We all look for a relationship with an automotive shop where trust is the basis. Thats what Ive found here. I dont have to push for a written quote as I know he will be good for his word. It’s Labor Day, following Hurricane Ida, we needed a patch on a tire. Called several places in Slidell. All closed except NTB on Gause. Person first asked if I had an appt, then told me it would be Friday before he could help me. In desperation I googled tire repair and Ultimate came up. Jeff and the service crew did an amazing job! Brought my truck today and left happier than when I bought it. Jeff and the techs installed a full on leveling kit and performed an alignment while still beating the time he estimated it to be completed. Jeff and his tech took care of me at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday when my car stalled at a red light. I started it back up, and I called last minute to see if I could come by. He immediately tested my vehicle and found out about an alternator problem. Unfortunately, I couldn’t allow him and his crew to fix it because my car is under warranty, but his assistance helped me identify the problem so I would know what to do.
