I went to get my haircut real short and I wanted it to be shaved down on the sides. And when I got home I realized it wasnt shaved on the sides. So it looks real rough looking. And I give th real good tips I dont understand why they dont get it right, when you show them pictures of what you want. Was very dissatisfied.

After waiting over an hour to get a hair cut they would not cut my 2 year old nephew’s hair due to him not having a mask and my 1 year old daughter and 7 month old nephew. How do you expect me to put a mask on a 7 month old baby!? I do not recommend. They were extremely rude the whole time we sat in there.

Great Haircut today but people the mask mandate is over if you want to mask up go ahead but dont expect me to if you want my further buisness.

I came in early today for a brow wax and she told me to come later. We signed in as usual and sat down and waited for 30 minutes just for her to Inform me that they no longer did eyebrow waxes. I wasted my time and part of my day plus the 30 extra minutes. I would not recommend.

This is a terrible place to get even the most basic haircut. I just wanted a simple short fade and was left with long hairs behind my ears and in the back as well as a crooked fade. She handed me a hand held mirror to look at the back and the mirror was so filthy i couldnt see a thing and now I know why she keeps it so filthy.

Really appreciate how kindly I was treated when I visited for a haircut. I arrived sort of later in the evening, but Melanie was kind enough to take the time to wash and cut my hair. She was so quick and did a great job! I asked for her opinion on the cut I wanted, and she suggested a small change. I agreed, and the small change made a big difference in how well the style suited me. I am very happy with my haircut and my experience visiting Supercuts this evening. :)

The sanitation and hygiene practices are useless here. After touching the door, counter, pen, paper and shelf; i was asked to wash my hands. Then my upper body was covered with the with the same hair shield the previous customer had that was not sanitized. The stylist was proud of her gloves that she used to cross contaminate her station, the next station, the phone and the computer....

Two stylist in the only place open in town. Over an hour wait.

I went to get the haircut I’ve gotten for years. I asked for a fade and to shorten the top but leave my layers. Lady did the top well, when she gave me a fade she shaved my hair completely off. I’ve always gotten a fade but I’ve never gone completely shaved. She also cut the back of my neck and I’ve never had irritation problems with getting my haircut. Completely didn’t listen to how I described I wanted my hair cut. Took a million times to explain how I wanted it, still didn’t understand. I showed her a photo of my hair from the last cut and she said okay. Then proceeded to give me the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a wash and at the end she said “oh you wanted a wash, I’m sorry”. I’ll never go back.

The lady that was cutting my sons hair and just stopped half way though because she said he had lice eggs! Only for him to come homeand I find nothing but dandruff!!

The Lady paid 0 attention to detail, didn’t cut my front after i asked her too, asked her to cut the tip off the back she basically said no, didn’t line me up at all, I literally have pieces where she didn’t cut anything, it’s awful....if I was able to give a 0 stars I would. Left me covered in hair. No hott towel. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten by far.

They are doing appt only, well NO ONE was in there. So apparently the people didn’t show up and they still would not take a quick child hair cut and want to book an appointment 3 days away.

Explained how I wanted my hair cut. TWO stylists did not understand at all. Been describing it the same way for years to MANY stylists with no questions. Luckily, I had not let them touch my hair yet and got out & left quickly. Dont bother with this one. Try Fantastic Sams instead.

Use Wen. I haven’t had any other stylist do my pixie cut because of the reviews. Four stars because she did great, and did it in 30 minutes. BUT you will have to wait a bit to get her. I was one of three people waiting for her. There was only four guests in the place lolAlso. 15$. That’s what I need in my life.

Went to get my under cut trimmed and the beautician cut off chunks of my natural hair and changed the shape of the undercut without asking. I had a triangle shaped undercut so that my hair would not look thin when it was down and now my undercut is straight across. Now my hair is thin and i cant grow it out easily because my hair is long. never going back again.

I have been going here for a couple years now. I cannot speak for all the stylists, but I only let one, Wen, touch my hair and shes always made me look good. I keep my hair short so I cannot vouch for longer hairstyles. My son also prefers her to anyone else and he wears his hair a bit longer than mine. Im not brand loyal, but I will follow a stylist that I like to the point of inconvenience!

