I was scared at first because the place was a round about small salons and such around. Any who, Angie was awesome. Never had a half leg wax, but I feel confident to wear shorts an not feel weird about my ugly hair showing. If you need a good wax for these summer hot days. Angie from There She Glows is the best! I went to There She Glows today for a bikini wax and more...The wax started great, Angie was very accommodating and everything seemed clean and comfortable. As the wax went on... I noticed Angie seemed to keep losing grip of the wax strips, which is a big no no as it makes the process more painful. She mentioned some superficial bruising from my very sensitive skin and that it shouldnt hurt. Im writing this in bed with an ice pack on the entire area, it hurts SO BAD.I have had waxing and sugaring both done in my bikini area and have NEVER bruised at all before let alone the dark and bumpy bruises I got from There She Glows. Im fairly certain the bruises worsened from the heat of the wax, and the continuously losing grip on the wax strips.As our appointment went on... Angie became more frantic and rough, applying the wax removal oil roughly (missing lots of wax on my skin, and after already bruising me) it seemed like Angie was rushing, my suspicion was confirmed when she said I hate when I get behind and have to rush through cleaning before my next client (who was actually sitting outside the door, at this point) She mentioned that Shes always cleaned like this, even before the pandemic It seemed like she wanted a pat on the back for doing something that is standing good practice ..At this point I was just trying to be understanding... Until Angie said If you loved your experience, please leave a review! Dont leave a bad one though, things are meant to be discussed first to see if anything can be done to fix the situationSo she only wants people who have good things to say to leave a review.... That struck me as strange. Im sure many other people have had a good experience, but this was my honest experice with her.After all that, the hair turned out to be crooked...(Edit) I would like to take this opportunity to note that Angie has texted me since posting this review; no apology for the experience, but blaming me for what went wrong, and calling me a liar (as you can see in the watered down version in her reply to my review)She asked if I wanted a refund and when I said yes, refused to send one, because she believes I want free services when really, a professional business owner would simply say, Im so sorry for your negative experience, why can I do to rectify the situation I honestly would have been happy with just a coupon or something. Back to the tags on my review, unprofessionalism at its best. BUYER BEWARE.

Angie does such an AMAZING job! She is fast, precise, and clean. Makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed and can work with your schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants a wax! :)

Angie was great! Professional, friendly and a very clean studio. I was recommended to her by my hairdresser. Yesterday was my first time with Angie with a microderm, high frequency treatment, eyebrow waxing and she helped me with a skin routine. I feel knowledgeable about what treatments I had and will continue to use her and recommend her in the future.

What an amazing beautiful peaceful place. She’s extremely knowledgeable about many things but knew very detailed things on how to help rosacea. I have been to many derms n left feeling defeated with no real help. Angie actually wrote all the things I needed to help moisture my skin better. Things that would not bother my rosacea but would help it calm it down. I had Micro dermabrasion done with her and my skin is glowing today! My rosacea is so much calmer some of the bumps have even gone away with the treatment she shared with me to get! I am super thankful for her knowledge, wisdom and care for my skin. You can tell she loves what she does! Go see her and u will be thankful you did!
