This guy is really unbelievable. Super responsive and extremely intelligent. He can fix anything computer related and hell give you options so you feel like youre making a good choice. Ive been so happy with Ray and North Shore PC services for over a year. He handles my dental office and he takes care of all my personal computing needs too. The entire experience has been nothing short of amazing.One instance really sticks out in my mind where we had comcast here as well to work through a problem and Ray ended up helping them solve the problem. Ray is very reliable, knowledgeable, and polite IT. Unlike most ITs he returned out calls on time and answered all of our questions patiently. We hired him to wire our new office, install the workstations, and complete the set up. He did excellent work and saved of a lot of money in the process. I had an appointment at 6 PM. I said that was the earliest I could make it. I was late, by 45 minutes. I did not call, i was in the car. That was my fault. I had hoped that your listed hours until 8 PM would mean that I wouldnt be too much an inconvenience. I was at your dark office when I did call. I was pretty suprised by your rudeness. And you wont reschedule? Okay, you dont need more business. Ill make sure to spread the word, best as I can.

Ray is very knowledgeable and reliable technician. He helped us out with our network problems, extending the Wi-Fi in the church and simplifying the whole setup. He is very caring and fair person who is always trying to do everything better and save you money.

I have two computers and two laptops at home, and lately I was experiencing some computer network issues. I found these guys in google and last week they came and did a great job. Appears that one of the computers and the router were infected by a virus. They did their magic and now all work perfectly well. They suggested to install some additional wifi access points, so now the whole house has a very good wifi connection.
