I contacted Marfa and my initial interaction was with a guy called Will. He was great and on top of following back. I was remodeling my whole kitchen and working on a time frame, for everything to come together. My experience with the staff calling back was from 3-5 days and that to going to the main manager. They may have great products but they need staff that calls back! It’s been 3 weeks from my initial contact and now given my business to someone else who has the courtesy of following up. I truly tried on numerous times be it phone or email, and it scared me that if I paid I would never hear back! Don’t waste time on a company that can’t return calls!

I worked with Marfa cabinets and I love their work from understanding requirements to installation. This is the first time I remodeled my kitchen since I had horrible old style kitchen and now with their quality cabinets and design I have sleek European Style looking kitchen with ample storage space. I cannot thank enough to Yuliana for keeping patience with our changing mind and requirements and she is just super experienced and helps creating great designs and Alex is extremely helpful. My neighbors came to see my kitchen and they just absolutely loved our kitchen. Thank you for giving us our dream kitchen.
