A gentleman name C.J at the Slidell Enterprise location came out and helped us with our selection. We already had a reservation but when he brought the vehicle out and getting ready to sign, I guess he noticed my face (while wearing a mask) lol but I was concerned about how small the vehicle was because we were driving my daughter to college and her stuff needed to be stored in the back of the car. He asked me is this enough room, and I said I don’t think so knowing they were out of vehicles. At this point I’m so nervous not to take the vehicle because it’s al we have. But immediately said “oh, let me go and see what I can do for you” Immediately comes out with more keys to a bigger vehicle! Even chopped down the price to make it affordable for me and my husband because we purchased the vehicle protection! I am so thankful for customer service like this! He made all my worries go away! He didn’t hesitate. He didn’t say they were out of vehicles! He said “ Let me see what I can do” AND fixed the problem that was my fault! Thank you C.J!!! I was so stressed about the car I was about to leave in and you delivered the best customer service! My daughter wants me to thank you as well because she was able to bring everything she wanted to college because of you! Thank you thank you thank you!

They need upper management to come in and supervise and/or retrain their employees. This used to be a great rental car company but not so much now. Additionally, there must be accommodations for people to return cars on the weekends. The excuse of not being able to have a lock box because it gets broken into is just stupid. If thats an issue, I am sure they can find another way to have keys returned. Otherwise, they need an employee available on the weekends simply for returns. We were VERY disappointed with our last experience.

Rented a Chevy Malibu from Enterprise after a guy damaged my car in a hit and run. The Mailbu was in great condition clean and sparkling in and out. The customer services representatives were very helpful and professional and got me in and out quickly. Contract and bill all done online. Representative kept in contact with me by phone and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Enterprise again. Unlimited mileage can’t be beat with a car that was a dream to drive.

The new manager ERICKEISHA or however you spell it must think enterprise is HER company. If youre one of the guys who details the car youre treated as a secondhand citizen. Witnessing her treatment of other employees deterred me from renting there. Somebody needs to realize that they WORK FOR enterprise. Not MERCEDES..AUDII.. BMW.. OR TESLA.. normal places I would usually get a car from

Service is superb and all, but unless you have help, you can forget about renting a car if youre part of the ex middle-class... Because the LEAST amount of money youll have to come up with is about $500. Sure, $300 of it is the deposit youll get back, but who can even afford to come up with that? Anyway, at first I only gave 4 stars because of that, but I decided to come change it to 5 stars for the employees. Because they were great, and its not their fault that you have to come up with so much money to rent a car. In fact, they tried to cut down the cost as much as they could. Thanks Enterprise!

I reserved a van for our winter vacation to the Smokies. I received a call the day before to confirm reservation. I arrived the next morning and my vehicle was waiting for me. I was in and out, on my way in just a few minutes. The Chrysler model was perfect for our trip. Everything was seamless, even the return. It was quicker than pick up

I was denied a rental at a competitor rental company, so came here last minute. I was very happy with the service here even before I got to the counter. The couple ahead of me were having a very similar issue to what I had just gone through, and Enterprise still got them into a car. I will be coming back here for all of my car rental needs from now on.

Great staff at this location except for a few that could use some extra customer service training. I rent pretty often with my kids off at college and have been highly satisfied with every rental. I had an issue once, but the Manager took great care of the situation. He listened, didn’t make excuses and made sure I left satisfied. The vehicles are clean, which is very important in these COVID-19 times. Keep up the great work Enterprise! I have to remember to get pictures next time.

Well I get there, they gave me a car that already had the air going out on it. They put air in it. I drive around for a little bit and the air goes out of it completely. I called them and had to get AAA to come fix it. Now I gotta wait till tomorrow to get another car. Very dissatisfied. Here is a pic of tire.

This was the overall best experience I have ever had at Enterprise. In and out in less than 10 minutes. I did all the preregistration online. That made the experience so much better. Everyone was pleasant.

These people working here have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They do not follow state laws and will give you the run around so they dont have to work early in the morning. They lied about not having cars available and one employee lied and told the manager my friend didnt have a license and she does. Just to avoid working until later in the day. They are rude, dont care if theyre lack of ethics causes more issues, and they dont honor their reservation times. They took two days to finally get my friend the car she had reserved, making her worry for her job.This place is a farce.

