I dont know how this place is still in business. They dont do a very good job at preventing things from becoming problems. Instead they bill for things that should be included and they bill us even when the issue is their own techs fault. Makes no sense. They are okay at putting out fires for things that are critical. When you escalate to the business owner, she points the finger elsewhere, but has not accountability to actually solve the issue. There are many other providers out there, find one that is responsive and owns their mistakes when they make them.
Bosslady has no real sense of how to treat people. She thinks just because she pays well people will put up with the blatant disrespect. Not me lady!
