I went to Smart Styles for a relaxer my first visit. I was overly surprised by the good customer service, wonderful relaxer treatment, and the great style that I received. Mrs. Essence was my hair stylist on both of my visits. I would recommend anyone who decides to get some kind of hair salon treatment to go see Mrs. Essence at Smart Style. You won’t be disappointed.

I brought my 13 year old daughter to get her hair cut. It was a big cut we were doing and all I can say is Jen did an AMAZING job not only on her hair but also the conversation with my baby girl!!!! I will never ever bring my family to another place nor person to get their hair cut!!! Thanks so much Jen!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!!! Another thing we came in about an hour before they were going to close and she still took us!!!!

Thao is the best ever. Dont know why I ever even tried to use anyone else! Shes done both my boys for about 15 years.

I took my 16 month old to get a hair cut and my 6 year old. I don’t know the girls name but she botched my child’s head, the whole time oh he’s better than most 3-4 year olds, he was getting a fade done with the defined line. In the end she said I’m sorry I did the best I could do with his behavior! My child sits like a grown man for a hair cut! He now has a bald spot in the middle of his head!!!!

Eh, the stylist seemed rushed while she was cutting me and my friends hair, didnt try to conversate and it was kind of awkward. I asked for 3 inches off. She cut around my head once and didnt check to see if everything matched. It seemed my hair was even when she showed me in the mirror, but when I got home, I saw that everything was completely wrong. The left and right side have about 2 inches in different length, and theres so many strands of hair that wasnt even cut. I mean what do you expect from a hair salon in Walmart 🙃 Never going back.
