Bonnie and her guys have been real life savers for me. It all started after I got my first bathroom remodeled, I needed shower walls put in. The bid from Tub Hub and Tile was much more reasonable than the other companies I got bids from, when I got a response at all.They came out to measure, and since also needed my floors refinished I asked about those too. But of course since it is an old house it didnt stop there, I needed some other repairs, to the basement, and then a pipe burst and I needed a new bathroom in my basement too. Sigh. Ultimately we ended up doing a LOT more work than Id planned, but it got done quickly, and to a high standard.Through it all Bonnie was very helpful, working with me to make sure we saved money where we could but also made the necessary repairs to get my house looking sharp and ready to be put on the market. And it does look sharp, they did an amazing job refinishing the floors (they look like new.) The basement bathroom is gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches.Her guys were friendly and easy to work with. They did a lot of little things for me that were a big help like replacing outlet covers, repairing lights, cleaning the furnace, all stuff I would have had to hire yet another person to come out and do. They even helped me move some of my furniture.I couldnt have gotten my house on the market without them, they helped with everything from shower walls, basement issues to painting and blinds!

The concierge experience.Once they know my goals and disclose what they will for the quoted price they run with it. they call when they need my input, but I am not being constantly asked for decisions on minutia like some contractors. They are the pros and I have never gone wrong trusting their judgment.

Tub Hub and Tile provided excellent, comprehensive service for resurfacing our entire bathroom before putting our house on the market. They considered details I had not even thought of, including other areas of the house that needed updating for a quick sale. Bonnie took away every worry with her thoughtful and reassuring approach. Her timely and consistent communication, as well as expertise and personalized service, were invaluable. I never would’ve gotten through this process without her.

The tub and tile around the tub were resurfaced changing the color from outdated and ugly to sparkling white, just what I wanted. The entire experience was an A+, due to Tub-Hub’s proprietary method of GLAZING tubs and tile. My initial call was promptly returned, the process explained, an estimate given and a date for service made at my convenience, no lengthy waiting period. They were extremely accommodating. Actual service on Monday went off as explained in every way. PROFESSIONAL and very CLEAN. The results are outstanding ! My outdated and not matching tub and tile were transformed into a uniform transition color in the bright white to medium white family. My green tub and tile are now gone forever-----I am so happy ! They look like new and no MESS ! The service was totally professional -----I am amazed with the outcome. I believe their work quality is even superior to the last time we used them. DONT USE this company. Had the tub done 5 years ago. The guy that did it initially had to come back after a week and fix the mess ups. Should have known then. A year ago it started peeling around the fixtures and on the back of the tub. John and Bonnie will not respond to phone messages or emails. Based on other reviews I am not the only one that has had problems.

We had them do our tub and it looked great. It started peeling on the outside, then around the drain. After a few months, a big chunk peeled off the side. It took us months to get them to address this issue. They finally came and redid the work after we threatened to have it done ourselves and send them the bill. The tub looks good again but they damaged my window sill and refused to replace the caulk they removed. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Came to give us an estimate for some shower work. Said he would call the next day with the cost. Over a week later and still no call.

We had our bathtub refinished by Tub Hub and Tile in Oct. 2013. THEY DID A BAD JOB AND THE PAINT STARTED PEELING UP ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. They tried to blame their poor work on us and did not honor their warranty. Do not do business with this company as they are overpriced,. do bad work, do not honor their warranty and are difficult to deal with. Do your home work and check their reviews on Yelp(click on not recommended) and the Better Business Bureau( F rating.) I wish we had.

Work done over a year ago to a house a purchased was completed improperly and very cheap. The bathtub finish is already pealing (they blame using basic household cleaners) and the shower tile cracked underneath my toes after 2 months of regular usage. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO HELP!!!!! The man on the phone is a complete jerk - does not want to work with me - and abruptly hung up on me stating that I am totally confused and not know what I am doing. I have sent two emails in which both went un-responded to and it is impossible to have a intellectual conversation on the phone with them. They charged the previous owner for work - and then claim they DIDNT DO IT! Stay far far away....

My kitchen countertops needed updating from formica to stone. Two local kitchen remodelers told me the job was too small and they were only interested in total kitchen renovation. Thankfully, I found Tub, Hub & Tile and Bonnie Lamondi. Bonnie educated me about the various stones (marble, granite, quartz, etc). Once I felt comfortable with a plan, Bonnie got busy measuring for my new granite countertops and scheduling installation. I was so pleased with the results of my kitchen update, I decided to redo my bathroom using Tub Hub & Tile.Working with Bonnie and her crew was a pleasure. Bonnie shared excellent ideas for design while being mindful of my budget. Her crew of workers were courteous and professional.Thanks for all your hard work!