For 1 day .so many buttons on a car afraid if I touched wrong button the car would lock me in no keys knob to change gears button to start never did find out what spot means dash changing colors car starts talking so you dont catch what all it says died s on ya then you have to restart it

I was completely unsatisfied with my last rental, the vehicle that I requested was not available. I was told that about an hour after I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle. Upon notification, I was offered a smaller vehicle. Once I was shown what vehicle was available, it was clearly obvious that the vehicle had just been returned. Both interior and exterior of the vehicle was filthy dirty. Not even as much as vacuumed, yet long sanitized given the status of the current worldwide pandemic that everyone facing. I was advised by the clerk that they could detail it for me prior to acceptance, but it would be at least another 45 minutes to an hour before it will be ready. Already an hour and a half behind schedule at this point, I opted to clean up myself once I took possession of the vehicle. At which time I brought it back to my residence and clean and sanitized it myself prior to departure of our road trip. Needless to say I was not very happy about the situation but made the best of it. Upon returning the vehicle, I explained to the manager the incidents that have taken place and was told, “awesome, well thank you for cleaning it for us“. This will be my last time ever using enterprise rental car for any of my rental needs. And it’s really unfortunate.

This is the most unprofessional Rental company. I was supposed to be picked up at 5 for my 5:30 rental . The place closes at 6 - no one showed . The staff is rude and most definitely unprofessional. My toll tag was left in the vehicle I called numerous times the same day and for weeks after. Constantly promised a return call would happen. 2 months later and still calling - now I’m being told the vehicles I’m another state.

Mike came and picked me and my son up. I originally had a SUV but saw the trucks. He was able to get us in a truck, Mike had us in and out within 10 minutes of arrival. He was amazing and friendly, would definitely go back to rent from them again. Thanks mike and the whole slidell enterprise team.

I chose the Slidell location since they are open on Sunday as well. Even though they were very busy, they provided friendly and efficient service. They only drawback was the wait to be be picked up and arriving at rental facility since there were so many other pick ups that morning. My suggestion is to allow two hours from your reservation time until you are on your way if you are being picked up.

We spoke with our insurance company about getting a rental from here to travel to Pensacola to pick up our repaired car. They sent us a rental reservation code yesterday. We attempted to get the rental this morning, but enterprise didnt seem to understand this process. We ended up leaving disappointed as they only gave us the option to travel with a minivan for the 190 mile journey. No thanks, best of luck next time.

Rental on 7/13/2020 was clean and low in gas(22 miles left) service is always superb!Rental on 7/15-7/17/2020 Vehicle not very clean, seats stained. I cleaned with Clorox wipe as usual (for 3 years now). Full tank, awesome! Service always superb!

This was my 3rd time renting a vehicle from Enterprise located in Slidell, La. I rent from this location due to convenience and low prices when compared to others. Each time I’ve rented from this specific location, the vehicles are absolutely filthy!!! I have so many photos. The cars aren’t vacuumed. Nothing is wiped down. The dashboard is dusty. Looked as if someone ate greasy food and left their fingerprints all over the doors and dashboard of the vehicle during my most recent vehicle rental. The air conditioner vents has crumbs, dirt and debris flying out once powered on. The Windows are dirty and full of dust. The rear view mirror has fingerprints and there are numerous stains on the roof of the vehicle . The number of stains on the seats are incomprehensible! I took photos the most recent vehicle rental because I advised my husband I would rather rent from another company because every time we rent from Enterprise in Slidell, La, the cars are absolutely filthy. He explained this particular rental car company and location was less expensive, which explains the saying “ you get what you pay for”..I am very disappointed in the recent service of this company. One would think what with Covid 19, these cars would be wiped down and sanitized to say the least. I will be writing corporate and sending them each and every photo I have from every rental car rented this year from Enterprise of Slidell, La.I have posted a few pictures.

Very convenient that they will come to the campground in Slidell, LA and pick you up when you are renting a car. We h ave used them on several trips in our motor home and consider this more convenient and cost-effective than towing a vehicle with us. Thought the cost was a little higher than it should have been (very little difference between compact and full sized vehicles, so we opted for the larger car). Have used Enterprise before and would use them again, primarily for the convenience.

My car was in the shop for almost four weeks. Enterprise was the best part of the whole month! I was able to exchange a large SUV for a smaller car to get around the city and then change cars again when a rock hit the windshield. I think theyre a bit more expensive than AVIS but the customer service and ease help make up for it.

