Absolutely no professionalism. Scam artist. Been trying three months to get washer fixed and still nothing. Reported to Bbb an chamber of commerce.

Mr Yates showed up 2 days after our 1st call for a refrigerator repair. He was there about 5 minutes and said he would be back first thing the next morning with a tap and freon. NO SHOW, Then we called and he promised to be back the next afternoon. NO SHOW Again. This went on for 2 weeks of NO SHOWs. (Calling him every other day) We assured him we understood the repair was not guaranteed. But he NEVER showed up. We lived out of ice cheats the entire 2 weeks. He never actually returned any phone calls. Finally we called a reliable appliance repairman that came out the same day and had it fixed. I works great now, no thanks to Yates.

Home warranty company set us up with this company. Came days after the date we originally set up diagnostic for. Said he would call home warranty company because we needed a new dishwasher. Days passed, up to 2 weeks before and still he had not sent in the required info to home warranty company. We all got frustrated, and we were just told to use someone else. Very bad experience.

Bad business we call and make an appointment but they didnt even show up

BE WARE!! DO NOT USE THIA THIEF!! If I could give zero starts I would!! Back in May Mr Yates “the owner” was paid in full to work on my oven!! Not only did he steal that money but also the motherboard to the oven! The man is on drugs and is a con artist!! We have reported him to BBB and is lucky we won’t press charges..

Got great service from Mr Yates! He came out the same day I called about my washing machine not working. He replaced a relay switch which he had in his truck for a very reasonable price. I’ll use their service again when I have trouble with any of my appliances!

I will never write bad reports on people who honestly give it their best to please me as a customer. But my experience with Johnny Yates was nothing short of robbery. I called Me Yates out to give me an estimate on my stove that was broken. He quoted me a price of 200 bucks to replace a control panel OR for 300 bucks I could buy a used glass top staniless steel oven from him that was supposed to be in perfect working order. I was working 7 days a week at the time and didnt have time to really wait on parts or be without a way to cook. I agreed to buy his oven as long as it was in perfect working condition. The day I came home from work I noticed his stove was already installed but my old stove was gone. I asked my mother where was the old one and she replied Johnny took it with him. He never asked for the oven or gave me any discount or cash for it. He just acquired it for himself and I likely wouldnt be worried about it if he would have replaced it with a working oven. But that want the case! My mother tried to broil a piece of toast the same day it arrived and couldnt because the broiler wouldnt come on at all. By the this time I am extremely unhappy and call him immediately. He replies by telling me he tested everything on the oven except the broiler before he left his shop. It wont be a big deal and he will order new broiler element and replace for free as soon as it comes in. I played phone tag with him for probably 3 months after getting this piece of junk from him and still now years later he never repaired it and basically just stole my old oven and my 300 dollars cash. To this day the broiler still doesnt work at all and the control panel faults out as well too. Something else he claimed he was gonna fix and never did. If he is still in business I honestly dont know how. If he is a good honest buisness person he certainly didnt display a single aspect of it to me and my mother in anyway. I feel like he stole a oven that could have been repaired easily only to replace with a oven that he couldnt repair cheaply and charged me 300 for the privilege. Had he repaired the oven he sold me or kept his word on anything he promised me I would havent said a word about him taking my stove. But he was completely dishonest and the only thing that concerned him was how much money he could pocket immediately and did nothing but provide excuses about why he hasnt been back since. Had he been wearing my shoes I think it would be safe to say he would have felt screwed. I choose that word because it is the nicest thing I can say about to my experience. If I really said what I wanted to say and how I truly felt It would be offensive to a lot of people. I only hope someday he can redeem not only the situation but hisself and his integrity. In my eyes he owes me twice of what he has taken from me!

Mr Yates came out to fix my dryer he was a very nice man and gave us a good price .I would call him in the future for other repairs like washer dishwasher fridge ect

Horrible service. Called him to fix my dishwasher. He came out and told me that he could fix the problem and that he needed to order a part...1 month later, still have a broken dishwasher. Called Todd’s appliance repair and it was fixed the same day.
