So far I have not been satisfied with my services at this gym. Initially after moving into the neighborhood I signed up for the 7 day free trail to see if I wanted to join. Upon visiting the gym, the manager instantly talked me into getting a membership. What is the point of offering a free trail if you are not going to let guests use it? I signed up for a premium membership, because the manager did not make me aware that their were cheaper options. When signing new members up, you should show them all of the available memberships, not just the more expensive ones. Although hesitant, I followed the advice of the managers and purchased personal training sessions. At my first session, the trainer notified me that she wouldn’t be able to work with me due to conflicting schedules and because she was going on vacation the following week. The new trainer she introduced me to was absolutely amazing. However, she has cancelled our sessions 2 weeks in a row. So far my experience at this gym has not been the best. The management is super pushy and looking to make sales and the personal trainers don’t seem to be organized. This is ghetto.

Have been going here since it opened, and it has been slowly getting worse. Machines are frequently broken, weights are never racked, and people continue to not wear masks with no one enforcing any of these issues.

The facility was good. majority of the equipment were functional and wasnt too difficult to understand on how to use alone. Nothing really wrong when it just working out your body. Used the pool in this location. I was not please in the condition the pool was in. The pool is noticeably yellow, Saliva is clearly visible from those that used the pool prior. Strands of hairs are present in the water. Was only in for maybe 5 minutes before I felt too disgusted to be in any longer. Asked the 2 employee at the front desk if they know what time of day the pool is clean. They both do not know. Asked if they know how often does the pool get clean. Was told about two weeks. I did not get the two employees names. I was too focused on the pool at the time. Must speak to the location general manger and find out for real. Overall the equipment was fine although the pool was a bad experience.

Its a big place to workout in which is good, but most of the equipment are old, rusted and squeaks, and annoying to use at times. Too bad its the only gym thats close to were I live, the only thing keeping me there is that they are open 24hrs which is convenient. But if there were a better and newer place to go, I would switch right away.

I’d give a rating of zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Gym itself was alright. Guys at the front desk were cordial but there was a pregnant woman working the desk with such a snotty attitude. Came in with a guest after 9 and was told no guests were allowed after 9pm after being able to do so for weeks. This was never informed to me when I opened my membership. I proceed to tell her to open a membership for my guest & she sent someone else to do so. After a while of putting up with the horrible customer service I decided to cancel my membership. They would not cancel it unless I either wrote a letter explaining why or personally walked into the gym to do so. I walked into this location at about 10pm and was told that a manager had to be present in order to cancel it. There were 3 people at the desk including the pregnant woman. You’re telling me not one of you is a manager? Ridiculous. I had to go to another location on Milwaukee (niles) to close my membership. They also over charged my card. I was also charged $10 to cancel my membership completely lol So watch out for that. Worst experience ever.

You get what you pay for. It frequently has dumbbells scattered and missing throughout the facility. You rarely get on a elliptical or treadmill without having to switch once or twice because of broken equipment. It could also be kept cleaner. However, it has what you need in a gym for most types of training.