In the past Ive rented car from this Enterprise location. The cars were always clean and without an odor or too much air freshener. My experience last week was terrible. I was given the nastiest car I have ever rented from any vendor. The inside was dirty, smelled like someones dirty laundry and the carpet on the drivers side had gaping holes in it. When I asked for it to be cleaned, it was brought back smelling of too much air freshener and the dirty laundry smell was still present, but the dash and console had been wiped down. After 2-3 days of not being able to stay in this car very long I brought it back. I couldnt use it so it didnt make sense to have it sitting in my driveway. VERY disappointed with this recent experience. Never had a problem previously but this was so bad it erased all of the better experiences.

Aside from getting me into a vehicle (not the one i requested and reserved) this place has done nothing beneficial. Returned the vehicle on time with keys on site, and recieve a call 2 days later telling me that im being charged an extra $400 and they are reporting the car stolen. I immediately called the enterprise location where i returned the vehicle (at the aggreed upon location in the rental form) and they said they have the car and know where the keys are at. How can they call me and tell me they are charging me hundreds and hundreds of dollars and reporting a vehicle stolen, but cant call the location and verify the car is on site? I will not be recommending this place to ANYBODY!

The Enterprise staff in Slidell, LA is always friendly and professional. They are always very busy, but give the best service. Josh is always on hand to help. Im always leaving some type of item in the rental car, but Josh always, always....did I say always willing to help without making me feel some kind of way, except a loyal customer :). Im renting cars form this location approximately 5-8 times a month. Its a pleasure to work with Enterprise Slidell staff who has such a pleasant disposition.

Overall a great experience. I rented a vehicle for 4 weeks. Vehicle was clean and new. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because i had trouble getting an electronic receipt. They sent it to me twice after confirming my email address - and no its not in my junk mail. Finally had to get a printed receipt when i turned the vehicle over at end of rental period.

Salesman James ODonnell is a SUPERB Rep. of Enterprise. As a chrome shoe he was persistent, understanding, patient, helpful, very proficient with closing paperwork, and treated a old geezer like he was his father. So far I have recommended him to 3 people with more to come. In various jobs I have had in my lifetime I have supervised as many as about 250 on one job and have dealt with the same number of personalities. James is a keeper and I hope you recognize this talent, promote and treat him accordingly. Employees like him are hard to come by. Oops, just noticed the was Ent. Rent a car, not Auto sales. My rental on July 5th was definitely not the rental experience that Ive had with Enterprise out of all the times Ive rented. When I picked up the SUV I was told that the key FOB battery was low but I still shouldnt have a problem opening the door. Not only did I have a problem with the key, but the vehicle had trash under the seats, in seat pockets, glove compartment, and animal hair all on the floor of the back seat area. I was leaving right away so I went along with that, but while traveling out of state when I stopped places and had to unlock the door I had trouble opening the door. It took several times pressing the car handle button with the FOB near it for it to unlock. When I arrived in Florida I went to an Enterprise there for help. The place was very busy and they didnt have another SUV to swap so the agent said that if I went to any tire business there they would replace the batteries and bill it to Enterprise, but that didnt work either. I was told that they knew nothing about that service. This was an inconvenience to me the customer. Upon my return I tried telling the agent that helped with the return what had occurred, but all he kept saying was that they would have the batteries changed. May not have been a big deal to him but it was to me the paying customer. Never had a bad experience before, but I guess theres always a first.

Ive been visiting this location for years and years. I have always had a pleaseant experience with everyone, despite the revolving change of employees. Customer service is great and even when busy everyone is efficient. I ran into a problem about a year ago and even though it took a few months and I had to speak to higher management and the resolution department, the issue was taken care of. Overall experience has been exceptional.

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Greeted with a smile and helped with every step of the process upon rental and return (especially at 7:30 in the morning) The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the car that was rented to me- it should’ve been taken out of the rental rotation. The car smelled of smoke I guess from the previous renter, the passenger side door rattled the entire time on the highway and there were all kinds of scratches and dents on the exterior of the car and the interior had a hole in the driver side seat and stains on the floor of the backseat. Because I was pressed for time, I took the car, but the agents at this location noted my issues with the car and took a small percentage off of the rental which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to continued patronage of his location.

