Took excellent care of my car, they were through enough to the point that they knew and asked about the 2nd air filter in my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and replaced it. It was absolutely filthy, I was very glad they knew about it since ice only had the car for 4 months and this was my first oil change and check up. The air in my car now blows a bit harder, definitely cleaner and no longer has that little bit of sour odor to it. Thank you guys at Valvoline

If you use this place with no one else in line you’ll get out in a moderate amount a time. If anyone else are in the bays, good luck. I was told to wait behind bay 3 with a car ahead of me. They would get to me in 10 min. they said. 35 min. later with 2 or 3 guys standing around the vehicles that showed up after me on bays one and two got in and had their service started. I turned around and went to autozone. I’ll do it myself. Empire lube down 41st street by the mall is way better.

Ive gone to this location for some time and have always had a good experience- i just got an oil change and coolant and transmission fluid changed which ive never gotten done before but joe sr. Seemed very upfront about everything and seemed very experienced and super nice.

Extremely Expensive for what you get, almost $30 more than any other place I have been to, the workers are also super unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend, will not be coming back. I’m currently sitting here getting my oil changed and it’s been over 25 min for an oil change. They tried to upswell just about everything, and the guy doing my oil looked in my car and saw a fast food bag and a couple water bottles and told me I need to clean out my car. Only came here because it’s the only place open after 6. If you need an oil change after work just wait until your off day and go somewhere else.

I have never had any issues with this place but the last 2 times Ive been here they take forever to do an oil change. Today is not an exception. This employee and customer been talking for the last 15 minutes and nothing has been done to the vehicle. Im about to go somewhere else where they appreciate my time and my business.

Why would you go anywhere else for an oil change? These guys are nice, fast, and professional. Add in the all the detailed spot checks, helpful recommendations, AND you the fact you get to stay in your vehicle the entire time and Valvoline is a no brainer.

I never thought of oil changes as fun, but Jessica and her team made my visit on Tuesday just that. Honestly, it felt like a NASCAR pit stop the way the team worked together. I really enjoyed watching the activity via the multi-view cameras set up on the display. Great pricing (esp. if you use an online coupon). I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Ill be back, and a regular.

I was the only car in line and I was there for over an hour. Isnt this place suppose to be fast? They didnt check my air fliter, windshield wipers. Supposedly checked my tail lights but I know one was out when I went in, and they said theg were all good, still have one out! $80 oil change. Rip off.

I debated a long time on what rating to give. So Ill give the pros and cons. Pros: I had no wait time. I was able to pull up early in the morning and drive right in without an appointment. The Techs were friendly and professional and ran me through the safety check with clear and thorough instructions. I was really happy that there were video feeds of the oil change, both looking down into the engine compartment and under the car so I could watch the oil change. Cons: everything was an up sale. Im paraphrasing What oil change do you want? We have three options. This mid range price is our most popular choice. This part I really shouldnt complain about, but the next part got annoying do you want the radiator flushed? We recommend it done every x miles and would cost x dollars. Would you like a transmission flush? We recommend it done every x miles and would cost x dollars. Would you like the power steering fluid flushed? We recommend it done every x miles and would cost x dollars. And that went on with other recommendations for services they did and didnt even offer anymore. In the middle of their recommendations I said, No, just the oil change. The tech replied, Yeah, I just need to go through this. When they checked my air filter the tech brought me my current air filter and said, Your air filter looks good so were not going to replace it. Then put the original filter back and re-boxed a replacement filter. If the filter was dirty, they were going to replace it without asking me if I wanted it replaced. Air filters are cheap and easy to replace. Every other place I have had an oil change at has asked If the air filter is dirty do you want us to replace it? And the answer has always been no because again air filters are cheap and easy to replace. If I did all their recommendations I would have spent well over $500. I wouldnt not recommend coming to this place for an oil change, especially if you need a quick unscheduled oil change. But if you do come here be prepared for a lot of up sales.

I will never go here again. My oil needed to be changed, my dads getting old so isn’t a fan of messing with it. They tried to get me to buy everything which I just needed an oil change, they said they don’t change oil filters so I would need to go somewhere else. Almost $50 just to do my oil which is crazy especially with bad service.

