These guys are very professional and definitely know how to take care of their customers. I bought a car from them and it had a minor hiccup (they werent aware of it) on the way home. Alex Jr came right away and picked my ride up and covered all the cost to get it running properly. They also restored the rotors and brake pads (without me even asking). I ended up leaving with a washed, freshly oiled, perfect running vehicle. They definitely didnt have to do all they did for me but did so because they stand by their word and are genuine people. I highly recommend them.

I’ve lived in Slidell for two years now, needed a body shop and had no idea who to trust. My neighbor suggested Alex’s body shop. I learned that they’ve been in business since 1981 and quickly let go of all my hesitation…nobody stays in business 40 years by doing subpar work!! I’m so glad I trusted him, saying I’m satisfied is an understatement!!!! Alex did a fantastic job, he really went above and beyond! Not only was the body work done but it was even vacuumed out! I live in the subdivision around the corner from his shop and know for a fact that he never let my Acadia sleep outside, which is a fact I love!! Alexs body shop is the best. They do amazing work in a timely fashion. They also back there work 100%. Thats THE PLACE TO GO if you need body work on your vehicle. Everybody I know that I suggested to go there has been really happy with there results. I know you cant please everyone but they have done right by me and everyone else that I know of. Number 1 in my book!!!!

I brought my Kia Sportage to them after having taken it to another body shop, who refused to even look at it, saying that it was beyond repair . . . even after I told them I was willing to pay for the repairs.I brought it to Alexs Body Shop and within 20 - 30 minutes, he had looked at it, given me an estimate, and told me would take about seven days. I dropped it off on Thursday and it was ready on the next Friday. It looks as if the car has never even been in an accident, which I honestly didnt think was going to be possible. The work is perfect and the paint is an exact match. On top of that, every single person there was engaging and confident in their abilities.When I went in to get it and to pay for the repairs, Alex and I laughed at that other mechanic.This will be the only place I ever take any vehicle I own, as long as Im living in this area.

I bought my truck from Alex Body shop about a year ago.It was the best used truck that I have ever driven.Jesse who is one of the shop EXPERTS assist me in just about anything that I need when it comes to my truck. Whenever something goes wrong with my truck he never says that its on me even though it has been a year.He always greet me with a smile and ask what can he do to help.I dont know of a shop that you can go back and get that same kind of service after a year. This is the best shop on the North shore and I tell all of my friends about them when they are looking to purchase a car or just need a good mechanic.Keep up the good work .

Owners wife backed into my car in their parking lot. They said they would fix it and talked me into not calling the cops. HUGE MISTAKE. Paint job was all orange peel, the window didnt roll up all the way, the door wasnt set right so it wouldnt close right. And they wouldnt make any of it right, finally I told them ill just take it home and do it myself. Never take anything there....horrible shop

Brought my wifes car in for broken drivers side door and window motor... they got the job done FAST and for less than I was quoted at other shops! They are now my go to auto body guys.
