Amazingly extremely high quality workmanship! They match paint so well you absolutely cannot tell that it was damaged! Great quality control. Professional and very nice to deal with. I have been coming here since they opened, I will not go anywhere else.

George and team did a great job with my car and kept me informed every step of the way. There was some mechanical work that needed to be done that was caused by the accident and George even got the recall work done while it was in the shop so I wouldnt have to take it back at a later time. Car is back and super clean. Would definitely recommend.

This place is legit! We suffered a car accident with significant damage to the car. We were expecting a long wait on repairs, but it was the complete opposite. Went in for inspection on Saturday and were called back for drop off our truck on Monday because all parts were ordered. George was super professional every bit of the way. Kept in contact with us with repair updates. Car was DONE by that same week Thursday! A whole week ahead of the estimated completion date. The car looks fantastic. Kudos to George and his team. We highly recommend this place!

I referred to this shop by my car dealer 13 years ago and recently had to return.for repair of another vehicle. My quote was very reasonable. George is mild mannered but knows his stuff, this also is a great quality to have because the customer is relaxed. He looked for the part got it ordered and I was back in 2 days! The ladies in the front are professional and efficient. I travel 45 mins to 1 hour to come to the shop and it’s worth it.

Great customer service from the receptionist at the front desk to George handling inspection and repairs. They even set up my rental car pick up from their shop. Accidents can be frustrating but they made it easy with no hassle and quick turnaround on my repairs. My car looks great!

George was honest, straightforward and flexible. He squeezed 5 days of body work and painting into 4 days so that I’d be able to have the car back to leave on a road trip as planned for the evening of the 4th day. And the bodywork and painting are immaculate.

Ive used imperial several times, all extremely positive. Their work is absolutely first rate at decent prices. This time, they found a recycled side mirror that perfectly matched my older car....their supplier can ship items to them in just a day. A good office has a great office manager, and they have a long serving and highly organized woman. Great magazines too, to read as you wait (for little jobs, very efficient fast work).

The work that was done on my car was excellent! And done very efficiently. George and his staff are very professional and personable. They are also Hyundai-certified which is important for reselling the car. This is where I will go for all bodywork done going forward!

I went to this place for a scratch estimate. I was told to come in three days. Well I did. The So called GM approached me with a nasty attitude and he didn’t even look properly and he said $700 it is not the money it is his non professional approach. I used to come here before this guy was GM . I mentioned I use to come here and he said so I worked here two years every day!Not in a mood to argue I said thanks and left.Stay away from this guy

I took my car in to have a scratch repaired. Carstar is approved by the manufacturer of my car and was recommended by the local dealer. The price they quoted for the repair was well under other beds I had received. George was very professional in describing the repair they would do. I took the car in and got a call the next day that it was done. When I picked it up, the car was sparkling clean, the tire pressures had been checked, the paint was perfect and I was a fan.

This is the single best body work experience I’ve ever had. They finished a day early, and quoted me $1000-1200 below any competitor. George went above and beyond offering me a loaner, replacing both my wiper blades, and buffing out/painting over more scrapes and scratches than I brought to their attention. 1) The work that this shop did look good! The end result was satisfactory and they checked with VW dealership to make sure everything checked out per the vehicle warranty. But...2)This took the shop two rounds of repairs which lead to a lengthy (more than a month) repair time. No discounts were given. And...3)The lady at the desk was acting suspicious of my check, when I had been specifically asked to bring a check for payment (≈$2000). Then, their system didn’t accept my check. (some antiquated phone system) She suggested I go get her cash at the bank and finally took a credit card. Just a very awkward pickup and no acknowledgment of the extreme wait for the repair.

Staff was friendly, efficient and competent. Their work was excellent and done on time. I was favorably impressed with my experience.

When I picked up my car it looked perfect, ready ahead of schedule and spotless. The repair was done so well, the color match of the paint was factory perfect. I had just taken my car in for a collision repair that was covered by liable party. George, the manager, gave me an estimate for repairs to be submitted to car insurance company. Initially, the repair cost was over $3,300 for what was promised to be fixed. After I decided to take car in, George call me & mentions that they found additional damages once rear was disassembled. The total cost of repair work ended up being almost 5K. This claim was submitted to insurance company obviously, but their overcharging was ridiculous for minor fixing. Also, Im not sure if the actual repair work promised was completed or they just fixed my old damaged parts and rearranged back.

Ive used Carstar before, also with great success. My front fender needed work, and the work looks great. The turnaround time was also fast. The only thing was my insurance company said they had sent a check, Carstar hadnt received it yet, so they were going to keep my car until its paid in full (I wasnt able to pay the entire amount myself, can just afford the deductible).They were also good at arranging rental and because of Covid-19, Enterprise comes directly to the shop. Very convenient.The payment issue might have been a USPS issue, or a communication issue between Progressive and Carstar, but in the end, I got my car and Im really satisfied with this shop! Highly recommended!