Would NOT recommend!My sons haircut came out uneven and too square in the back. Not at all like a little boys hair cut.The lady doing my husbands hair cut had to actually ask another worker for help. He left completely covered in hair and it took TWICE as long on his cut then my son.On top of that, the floors were dirty and covered in hair, even in the front.Would not recommend!

They cut and color hair

I give two stars bcuz theyre cheap and friendly. Reason Im unhappy with them is because half the time they just ruin my hair. My most recent was this October, I knew it wasnt what I wanted but I didnt realize until I got home how bad it was. The lady cutting me missed so many spots. I found several lengthy hairs hanging around my ears where my head was supposed to be SHAVED, as well as an uneven cut all around. I shouldve looked closer in the mirror before paying. Will not risk another messup. This was the choppiest cut Ive ever gotten!I hope Supercuts will address this. Hate to say I dont recall her name but she was Asian. Dont know if shes the only one. But she was on October 17 at 9am. maybe see if you can train her. She needs to know how to properly work on hair before she does it for a business.

Could rate this place one star I would. Me and my boyfriend came in to get a haircut and i told the lady I wanted a v shape haircut but still wanted it long. I showed her pictures and physically showed her how long i wanted. She cut 6 inches off and my hair was so short. I thought maybe when i get home id like it. No it is soo short i called and spoke to a manager and she said for me to come in and she will look at it and fix it. I came in she didnt even look at it she was doing someone elses hair. Then her boss came in and she looked at it and said theres nothing they can do but to just let my hairgrow out. I said well why did the other lady say for me to come in and she would fix it then! That manager said all we can do is give you gift cards and let my hair grow out sorry! Well a 2 months goes by and i still never got the giftcards in the mail either regardless if im not going to use them my boyfriend can. I called today and asked why i havent recieved the giftcards yet and the same manager said i dont know i can resend them in the mail. Horrible communication and bad management. You dont tell someone to come in and you will fix it if your not going to. Me and my family will never be back!

Took my son in to get a haircut. Showed the girl the picture and she didnt even come close to what we wanted. She cut his hair uneven. She was rushing just to get his hair done. She was supposed to use a 2 clipper and she used a 5. She was extremely rude.

STAY AWAY. WORST HAIR CUT in my LIFE. I let my hair cut grow for 7 weeks and showed the stylist 4 pictures of the cut desired. I ended up with a cut from the supercuts web site. NOT WHAT I ASKED to have done with my hair. I will not recommend them to anyone and tell anyone who asks....do NOT go there.

This is the letter I wrote to them on Aug 4th. Until now no area manager or anyone in charge has responded despite being promised we will get contacted by one.Im writing to report my experience at Supercuts in Slidell,LA (Corp Square on Gause blvd), hoping that a manager or someone in charge or at a corporate level be able to address my complaint since there was no manager at the time of service at that location.First of all, I have absolutely no complaints about the stylist because - was great.My complaint is the tremendous inconvenience this location has caused us more than once.The first time I went there, I got Dustin and because of the fantastic job he did, I decided to come back to get my kids haircut.The second time we went, as we were paying, we were informed that the location does not accept Supercuts gift card due to an equipment issue. So we had to pay using a different method and funds that were allocated for something eLse.Today, months after that 2nd visit, we still have this gift card and our kids needed a haircut again. So to be sure, I called the location yesterday. It was verified to me by the person I talked to that the Supercuts gift card was accepted and that it will work. I even had to make sure that she understood Im talking specifically about the Supercuts gc, and she even asked someone else just to be sure, and that person said yes as well. We come in today and my husband asks again if they take the gift card before anything else. He was told yes. After our kids got their haircut, as my husband was paying, it turns out the Supercuts gc is not going to bd accepted, YET AGAIN. And again, we had to cover this expense using a different form of payment with funds allotted for something else. I dont understand why we have to be inconvenienced for a fault from your end.If you were in my shoes, as a customer, Im sure you will agree that this is unacceptable. I did my part by verifying info before getting services done. The store shouldnt even have issues taking store gift cards to begin with. But like I said, I did my part, and I believe something needs to be done on Supercuts part. We will accept either a full refund for the services rendered, or your store can buy the $20 Supercuts gift card that I have since it doesnt seem to be something I can ever make use of.

When I go to a discount chain I dont expect 5 star, but I do expect full service. If I pay for a 5 minute hair cut I still expect proper treatment to the neck, sideburns and even the eyebrows.