Unless youre an already buff dude with 200 pounds of muscle who never needs help from staff, this is not the gym for you.I hate this gym. And Im somehow paying more for it.Let me walk you through a general workout. Well start with a quick warmup on elliptical. Thats fine. On to stretching. Wait, why is no one wearing a mask on the stretching mat? It says you can take off a mask only when actively working out, and I KNOW stretching isnt that exhausting. Maybe one of the staff will come over and... nope. Theyre way over at the check in desks, on their phones.Time for bench press. Now, Im 120 pounds and cant warmup with the 45-pound bar, so I need to get the 30-pound straight bar from the rack...where is it? Not on the rack. No ones using it. I peer in the training room. No. Group fitness room? No. Other rooms? No. Basketball court? No. Stretching area? No.I go the guys at the desk, who are still on their phones. Oh, one of them picked up the gym phone to look busy. Thats nice. The other gives me a blank look and asks me if I looked in all the places I have obviously looked.Cool. So Ive wasted 15 minutes now, gotten all my days steps in going back and forth, and I still cant warm up.Not a great bench workout, but moving on. Time for the cable row. Once again, Im not a giant buff dude who can go from 55 pounds one set to 70 pounds when Im ready to move up. I need some weight add-ons. You know, like they have at EVERY OTHER XSPORT GYM. But no, not here. They do not cater. So I improvise by finding a 5 or 10 pound weight from a squat rack... Well no. There are only 45 pound weights on those. A different machine then. It takes me 10 minutes to find one. Why? Because ALL I SEE ARE 45s. Yeah, the picture I took below? There are over FORTY 45s, six 5s, and zero 10 or 25 pound weight add-ons. NO ONE USES THAT MANY HEAVY WEIGHTS.I finally find a round 10 pound add-on to do my rows, and now its time to get a 10 pound dumbbell for the next workout. SURELY that wont be a hitch right?Wrong. So so wrong. There are 2 sets of 10 pounds on the lifting rack. They are both missing. No one around me is using them. Because apparently people CANNOT PUT THE LIGHT WEIGHTS UP???? and of course the staff wouldnt enforce that or even do a quick clean up of weights that look unused. So no 10s. But I know there are lighter weights in the group fitness room because I use the 7.5 and 12.5 pound weights. I depend on those for my routine, so thank goodness for them.Wait, the bins are locked. Only the 15s are available. Okay. I go ask the infamous front desk. The guy with the keys...is on a break??? Are you KIDDING ME? How is there not a protocol to pass the keys to someone else during that?FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER he tells me that we cant have those bins unlocked from now on. Theyre only for groups doing their workouts. Which ones of the few youre offering, XSport? The Zumba class or the yoga class? Because THEY DONT USE THE WEIGHTS.So there go my 7.5, 10, and 12.5 dumbbells. Which is nearly MY ENTIRE UPPER BODY AND ARM WORKOUT.And nearly every day is like this.TL;DR: you pay EXTRA for this place??? No. This location doesnt have the right equipment, staff at the front desk dont give a flying fish (although the guy who replaces the cleaning supplies and the manager who I dont see anymore are nice), and this place gives me a headache because I spend literally twice as much time there as I should because if stupid simple things. I actually hate this gym.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to get a gym membership. After doing some research I finally decided on Xsport Fitness mostly because of the amenities. My wife and I are big swimmers and having the pool available was a big plus. However my first time here, I asked the worker for a little more information about all the amenities. When I told him I was interested in the pool, he told me “ooo you can go check it out for yourself but I wouldn’t go in there”. When I went to look at it I was disgusted. The water was murky and there was brown grime building up along the edges. Apparently they only clean it once a month IF THAT. Along with that the locker room was a mess and there were weights thrown all over the place in the gym. For as much as I’m paying I’m very disappointed. I live closest to the Skokie location but I’ve decided in the future to make the trip to other locations in Chicago for hopefully a cleaner gym with water that won’t give me pink eye. I’m very disappointed and I hope they can improve their cleanliness because other than that it seems like a nice gym.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel like I have no choice. I am extremely dissatisfied. I go to this gym almost everyday and the quality of this gym is poor. I am finally thinking about switching gyms. Many of the weight machine equipments are broken and do not get fixed in a timely manner. Literally half of all the Treadmills do not work and this has been the case for MONTHS. Not days or weeks, but months. The same treadmills that were not working back in May are still not working in August. Most of the Ellipticals do not work. Most of the Stair Machines do not work. The sauna has been broken for at least 3 days in a row. The pool is never clean. Why doesn’t the staff fix anything? It makes you wonder where the membership fees are going. They clearly aren’t putting it back into the gym. I’m paying way too much money for a gym where everything is broken. This is “supposedly” one of the nicer XSports too but as of this very moment, over the last couple of months, this place is very trashy. I’ve been a member here for over 5 years and unless management straightens things around soon, I’m going to be looking for a new gym. I cannot emphasize enough how many things are broken. I would estimate at least 30 cardio machines are inoperable and around 10 weight machines. This gym is literal trash as of this moment.

Was on the search for a gym since I recently moved to the state and came across XSport Fitness. I have always been an LA Fitness member, but this gym was a lot closer to me so I decided to join. It’s got variety of machines for sure. I recommend you workout anytime before 7 pm. After 7pm it gets packed!! Did that mistake 1 day and never again. Almost every machine was occupied and it just felt uncomfortable with so many people at the gym, specifically crowding the weight lifting area. Aside from that, it has been a different procedure every time I come with my husband. For example, one day they take our temperature, the next they don’t. One day they want my husband to sign in, since I got him the guest pass, the next day they don’t bother. It would help if everybody was on the same page. Overall, it’s a good place to get your workout done at.

