We had a terrific experience with ServiceMaster. Sam and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was prompt with his initial response, took the time needed to carefully inspect our basement and describe exactly what was needed, and completed the promised work under budget and to perfection. In addition to a job well done, he also seemed to treat his crew very well. He was careful to make certain we knew their names before he departed, and the entire team was professional and communicative any time we had questions. Highly recommended.

Who knew rugs could look so good...Sam and his crew were amazing. We had all our rugs cleaned by them. Highly professional and our rugs have never looked better. Better than any other service we have used in the past. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

Sue was easy to work with. We needed a deep cleaning on my parent’s home before putting it on the market. It had been neglected for some time and was a challenging job. Sue and her team did a great job and gave us exactly what we requested and more. We would definitely use them again.

We hired ServiceMaster to clean some very dirty commercial kitchen appliances! Wow, they scrubbed and scrubbed until they looked almost brand new! We are almost sad to use them as they look so perfect. ServiceMaster also stripped and sealed a linoleum tile floor and it looked beautiful. Additionally, they power washed some kitchen carts and shelving and they came out great. There team is VERY polite and friendly. Also, when we needed a bid they were able to get someone to us very quickly which is very helpful when you are trying to get a job started!

ServiceMaster by Simons has been one if the best companies Ive worked with. They have always been extremely reliable and quick to react to any of our needs -- and at very reasonable prices. A couple of years ago we had a sprinkler head break at one of our properties downtown. I called, they were on the line right away, and had someone at the building before myself or my engineer got there. Saved us tens of thousands. I highly recommend these guys.

My experience was wonderful. Simon was knowledgeable and comforting. The staff was polite and arrived shortly before they were scheduled. The equipment they offered was key to removing the skunk smell that took over my home.I would use them again (hopefully i wont need to though) and i recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.Great job Service Master!

We used ServiceMaster by Simons twice. Once to prepare our Chicago co-op for sale; the second time to shine it up for the buyers final walk-through. The crew were friendly, professional and so good at what they do. It wouldnt surprise me if their expertise isnt one of the reasons that our apartment sold so quickly.

ServiceMaster was awesome !On an early Sunday morning my toilet overflowed really terribly - dirty water 4-5 in the whole bathroom.Within less than an hour they had a technician at my home and within 20 minutes he had the bathroom completely cleaned and restored, AND the toilet working properly.Couldnt ask for better service in any way !!

Bill & Fabian were professional, very nice and did an amazing job on three sectional couches, a chair & ottoman & two rugs.

What can I say! We had a terrible Egg left on Stove accident by my nanny, my entire house was full of smoke! Sam and his team came in and literally cleaned my house from top to bottom. The detail his crew did was priceless. I hope I never have to use him again, but in the need it do, I would not hesitate. Very professional team he has.

Nasutsas team did a great job cleaning up after the build out of our new psychotherapy offices. Everything was meticulously wiped free of residual dust and debris. They took special care to make sure our floor-to -ceiling windows thru out the offices were gleaming. And the vertical blinds were hand wiped panel by panel. The team was respectful, timely, accepted last minute requests with grace and helped make our move a wonderful experience. They even did a walk thru with me to make I was satisfied before they left. I highly recommend them for your next new environment.
