Very responsive when you need their help. They fixed three of our Chest freezers. All of them continue to work well til now. I totally recommend their work!

I too wish I would have read the google reviews. Instead I read reviews from a website. I was told my credit card would not be charged & it immediately was. As mentioned, this is a booking company that outsources. The service man that arrived was out of New Orleans. The apt time given had to be rescheduled. The service man left me with no invoice of the issue and I had to constantly follow up with him regarding the costs, parts, etc. I wasted $65. I plan to report to the better business bureau because they are misleading. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY.

Your repair person was very hard working and kind. I am doing thus review to thank him for fixing my range right away. He was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop.

Even though their name says this company is in Slidell, it isnt. They dont have any stores in Slidell.

Service was excellent and honest. I had a problem with our Bosch Classixx Slimline Dishwasher and I work odd hours and I was happy that I got to schedule a tech on a weekend. Very convenient and the repair was awesome!

My dryer was fixed in just an hour. He had parts in his truck. He told me first what he was going to do before starting the repair. He gave some tips before leaving and his charge was reasonable.

I called these people to schedule an appointment, no one showed.. So they rescheduled and still no one showed. So I called back a third time and told them don’t worry about it. I told them to remove my credit card information (Which I found strange that they even needed a card on file just to make an appointment) They ended up charging my card anyways, this place is a scam! Watch out. I recommend Todd’s Appliances, I called them and they came out in the same day and did a great job.Another thing... they have a picture in their website of Times Grill, but their address is on Old Spanish Trail. Doesn’t get more fake than that.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had to use them because American Home Shield, or home warranty provider, chose them. However, Suretec is awful. They initially sent out a tech on-time and said they needed to order parts to fix the microwave. Okay, fine. Understandable. Then they called back and said it would take them 3 weeks to get the parts. Again, fine. 3 weeks later they call back and schedule an appointment to come fix it with the new parts but can’t come for another week. We’re 4 weeks into a microwave repair but okay. Now, three weeks later and 5 cancelled appointments later I’m done with them. The worst part is they keep cancelling but don’t actually cancel until several hours into the appointment time so me or my wife have taken a half day off of work for nothing. And Jennifer, the manager, is the worst and screwed up the appointment time continually. Do NOT use them.

This place is the epitome of a horror story. They came to repair my dryer and actually broke the whole entire top frame. I called several times to have them come back to look at the damage they done and they never came back out. They ruined my entire dryer and disappeared. These ppl suck!

They stated that they dont service my zip code, 70458... Even though their address is in that zip code...

Extremely disappointing, I dont know how they are in business, we join the many leaving an F review. We were assigned Suretec by AHS to repair our washing machine. The tech did not show up for his first appointment, after I took off of work and was assured by their office that he would be here. Finally after he did show up for a rescheduled appointment, we were told that he ordered the part and it would arrive in 1 - 2 weeks, and then after calling the office over and over to set up a new date for him to come back out, they finally asked us what the model of our washer was because the tech had not even taken that information to order the part. So after 1 month of many calls to Suretec he finally scheduled an appointment and replaced the board on my washer which didnt fix the issue. So we scheduled another appointment and again the tech didnt show up, and the girl in the office couldnt answer as to why he didnt show up AGAIN neither could she get a hold of him. After many calls in to AHS and 6 weeks of waiting we have finally been assigned a new repair company and have added Suretec to our do not use list with AHS. The worst customer service as they didnt flinch or try to a recovery when we told them that we would be putting in a complaint about them. ALso when we asked to speak with the owner, we were told he doesnt deal with customers.

I should have read reviews before I called. They came out quickly but charged $165 to open the dryer, remove the drum to get brush that had fallen through lint trap. Took the repairman about 15 minutes and no parts were needed. Thats $660/hour rate. Will never csll them again.

If I could choose zero stars that would still not cover my feelings about this company. They are the absolute worse, but I was stuck with them due to my Home Warranty company choosing them. They receive the call/order, then set up the service call then send out a technician only to find out they dont order parts timely...they NEVER accept calls, mailbox is full, email address is never responded to, I can go on and on. The technicians are taught to lie, excuse after excuse. Please do not use this company under any circumstance. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!

DO NOT LET AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, OR ANYONE, ASSIGN THIS VENDOR TO THE REPAIR OF ANYTHING. They are the most unscrupulous company imaginable. They are only getting a one because there is no zero and it needs a star to post.

Awful experience. This is a booking company, not a local service provider. The repair technician sent out came out after we paid $110 for a service call, but only after we hounded and complained that no technician was responding. After we paid for the parts and the service they came out but did not make the repair and ran off with $450 to pay for the parts and repair. The technician never would return to make the repair or return our 30 telephone calls after he got our money. The booking company did not inform us that they were a booking company when the service call was made, nor the other 25 times we called them They mislead you with a local telephone number and continue to string you along that they will handle the problem until they realize that the technician will not return their calls either. Then they inform you that you are on your own to deal with the problem and that they are just a booking company. Not only did I lose the money paid to them, but all the food in my refrigerator spoiled.

They take your credit card number over the phone and then never show up.. Im still waiting but have called my bank to report. Their listed address of 550 Old Spanish Trail appears to be a Dominos Pizza.

They went above and beyond to help me out. Again, I want to thank them.

They are listed in Slidell yet when you call them they do not have techs in the area . They get rude when you ask them why they are listed in Slidell and hang up on you .

Scam operation. They will take your credit card info over the phone and keep making up excuses as to why they cant come and no one will ever show. Beware!
