Very knowledgeable and professional service. Company has the right equipment to complete the job right. Sewer line was completely blocked, service reps located the blockage with high tech equipment and completely opened up the line. Very friendly and respectful. Will recommend to all my neighbors. A job well done!!

Not interested in giving this guy any more of my time or money. He promises and promises, but never delivers.

Our A/C unit went out and we needed someone fast to fix it. We called the office, someone was there the next morning. We had to replace the inside handler. Gave price, got equipment and was there the next day. Offered reasonable financing if need. John and his staff were amazing, professional, and caring. Karen in their office has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

John have done many jobs at my home but the one Im still mad is that we pay for a 4 ton ac unit and years ago we noticed he put a 3tons. Weve being very patient and waiting for him to fix that problem and always has excuses to not fix this issue. Our electricity bill in summer have been very high and if he doesnt fix it, I think well have to go to small claims.

Came to repair stopped up toilet! Wasnt stopped up. Mane line to building was plugged. Technition was here 15 minutes. Complex came and fixed problems and tech put on bill he repaired it. Sent me a bill for 200 dollars. I called the office to explain he didnt do what he said and she basically said go f@#k myself. Didnt pay bill so they sent it to collections . Now its on my credit report. Dont use this piece of s##t company.

One Call technicians are great. I have had HVAC, Electrical and major Plumbing problems.... and I have been very satisfied with the outcome of every job!!! I live in the greater NOLA area, but I always call One Call from the Northshore to service my home! Whenever I call to make an appointment for service, their appointment secretary can usually get me in the same day! John and his techs are professional, knowledgeable, customer friendly and truly care about their customers.

Workman are very polite, know their job. I had a plumbing problem and it was prepared quickly and in a timely manor. I will call that company again when I have another problem.

John and his team redid our entire existing AC system in our home a few years ago. Since then, we have had our unit maintained by John, and I have to say, having worked for a big company that does work of this kind, it is very rare to work directly with someone who completely understands how things work inside and out. Any time an issue has come up (we had a power surge fry some elements of our unit), John has been able to find the cause and fix the problem. I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again.

BEWARE. Go elsewhere or get it in writing. We called John replace a well pump. Our pump was working but not properly. The job took an hour but he charged us for 2 people for 2 hours. LIE!!!!! And it certainly doesnt take two people to replace a well pump to start with. He didnt know what he was doing as he didnt plumb in a fitting to prime the pump. He also didnt have tools he needed when he showed up. In the end he ending up charging us nearly double for the cost of the pump, crazy inflated prices for PVC misc items, 45% for overhead, and 20% for Profit. $1500 for an hours work and a $350 well pump. This company is dishonest and will rape an unsuspecting customer. In the end the pump didnt have good pressure and we will have to get it redone. We tried to negotiate the bill to a reasonable amount and John is unwilling to be reasonable. He also took our old pump that was running..... we had to call and demand he bring it back since it was not his property.

Fast and professional! I had an electrical issue that halted an appliance install. The electrician came out the same day I called, and was on time. The repair was fast and completed with care. The technician explained everything thru each step of the repair. Highly recommend!

I had these guys come out and service my AC/Heat Pump yesterday. The final bill was less than what they quoted me on the phone. When the service rep left, he cleaned up behind himself. I couldnt tell that they were ever at my house.
