We have had nothing but trouble with this system. This has been a terrible ordeal for my family and this company has no integrity or accountability for there unprofessional actions. It’s like we have purchased a lemon. We have to take legal action if no one repairs our system. Please do more research about this company and there service department before using this company. We were told that this $10,000 system was top of the line and this system was compatible to my home, but that is not true and I’m tired of begging and pleading for help. This is a very stressful time with the pandemic and other things now this has added more unnecessary stress.

My AC stopped working on a 90 degree day and it was after hours. Topline was able to get someone out to me ASAP and the after hours trip charge was so reasonable compared to many other places I called of which many were double! To add to this, Sam, the responding technician left a lasting impression because not only was he prompt and knowledgeable but he went above and beyond. Helping both in the moment but also to share future concerns for consideration without ever pushing an up sell. And he was on point because I could confirm how cooling worked per room and much of what he expected to be happening with cooling my house as it exists today...was indeed the experience I was familiar with. He was knowledgeable, genuinely interested in helping (not pushing), friendly and polite. Because of this great experience, not only would I use them again and refer...but when I’m ready to upgrade to a more efficient cooling system, I would trust both the expertise and that I’m getting a good price. I called Topline HVAC and booked an appointment with Sam, next day he arrived on time He was able to show us different makes and models of both air-conditioning units and furnaces and find the best models and deals for us. They installed Trane Xc95m unit energy efficient . It was truly a timely and phenomenal service and we been very satisfied and happy with it unit saved us money on Electric / Gas bills. I paid for a boiler inspection and cleanup. The technician asked me for a vacuum cleaner because he forgot his. I found that odd because he was there to clean the boiler. He could not take my credit card because his card reader was not working. I told him I will pay him in cash, but he had no change or receipt. Not very professional

Be careful with this company. Scheduled them for a cleaning of my furnace and to inspect what I thought was a burnt out fan. The technician confirmed that the motor was burnt out and it would be roughly an hour of work to repair and he would call his sales office to provide a quote and part for the repair. The technician then told me it would be $820 for the parts/repair plus a service call feel of $89 so about $910 total. I asked the technician for the part number and looked it up online and confirmed the part costs under $200. When I called up the Topline sales office to ask for details on the pricing, and why it would be so expensive for an hour worth of work and a $175 motor. The person I spoke with refused to give me a breakout of the cost between parts and labor, and would not share any more details besides saying its a flat rate (which would equate to cost to $700 per hour for the technician). The technician than did a 10 minute cleaning of the furnace which was just using my vacuum to suck up dust in the exposed areas. To top it all off, when the technician left he said his manager let him know they were running a special this week and could replace the whole furnace for $3500, but the pricing would go up after this week. Hopefully no one falls for that. Was able to shop around and find another option to buy the new part and perform the installation for a third of the price. Total scam, be careful.I would also say that reading the other reviews, most of them do not sound very legitimate, this is one is true.

Not recommended. Outrageous prices for simple jobs. I would advise finding a company that wants to keep your business rather than see how much they can get from you on job #1. Also looks like a good number of the 5 star reviews are from friends of the technicians. I fully expect a defensive (fabricated) response to this but please just be aware of whats going on here. Find a technician from someone you know or in your neighborhood.

Such precise and detailed duct cleaning! I couldn’t have been happier. The guys were very polite and made sure to detail clean my ducts and the area surrounding my vents to ensure that they captured any dust/pet dander. I highly recommend Topline and will not look any further for future needs. There’s no way you can possibly be disappointed in their service. I wish I had the option of giving them more than 5 stars!

Topline has been instrumental throughout the communication process. They have supplied me with full confidence in them. I just moved into a new home and needed my plumbing and electrical configured in certain areas of the house. They sent out a technician that was proficient in electric and plumber. I like that their technicians are trained in multiple fields. It makes things much easier and cheaper on me, the customer.

We have had Topline out twice once for major furnace/AC replacement and also for a plumbing issue. Both experiences were wonderful. Repair person was knowledgeable and did a thorough job both times. And an added plus was they clean up like they were never here. Both jobs were handled in a timely fashion. Would recommend Topline to anyone needing this type of service....

Called them to do a repair on my furnace b vent. My storm collar seal was worn and leaking when it rained. The leak caused an elbow and approximately three feet of vent to corrode. All I wanted was the corroded pieces replaced. They advised me they would only do the job if they were to replace all venting down into the basement. I have a two story house and that would entail ripping out walls. It would be thousands of dollars to do that. Why would I spend $$$ to replace pieces that don’t need it. I told the tech I wasn’t interested in replacing everything. I’ll look elsewhere for service The dispatch fee is ridiculous. I will never use this company again.

