They are a super wonderful auto collision experts. Very helpful and always keeping the customwr informed about the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car due to an accident.

Avoid this place by all means. I wasted two weeks waiting for an estimate. They took pictures of my car, I provided the insurance case number and adjuster contact information. I never got the estimate and they never called me back.

My experience was terrible they fix my truck supposedly the quarter panel and bumper but the way they returned my truck looks that just want the money they fixed in 2 days and when I asked them why my quarter panel still show little bubbles on it they told me they did the best they can do. So basically that was it but they charged to much for that job. I will never recommend this shop.

Matt fixed my exhaust system, made the car really great and made sure that everything was on point. Ernie was the man! I was extremely impressed. They took care of me. Super friendly, and professional. The only issue I had was that the receptionist rarely wore her mask, which was a little unsettling. However, there was a screen put up as a barrier, so I will let the face mask issue slide for now. As far as the quality of service, this place has you covered!

I cant say nice enough things about this business. I was rear-ended and the drivers insurance brought me here for repairs. They work seamlessly with the rental company, keep you updated daily with texts on the progress of your car, and do overall phenomenal work.I hope not to have body damage again in the future, but if I do, I will certainly bring my business here.

Really great service. Customer service made getting my car repaired painless. Front desk handled the paperwork efficiently, had enterprise bring me a rental, the body shop workers explained every part of the repair process in detail. I also received text updates of the repair process.On top of all that they finished the repairs a day early and returned my rental for me! These guys are the best!!

This was my first experience at Fix Auto, Skokie, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The estimator (Mike) came out right away and did everything through his phone and had an estimate to me in 10 mins. He also emailed it to me, which was very convenient for insurance purposes. The owner (Ernie) even came out to make sure everything went well. I’m confident my Mustang is in good hands. 10/10.

I got daily text messages and my car was completed before the estimated date. They did say they would detail my car, and I didnt find that to be 100%, but truly I can get that done any day and not in the middle of winter.... I was referred by insurance after accident but so good, I now take body work there when my car needs it. Sharp-pencil insurance companies make them keep prices down & parts quality up so you benefit if you bring own car in even without insurance accident. No neon signs; on side street. If you can find it, you’re in luck. Knowledgeable owner’s right there for questions. It’s out of the way but worth it.

Every person I came in contact with at Fix Auto was friendly (even Natalie, who I thought was rude over the phone because she cut me off several times during our conversations, was so helpful). The whole process was so easy that each time I was leaving Fix Auto, I asked, Oh, Im done here? wondering if I had missed a step. The employees were able to share from their wealth of experiences about the insurance process in a way that my insurance company would not outright share with me. When Fix Auto returned my car, they returned it in better condition than BEFORE the accident. As in, yes, they did what my insurance paid for - fix the dent from the accident - but also went above and beyond to clean the inside of my car. This is the cleanest my car has ever been. No doubt that if I have any need for future repairs, this will be my first stop.

Nick and Ernies have always done a great job. I have been taking my cars here for years and they always get it done right the first time! I live way up north but I am always happy to drive my cars to Nick and Ernies because I know the work will be done right!!!