So many machines out of order, nobody cleans anything, and workers seem to always be on their phone. There are nice amenities if everything wasnt broken and there are some good classes though.

The little man named Faizaan doesnt honor your 7 day free guest pass because I don’t have a Chicago address. I just moved here from Arizona so naturally I still have my az license. He tells me I need proof I live here which isn’t possible yet since again I just moved here recently. The gym is dirty and beat up and having little Faizaan up front being incompetent probably isn’t good for business. I will not sign up at this disgusting gym. Thanks to the little guy Faizaan he made the decision easy for me. I have never had an issue at other gyms. I’m also willing to bet if I signed up with my az license they would happily accept my money every month. But because it was a 7 day free trial nope gotta have a physical address here I guess. So if you like gyms that are old, beat up, and half the machines not working then this is the gym for you! Just don’t bring a free trial pass you won’t be able to use it anyways because the little man Faizaan will tell you no!

Its a good place to go to if u wanna lift get in shape n play basketball or jus do other types of workouts n things like boxing.

Its a pretty cool place. Only issue is that one of the showers in the mens bathroom is missing a door and has a funky smell, but overall the place is clean

To all the brothers and the sisters here, its incredibly shady and an inconvenience that xsport has to charge you a separate package to pay for a trainer JUST TO USE their power plate machines. Those power Play machines are top notch essential for muscle builders and or muscle recovery it is used by NFL football players as well as recovering patients such as inflammatory issues or rheumatoid arthritis.NO GYM PACKAGE MEMBERSHIP WILL ALLOW YOU TO USE THEIR POWER PLATES THATS RIDICULOUS. It was my only second day here and the guys at the front desk are already giving me attitude just because Im interested in a equipment for muscle recovery This is BS not to mention just came out of a surgery.Other gym places such as Galter Life center LA fitness, and lifetime will allow you to use it without having to pay for a personal trainer.

Pretty clean even compared to the super-premium Xsports. Are issues with douches not reracking and using basic gym etiquette as others cry about. However, the staff is super LAX and mostly minds their own business, which I love and is unheard of and most gym settings. The layout of this place is also pretty nice. For everyone complaining about the social environment here, theres plenty of other places you can go. COVID is over, Karen.

People complaining about how mask mandate is not enforced here. Masks don’t work....Goofs! Keep telling yourself they work... 😂 huffing and puffing, sweating all over the place and wearing a mask is supposed to save you? Ok.... The place is nice and quiet usually. Especially mornings, early afternoon and late evenings. Plenty of machines and a large size gym. I enjoy working out here. Staff is usually nice.

I came to this gym on april 30th to try the 7 day trail. the guy told me that if you dont cancel the membership on the 7th day we will charge you $32 for the monthly membership. I forgot to cancel it on the 7th day and i said you know what I am here in town for another month I might as well enjoy the month. So they charged me$32 on May 7th than on May 27th I cancelled the membership and they charged me$10 cancellation fee which the guy that signed me up didnt even bother telling me about that. Today I just got my CC statement and I see a $49 charge on May 15th, so I called up export fitness and they told me that is the yearly mantance fee. Nobody told me when I signed up I will get such a fee and all together I ended up spending$91 for just trying out this gym. So if you are not serious about joining DO NOT join they want to milk your money without you realizing!!

Im really glad that the streamroom and sauna are open again! But i noticed that the shower was cold in the morning, it never got warm enough so i had to take a cold shower.

Nobody walks around making people wear masks. I come in five times a week and always see like four or five people not wearing masks and no one patrolling to make them wear masks. Also they play nothing but Fox News on the overhead TVs... I come here to relax not be subjected to watching fake news!!!

The Gym was nice and clean, of course the ammenities are outstanding..But couldnt understand whey the only way to get water was to buy it..WTH?SO IF YOU FORGET YOUR WATER..YOU COUD HAVE A DEHYDRATION EMERGENCY..unless you buy it from them, I had a hard time wrapping my head around water fountains being closed..even with Covid you cant contaminate by place a water bottle under running water.

