was courteous and prompt; he scheduled me quickly and at my convenience. I was shocked at the low quote and figured there would be hidden costs, “extras”, or maybe a less than quality outcome. Boy was I wrong. Andrew showed up on time, polite as can be, and worked magic. I had white carpets that were needing replacing when we originally bought the house. Add a couple years with a young son and a dog and not particularly good housekeeping skills and you get deeply soiled almost gray carpets. Andrew made them like new again. Not only do I love my “new” carpets but I didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get them. No extra costs, no hidden fees. If I could rate them a 10 out of 5 I would. Thanks again Andrew!