Todd was fantastic. He was friendly and professional. My dog loves that he had a treat for him when he came in. Todd performed my winter check up and educated me about my heating system and what needed to be done to make in run more efficiently. He took the time to explain the repairs to me and that was appreciated. I will request Todd for future check ups!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Topline.After my furnace went out, Marcus assured me that he would get me the best furnace for my budget, while promising to install the until so that I would not be inconvenienced and left without heat during our negative temperatures this year.A few days later, the agents were scheduled to arrive with between 8-10am during the morning of the install. At 8:30am, I received a call saying they had received the parts in time and that they would need to cancel.They assured me I would be upgraded to a nicer unit because of the hassle. We rescheduled the install for a few days later. This time the agents arrived 2 hours late. After spending the entire day trying to install the unit, the agents realized (at 9:30 at night-- and after being at my home for 8+ hours) that the furnace they picked up did not flow in the correct direction.They assured me they would have the correct unit the next day and that it would be a simple install, as all of the work had been done the day prior. 2 hours max. Nope. 10 hours later I finally had heat. Even after 10 hours, the technicians were on my roof finishing the install. I asked the technicians to leave -- it was now 10pm in a condo with other families -- and they insisted on finishing their work.I cannot say enough negative things about this company.Across the board, I encountered unprofessionalism -- starting with my first interaction with Marcus.Save your money and go somewhere else.

Best electrical support I’ve received from a contractor. They were a full service electrical installer. Walked me through the process and charged a reasonable rate. If I knew it was this affordable, than I’d take the professional route every time! Will be using them again!

Had a vent cleaning today by Todd and Deon. Have never met more friendly and pleasant workers. They worked very fast and didnt leave any trace after they had left. They also loved my two dogs which is a plus for me.

I was referred to Topline by a friend who had used them in the past. My furnace went out during one of the coldest periods during the year and I needed to get someone out quick. I called late evening and was promptly called back the following day before 9 am. I was able to schedule a technician to come look at my furnace that same day. The technician was very professional and broke the news that I required a new furnace. He was able to immediately refer me to one of their sale representatives who also was able to come same day. The sales representative was very helpful and took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the best option. The installation was scheduled that week and two technicians came out to replace my old furnace. The replacement went smooth, with both men being very professional and able to quickly remove my old furnace and replace it with the new one. The job went smoothly and when they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the part of my home that had gotten a little dirty during the work.I would recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues and will be using them in the future.

Todd was able to teach me so many things regarding hvac maintenance. Him and Richard was there for more than 4 hours and made sure everything worked perfectly fine. Yes, they sell you a lot of stuff but again its their job to do that. Todd was honest and told me exactly when to replace. Very helpful! I had some other company came in and was trying to sell so many things without giving me solutions. It is very difficult to find honest ones out there.

We needed new boilers and a water heater quickly, and they were able to start installing them the next day. We had duct cleaning service done at our home. The technician explained the process and was very professional. He put booties on to not dirty our floors and cleaned up after himself. He also explained technical information about our HVAC system without making it confusing -- and without up-selling anything. Overall, a great experience; would highly recommend.

My father-in-laws heating was not working and we called Topline. They came out same day and provided a Free HVAC Tune Up and got the furnace working again. They also provided an indoor air quality analysis and suggested duct cleaning to help improve our system. They also provide Electrical and Plumbing services.

This company has saved us TWICE from the most frigid days of winter -- about two years ago and then again last night at the outside of the 2019 polar vortex. On top of that, their prices seem fair and reasonable. If you need prompt or emergency service, call Topline.The first time we called, it was early Sunday evening and I noticed our downstairs was exceptionally cold and the radiators werent pumping out heat. It was one of (if not the) coldest nights of the winter, and we had a 2-year-old child. My husband got out our laptops and called at least 6-10 HVAC companies that touted 24-hour service. For most of them, you have to talk to an answering service that knows absolutely nothing and asks you a bunch of frustrating questions. Then you have to wait for someone who knows anything to call you back. You have know idea how long thats going to take or even if they can make it out to your house that same day.With Topline, we got right through to a real person who worked for the company, and they were able to have a repair tech here in a couple of hours. We had heat back on again that evening.The second time was last night -- right before the temps were supposed to drop to -13 before wind chill. Again, I saw that the temp downstairs was 5 degrees lower than the thermostat was set for. We could hear the steam moving through the radiators, but there was no heat coming off them.Unfortunately, we couldnt remember Toplines name and couldnt find a copy of the invoice from their first repair. So we called a different company that had done a maintenance service on the boiler in the fall. They couldnt have anyone here until this morning between 8 am and noon. As cold as it was outside, we knew we needed to try and get someone here last night or risk a very, very uncomfortable night and frozen pipes in the kitchen.I finally got online, looked at my year-end credit card statements and found Toplines name there under Home Repair. We called them, and once again, they were able to have a tech out here in about 2.5 hours. He diagnosed two possible problems, drove back to his shop for the needed parts, and had restored the heat in about 2 hours.Thanks to the way the company is set up to have techs truly on call 24/7 and to the tech braving the arctic weather, we had heat again as of 2:30 am. We will not be losing Toplines number again!

Charged me a surprise fee for coming out. On the phone is was only supposed to be the inspection price, when he came out, he charged me a fee in top of the inspection charge and called it the fee for driving to us. Thats something that was never talked in the phone. Also talked to my neighbor about MY AC and heating. My neighbor used him a few months later and said how he was talking about how my unit is terrible is and how I should replace it. Thats embarrassing to hear from my neighbor. He shouldnt even know about it. I had to explain to him how I used a different service which was a lot cheaper then topline