Bad service by manager jesse. I have an excellent coach but the managers service is bad, when they need to sign documents they are behind you like flies and when they are asked for a favor they say they will do it and they do not do it. Three months ago I had a problem in my work which led me to leave the gym for about 2 months. I spoke with this Mr. Jesse and he said that he could stop my payment and the training, a solution that he gave me! I waited a month and they made the deduction of my account, I called him and he sent me his card so that he would send an email with my mail request, mail that I sent in repeated occasions and that he ignored. When he answered my calls and after they deducted me twice he tells me that he can not do anything because I have automatic payment, he could tell me this from the beginning and not wait for me to deduct more than 1,000 dollars from my account. finally he answers me again and immediately the next day they discount me the membership that supposedly gave me for a year when I acquired again more sessions with my coach! It seems to me that this person is negligent !!!

There is no excuse why the court area should NOT be clean at 5:30-6am. I myself and a few others are here 4-5 times a week at this hour and maybe will walk into the court area once a month and see it completely clean. We all pay our membership to have a nice and well kept gym but to be walking into this day in and day out shows no responsibility on the staff and management at all. We have gone up to the front desk and asked to have it cleaned and all we hear is will tell management and no change has happened. I am posting this here and next step is to go to directly to corporate. Please make the court area some priority. #sad #xsportfail

Good place with lots of activities, but cleanliness is a bit of an issue, especially in the pool

I get it many folks are not happy with Xsport for various reasons but i recently hired one of their best personal trainers Jessics S. She was amazing! I came in with shoulder problems that will probably require medical attention but Jessica the way she went about it, I was extremely impressed with her ability to diagnose and isolate the problem. I.e. she ran a battery of tests for my mobility yet she was so gentle and made sure not to hurt my already injured shoulder.Then in between that she was using a massage gun to test before and after. range of motion and it was quite clear after the massage i had much greater range of motion then before. What i loved so much about Jessica was her compassion and total.dedeicstion.to making sure the one hour session would be most memorable!!!I highly recommend Jessica S for all your personal training needs. I had other trainers Jessics is truly head and.shoulders above many others.

Great service. They are still working on safety, health, and still providing a structural way for you to workout normally without any worries. Everyone is wiping down equipment and they have the staff do the same. And of course..... Mask

The gym is fully equipped including a separate sauna and steam room for women and men, it also has an Olympic size pool and jacuzzi.

I joined and specifically asked about how closely they enforce the mask mandate. Went in yesterday and there were at least 5 ppl without or wearing them wrong. The day before a dude was working out with a trainer and didnt have a mask on properly.

Y’all make it so difficult to cancel a membership. We have to send a letter to cancel and explaining why??! What are we 5? Just make it simple to cancel a membership. Y’all make it so complicated. Basketball rim broke last week and everyone’s been telling them to fix it but it’s been 1 week now and nothing is going on. Premium gym but not getting premium service.

I signed up at this location on December 2nd, 2020, and cancelled the same day because my car was broken into in front of their building yet they have absolutely no cameras whatsoever..I just had to call back today (01/06/2021) for the third time inquiring about my refund that should have been processed when I cancelled on December 2nd with Noel, and then I called back on December 22nd as well and spoke with Cody who should have processed my refund as well but apparently he did not..The negligence this facility is displaying and the fact that I have to keep inquiring about my refund is absolutely ridiculous and it shows the utter incompetence of this facility in its entirety.

Lots of good equipment and features, but they are not clean. They also do weird random charges.

Not the greatest in the clean department and starting to look run down but love my instructors for my water classes!

Be aware of this place, is a total SCAM!!! after reading some of the bad reviews confirms that Im not an isolated case, this people work on lies, they were offering a promotion on Lincolnwood mallI and was offered a one day trial for $1 to try the equipment and got a discount for using the spa, it was ok for the day but what they dont tell you is that all the information they ask about you including your credit card in order to get the trial is used to hook you up into a membership without your consent and without any explanation or details about the promotion. I found out later when I checked my bank statements that Xsport fitness took money or I should say stole money from my account, I found 3 transactions in just one month for $49.99 each, when I talked to the manager, a white chubby guy, he said they were charging for subscription, first month and annual maintenance, unbelievable!! He wasnt unable to help nor to give any refunds. This people are real scammers, they base everything on lies and not explaining the details about their deals. Im open to join any class action against this skunks and encourage to do so, so they will learn not to reap people like that .

Both Skokie and Niles locations are not enforcing facemask ordinance. Very dangerous for COVID virus as is spread through water droplets when you breathe. It is ashame Xsport is negligent in safeguarding their members.