The people that work at this location are sincere, polite and genuinely want to help. We were absolutely blown away by the service we received when we drove in with smoke coming from under our hood just looking for some sort of answer as to what was going on. It wasn’t a fix they could make there, but gave us suggestions on how to get it where it needs to go safely and again were absolutely amazing people. We will be going to this location for all of our oil changes from now on and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know.

I had read some reviews that this was going to take a long time, but I researched when they weren’t supposed to be busy on google and decided to still go over my lunch hour, I showed up, waited 5 minutes, then had my oil change done in 15 minutes. So fast!! The best part was how nice all the employees were, they really made the whole experience phenomenal!!! 10/10 would go again everything was fire 🔥🔥

I got an oil change from Valvoline today. Overall the staff were friendly and I am satisfied with the oil change overall. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of mask wearing at the business. The young woman, Jessica, that helped me was wearing a mask but the other individuals working on my car were not wearing one. I felt really unsafe, and this goes against the citys mask mandate.

Instead of telling me I had a lot of issues under my car, they let me drive off and my wheel fell off. They could’ve made a lot of money off of me but chose to let me almost die.Apparently I can’t sue because the workers aren’t certified mechanics. Only fluid “specialist” and almost all of them come from 0 background of car knowledge. My lawyer told me I wouldn’t beat the case and to just not go here anymore.Very sad.They were a bunch of young workers, laughing and making jokes, all of the cars next to me seemed annoyed as well.I’ve never been to such an unprofessional valvoline.Pay the extra dollar and go to the real mechanics so when you’re getting an oil change they can advise you instead of letting you literally almost die because a wheel comes flying off.Edit: reading the other reviewsThey never even asked me about every question they’re supposed to. I just got told a price and was told to wait. Lol.

This was my first time using Valvoline and I was so impressed! Linda, the assistant manager, was so friendly and did a great job! One thing that I want to commend her on is how she spoke to and worked with the other employees. They all did a great job and Ill be coming back!

The assistant manager went above and beyond for us today. I didn’t get his name but he was wearing a shirt with the name Zander on it - that wasn’t his shirt. But he came and jumped our car, then later when we had it towed to valvoline, he gave me a ride to the tattoo shop to pick up my cousin who had been with me earlier when he jumped the car. The service was so fast and just so great. 10/10 recommend

We sat in line for 40 minutes last night with 2 cars on each side of us went in before us. They could of at least stopped bringing in cars and just focused on the car in front of us that was having trouble or at least come tell us to go to a different line this car might take awhile. It was a waste of our time. I always take my car to Meineke and now my husband will too.

It was a good experience and they were open on the Memorial Day weekend. The price was reasonable for an Audi. It was very busy and they were extremely organized. Great job. Will bring my Audi here again if needed.

Poor service, they said they would check my tire pressures and didnt touch one. Forced a new drain plug into a stripped hole into the oil pan. Checked no fluids besides the oil, overall rude service. Wouldnt go back.

I only go for an oil changes here, everything else I go elsewhere. They get the job done, and the customer service is amazing! When asked what each item is and used for, I get a prompt answer in laymans terms. Greatly appreciated☺️

After being on the highway for the last 10-months, I was overdue for an oil change. As a result, I called a Valvoline station located on Minnesota Ave while on the highway - 150 miles from Sioux Falls SD. Upon my arrival it was determined my RV was too large to fit into any of this shops service bays.Therefore, I was referred to and provided directions to a Valvoline station on 41st street. The staff was extremely friendly.In fact, after expressing how exhausted I felt from doing so much driving that my aim for a bay might be way-off. An employee quickly jumped into my drivers seat and whipped my 30ft RV into a service bay and began providing oil change services immediately. Although, an employee had to pickup a larger filter from another store. My oil change was complete within 30-minutes.I will be ending all of my long journey returns back to Sioux Falls at this Valvoline oil change station. This station is clean, well staffed and organized. This is the first time that I have gotten an oil change done in 30- minutes.

