I have had the pleasure to work with Peter from All Dry USA on several projects. As a property consultant that works with both residential and commercial clients, I have had, on several occasions, the need to call on a mitigation company for various water, fire and mold jobs. Peter is very knowledgeable and professional with excellent communication skills. His team has always provided great service and in a timely manor. This company was amazing. I am a first time homeowner and when water started leaking from my unit into my neighbors garage, I had no idea what I was getting into. Peter was incredibly patient and explained everything they were doing. The work was great and the prices were fair. When I had to leave town unexpectedly to take care of a sick family member, Peter was easy to work with and helped me by coordinating with my friends who had my key to make sure he could continue the clean up while I was away. They went above and beyond what was expected and made a difficult time much easier. I hope to never need a water damage specialist again, but if I do this will be the first number I call.

Professional, expert team! A Plumbing failure flooded our basement. Peter showed up in about 15 minutes and they got to work. They handled the insurance and all the details. They were polite, thoughtful and efficient. They made sure that moisture readings in all affected areas were good before wrapping up. Insurance covered and the process was seemless. Great job! The services have been great and I anticipate they will continue to be as we work on getting my kitchen ceiling dried out from a leak caused by the unit above me.The guys were contracted to be out between 9am and 10am. They showed up just before 9am and I was impressed by that. Colby and Jamauria came in and assessed what the job would need, went back to their work vehicle and came in and got right to work. These guys were good and they knew it, really taking pride in their work. Clean cuts in my ceiling, only took up the amount of my flooring that was needed. Once finished, they even cleaned up and it looked like a professional cleaning crew had been there. I was also pleasantly surprised when Peter, the Branch Manager showed up to check things out and say hello. Thanks guys!

They were installing my drywall in after they finish there are several uncovered screws and damage drywall they scratched my walls on the way bringing the drywall to my basement and took one month to finish a one room