Im trying to get a new membership am over 60, and I only would go twice a week. They could offer this age discounts because Im in and out in 1 hr. Would like to get a massage. But they wont budge in price. I cannot afford to go. I guess Ill just use my treadmill at home

Dont come here unless you can come when pretty much nobody else is. Otherwise be prepared for a workout thats about twice as long as it should be. They didnt order nearly enough equipment to handle even a moderately sized crowd, let alone the type of crowd a gym this size can have. There is no excuse to only have one set of these important weights. There are tons of 45 lb plates but extremely few 25s, 10s, 5s and zero 2.5s so dialing in your desired resistance is a challenge. Machines break and stay broken for weeks it seems. The experience would be much improved if they did any kind of enforcing if putting weights back and/or people not hording multiple weights, but the employees couldnt care less they just dont want you bothering them when theyre sitting up front on their phones. And this is a premium location!

Pathetic first experience at this location after Covid. Its a regret to be a club member of this GYM. $1 down can literally prove value of surrounding. Machine are broken all over. Its not at all clean. Disgusting surrounding. I ask XSport to take action to fix equipments ASAP or i ask for my money back.

I got huge and jacked at xsport fitness.

I went as a guest and loved the set up. Lots of available equipment, staff were courteous and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was conducive to a healthy, work hard environment. The washrooms were clean and toiletries were always available. Definitely a recommended gym to check out.

The front desk was a big help to me by offering to replace my membership tag that was torn. He asked to do it unsolicited because my tag was so beat up. Showed great initiative! Very good service and thoughtful. He replaced it while i worked out. Thank you.

Finally they are open in Skokie on Touhy avenue (after closing last March) however their most important feature is closed ...The Whirlpool. Is there a danger of infection when the water is 103 degrees and everyone is wearing a mask? NO. NO NO

I like since it reopen, less people are there now. The place is cleaner since they changed the hours and its not 24 hours any more.

I’m pretty disappointed with my experience this morning at x-sport but I have a love hate relationship with them for the last couple years. I currently work out at another gym that is STELLAR with keeping the gym safe and healthy to be in during these unprecedented times. So my standards are extremely high. Not only from experience but for my own personal reasons.I was super pumped to sign back up and start classes again. When I arrived there were 2 staff members. The gentleman I spoke with this morning was wonderful. Super informative and friendly. I was told the Zumba class would be 10 maximum. My class was full. 20 people. Fine, everyone was on their square and everyone had a mask! Great!Speaking of, not one person in the gym was without a mask, so that is great.My issue is the lack on cleanliness and upkeep to do so. There is absolutely NOT one single hand sanitizer in the facility. There is about 5 sanitizer bottle we all have to share and NOT once did I see a staff member going around to clean. You guys are absolutely not following CDC guidelines. I was told this morning everyone is cancelling their membership. There is a reason for it. You need to make people feel comfortable during this pandemic. You dropped the ball xsport. I have to cancel my membership. Call corporate and maybe even the health department. I think this is more about this location. They have always been a problem. However I can’t speak factually about this since I have not gone to another location.Some suggestions that my other gym have:There are tubs filled with sanitizer solution with individual bottles for people to use. You drop them off in a dirty bin at the end of your workout and the staff wipe them down. There are hand sanitizer stations EVERYWHERE! Someone walks around and does nothing but wipe machines down and use a backpack spray sanitizer. There is more then two staff to keep it clean. The locker rooms are on a time schedule for cleaning. I was there an hour and a half and not once was the locker room or bathrooms cleaned.Anyways, if you don’t care if you catch the rona. Feel free to go. If you do, do NOT go! The class was the only thing I would ever go for and they need to follow limit restrictions.I highly recommend calling your customers as well that are dissatisfied.Stay well everyone.

Oh my god, this fitness company just ripped me off. I cancelled my membership already a month ago( I personally went to their fitness location on Elston to cancel) and now in August, they charged me twice! I am not going to let them go this time. I will complain to cook county consumer fraud department and expose them through social media also. I have the video of myself, requesting the cancelation and now credit report of double charged in two days.

Good place to work out but sometimes ugly smell in steam room, swimming pool and shower room. The clerks are almost friendly exept some ones are not polite

I have been a member for 3 something years, i like the location, clean environment. They were closed for awhile and finally open recently. I dont have any complain about this place because i tried other location while this location was closed but not too happy. We all got affected from COVID the least we can do is to undertand the situation. Im just happy that this place is finally open.