I like the way they scare you to buy an air filter. They use a light on their phones and as they shine under the air filter they flip there phone so the light doesnt shine through the filter. Great trick guys you scared my wife into thinking we needed an air filter, our air filter wasnt even a year old.

I have been taking my cars here for years. They are very fast, and friendly. The service is reasonably priced for what it is. I had an issue with my bank card one time and they did me a huge favor. I highly recommend their service.

Very fast, oil change was about $20 more than Vern Eide, but was in and out in less than 20 min, compared to the hour and a half quoted wait time at Vern so cant complain.

Absolutely exceptional service

Waited almost an hour for an oil change. The staff was helpful since i was towing a small pop up camper and was from out of state. They aired up the camper tires and checked my truck over pretty thuroughly.

They no longer grease the chassis and charge the same... so I had too!

Staff was incredibly helpful, I had a multitude of questions about my car unrelated to the service I was receiving and they did their best to answer each question as well as they could so I could understand them.Its very easy to find coupons and get a cheaper service as they send out flyers and have ads out.Highly recommend.

UPDATE:The general manager got in contact with me personally and resolved the issue by allowing me to take it to a Valvoline in my hometown and have them fix/replace the pieces that were missing. He showed he was intentional in getting my car fixed and would do what it takes to resolve the issue. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make sure the job was fixed correctly.Went to get my oil change while on a road trip. The mechanic under the car seemed to rip the underskirt and skid plate off the car ignoring the push rivets that connect the skid plate to the bumper and such. There was a heavy tug on my car when they went to take it off which seemed unusual to me but I figured Derek (they told me the name of the guy who was under my car before they started working) knew what he was doing.As I was gassing up that very day about 400 miles later I noticed part of my under skirt hanging down and decided to investigate more to see that there is about 4 or 5 missing push rivets from the skid plate and its barely holding on. One of the push rivets is broken and hanging by a thread to my front bumper which is brand new since the last oil change. Also, one of the connectors for the push rivets has been ripped not allowing a push rivet to be effective unless a new piece is installed.I was weary to take a new car, to me, to a quick fix oil place and this shows why. I have taken necessary photos of where the push rivets are missing and where it connected to the car but are now missing. I will send them if needed.Again, the whole front bumper and skid plate is brand new as of March 2017 and I have the receipts to show. My last oil change before was in January 2017.I would avoid this place. They clearly showed less care than usual.

Took a friends jeep here and they were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They do the work while you wait inside your car. Waited about 10 minutes to get in the service bay and then prolly another 10 to get the oil changed.

BE AWARE OF SHAM REVIEWERS!! All this 5 star garbage. They didnt quote me a price and put in a cabin air filter and charged me 45$!!! for an AIR FILTER! on a 2005 chevy. I went to ADVANCE AUTO PARTS prior and got an air filter for another vehicle for 8.50$ Plus tax! THEN, THEN! They charged me the ridiculous price of 65$ for an OIL CHANGE using MAX LIFE OIL. INSANE CHARGES, STAY AWAY!!! BE AWARE!! They also REFUSED to allow me to return the air filter after install JUST AFTER THE INSTALL. Absolute worst customer service. NEVER coming back and will never recommend to a friend.

Im on vacation and traveled from the East coast to the West coast and on my way back to the East coast. While stopped in Sioux Falls I decided to go for a quick oil change. Upon arriving I was bomberded with questions. The usal name, adress ect....and then turn on lights, left flasher, right flasher, same for rear and press brakes. Then how much air I want in my tires, do I want my air and cabin filters changed. It kept goin on and on...After all this I was finaly told they couldnt change my oil because they werent able to get the drain plug off. Ok I guess it can happen but they should have started with that. After all, I went there for an oil change not to replace my wipers. I dont know if I just happen to go at the wrong time but in the bay at the right of me the attendant didnt know how to reset the service now icon on a Honda Civic and the woman working on a Mini Cooper in the left bay wasnt able to install the oil filter....They all seem in a rush like chickens without heads for some reason I cant explain. Anyway, like I said, Im from out of town so wont be going back there again.
