Cleaners did an okay-good job cleaning my new construction house. We built a house with two story windows in the living area and a few of the upper windows remained uncleaned which was frustrating because I had to purchase the items necessary to clean them myself.The main issue with them, and apparently it happens frequently, is that Shawn, the CEO, underbids the jobs. I was originally quoted 10-12 hours at $25/hour ($250-$300) hours to clean my 1280 sqft new construction home. I agreed and scheduled the cleaning. Upon completion and doing the walk through, I was told the price was $575. I was noticeably taken aback and stated that I was quoted $250-$300. After some back and forth, I was told not to leave a bad review and that theyd rectify the situation by coming out and cleaning the outside windows for free. I was never contacted, so I am leaving this review.I personally wouldnt recommend them. Its my first time using a cleaning service, but would look elsewhere next time.

I have used almost all of the maid services on the Northshore. All Star Maid Service is the only service that provided me a certificate of insurance and workers comp before entering my home. From the first phone call I made to secure their services to the day that I was greeted by there staff I was very impressed. Their attention to detail was unlike any other service.