I was there at this location on Touhy today, I have been their member for almost 7 months now. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, I couldn’t get enough time to use their gym services as it was closed. However, last week I tried calling customer care service just to know when they gonna open so that I can cancel the gym membership as it’s still too risky at this point of time, keeping social distancing in mind. So I tried calling at this location and there was an voicemail saying “it’s closed due to COVID” . But still, while checking on my by bank transactions I came to know that I was charged $49 for Xsport, the services i never received or used in almost 6 months now.I agree Xsport didn’t charge me for last 5 months when they were closed. But, I had no idea that they have reopened last week. If they would have informed me when they are going to open, I would’ve been there on day 1 for cancelling my membership.I wasn’t informed through mail, e-mail or call that the Gym has been reopened. Today when I visited this location and tried to explain the situation, the manager was very rude and was not at all in a position to listen my issue. He simply said “we reopened last week on Wednesday and informed all our customers through email, your due date was on 15th so you have been charged, if you want to cancel the membership please let us know we can do it now and he processed the cancellation “.The email which me and my family members never received. Due to the poor communication and rude attitude from the manager me and my brother went ahead and requested to cancel our membership right away. Very disappointed, Would never refer anyone in the future, especially at this location.

This place is typically PACKED. It is fine for a good workout but you wouldnt want to spend too much time here. Machines are clean, the towels are about the size of a washcloth and the weights are usually either missing or completely out of place. Because if the location the demographic leaves a poor impression and explains the somewhat funky smell in the locker room. Some of the lockers are bigger then others but those usually have the same lock on them for months which means people basically treat them like their personal lockers. Club needs a bit of a facelift but overall an ok experience.

I think because of covid-19 guide lines. The gym felt lonely. Nobody hardly there. Still felt iffee about using the equipment.

The trainers here take a lot of extra time to explain everything and discuss in detail which I really appreciate. The room also has a very nice atmosphere which makes training fun! Wont look for another place!

Stay far away from these thieves!They offer you a free week but before you know it they charged your credit card $100 and make up these rules that if you want to get your money back you must visit four times and come into the facility to cancel even if youre out of town! It seems Im not the only one complaining about this issue! Try any other Fitness but not this one! They just rip you off before you know it.

Staff need to clean this place more often. At night it gets terrible. I like the location and gym itself. Has almost everything I need to work out. Please add little more politeness to staff and cleanness to the gym. Haven’t seen trainer on duty either.

XSport is the worst!! very dirty gym and on top of that once you join they charge your account with bogus fees (maintenance fee, yearly membership fee, locker room fee) which they dont mention during sign up. Also, the cancellation takes 3 weeks ( can you believe that??).

Walked in without a mask, clearly had extra ones but instead tried to sell one to me, how cheap.

Very clean not to busy depending on what time you go the hours are decent and the representatives are friendly i definitely recommend and ask about theyre promotions if they have any

I honestly never write reviews but I feel I must because XSport is an absolute SCAM. They have me sign what is supposed to be a trial where for $20 I can try it out for a month then if I do not like it worse case scenario I am out $20 if i cancel within the 30 day period? Seems like a good deal right? WRONG! I was charged an additional $200 (not a typo) and when I called to get the charged reversed since I did cancel within 30 days they refuse to refund the charges. The cancellation is process is a hassle itself, since the only way to do it is to send in a letter via certified mail. The facilities are also pretty dirty. I highly recommend going to any other than a XSport gym.

This facility is the WORST EVER! Tonight my husband had his wallet stolen out of the locker room. The locker had a lock on it and it was picked. In speaking with Tom the manager, he tells me that his staff walks in and out of the locker rooms all night to avoid these types of situations, however 6....mind you 6 locks were picked and personal effects were stolen, so how often is your staff monitoring the locker rooms? Constantly you see staff congregating in the front and back doing nothing, which tonight was no different. When I brought this to his attention, he did what any respectable manager would do and hung up on me (small chuckle). Apparently, you do not need to have any customer skills at all to work here and you dont need to do anything to protect your members. * My husbands new iPhone was stolen off the treadmill last year, when he bent down to tie his shoe. They were unable to assist with that as well. Its not the place, its the people who run it..they suck. Corporate really needs to do something, because there are plenty of gyms around, that cost more, but do a hell of a lot more to try and protect their members and offer good customer service, they go hand in hand, you cannot have one without the other. My suggestion, take out the lockers and replace management. You would be much better off.