I recently rented from Enterprise in Slidell, LA. I will say that everyone I spoke with there was very pleasant. My complaint is that shortly after returning my rental (roughly 1 1/2 hours), I realized I had left my sunglasses in the vehicle. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who was very pleasant and told me they would grab my glasses rom the car (it had gone to the shop), call me later that day to confirm, and then mail them to me the next week. I didn’t receive call back, so I waited a week, and then called again. I spoke to a different rep who was unaware of whether they had mailed my glasses or not, but said he would speak with the original rep with whom I had spoken, and then call me back. Again, no return call. I called a third time a few days later, spoke to yet another rep who eventually was able to tell me they did not look for my glasses before ithe car went to a different rental location, and now they can’t be located. Leaving the sunglasses was clearly my fault, my disappointment is with the multiple promised follow ups that never happened.

Enterprise has been my vendor of choice for some time. I have generally had good experiences at this location. Except for the one time I encountered some jerk associate with his head up his ass. Anyway I called it to their attention and the manager took care of it.There are some obvious flaws in their computer system though. . I am a Plus member with a card on file that never shows up to them when I go to pick up the car. If I rent a car online as a Plus member with a card on file i just want to walk in and pick up my car period. That is not the case and I believe it has more to do with the Enterprise system than this individual branch. I really wish they would work on that. As well as when I schedule a pick up for 10am and you realize you cant be there by 10am, than call me before 10am and tell me that. Dont call me at 10:15 and say youre running late. Thats obvious by then.Aside from that this branch is great.and the manager does a great job.

Sent my wife and son to rent a car here. They had never rented a car before and had no clue about all the hidden charges. They rented the cheapest car they had at $145.00 per week. This car was for my son to drive to school while his car was in the shop. When his car was not repaired by the end of the week I got the paperwork out of the car to call and extend the rental for another week. I saw where the agreement was not only for $145.00 a week but also another $28.00 a day in fees. I asked my wife about the added fees and she said that she had not authorized those fees. The rental rep told her to sign here and here and she did as he asked. So when I called to extend the rental I explained to the rep what had happened and that we did not want the added service. The person apologize and told me that the service would be removed and the she would also remove the charges for the first week of rental. So after another week and my sons car still in the shop I called again to extend one more week. At this time I was told that it would have been cheaper had I rented for the month. The rep said let me see and changed it to the monthly agreement at which time he told me that we owed a little over $300.00 up to that point. Well the following Wednesday the shop called to say that the car was ready. So my wife called Thursday to tell enterprises that we would be returning the rental on Friday at which time she was told that we owed over $1000.00. She was talking to someone at the enterprises call center and told her that there must be a problem between then and the location that we rented from and that we would straighten it out there. When I went to return the car I explained to the rep what had happened. At which time he told me that we were in violation of our contract because my son had no right driving the car because he was not listed and that since we would do such a thing as to allow a unlisted person to drive that he was in no way going to believe anything else. I explained to him that my son was with my wife and that the rep new he was the driver and that if the rep didnt put that in the paperwork then he probably has my wife sign this thing about added services with out telling her. At this point he tells me that I am lying to him and he believes nothing we say because his rep would never make that mistake. I try again to explain at which time he tells me lies lies lies. I then asked to speak with the manager at which point I was told that he was the manager and that I could F off because he was processing the ticket as the original agreement and that he already had my credit card information and did not need further approval from me. I dont know if all stores have the same treatment of there customers but beware of the store in Slidell, La. I wish I could give no stars or even negative stars.

Melvin in the Slidell office talked over me, while refusing to listen to what I was saying. He just kept repeating legal process, legal process, legal process. He has been working with me since day 1, and saw the nonsense that USAA was pulling, and still refused to hear me out.

I rented a car through USAA and was given an option from a few car rental agencies. One was cheaper than Enterprise but I chose to go with the one I knew and had higher positive reviews.I wasnt disappointed and dont regret paying the extra $ whatsoever. My rental and service was exceptional that I will be doing business with them soon.Kudos to the gentlemen at the Slidell, LA Branch for an exceptional job 😃

Spectacular service...as of right now I have 132 rental days in 2019...so Enterprise take note...I can rent from anywhere but I choose not to because you have a great group of employees at your Slidell Location which is why I am a loyal customer.

I was very pleased overall. I just suggest that if a customer is incorrectly charged when picking up a vehicle they should be notified immediately. I was not notified. I returned the vehicle and had to question the clerk I returned the vehicle too, otherwise they would of skipped telling me I would be charged an additional amount

Enterprise policies change from state to state, in some states they let you use a debit card, in others you have to use a credit card, this one is a credit card, but they dont tell you that until you show up
