My experience was not necessarily with this location but with a driver of Midwest Coast Transportation. On the night of Feb. 5, 2018, my husband and I were driving home from Atlanta on I-20 heading West at around 6:30 p.m. when a Midwest Coast Truck came up behind us and began blinking his lights. We were in the left lane and were traveling about 5-10 miles above the speed limit. This highway has signs posted up and down the freeway stating that trucks with more than 6 wheels are not allowed in the two left lanes. There were four lanes in this area, near Six Flags Over Georgia. I dont know where he expected us to go as the lane to our right was already filled with traffic. This driver continued to ride our bumper and flash his lights when HE was the one in the wrong! We were finally able to move to the next lane to our right and watched as he continued to react the same to other drivers. Traffic was heavy and he put lives in danger as drivers tried desperately to get out of this mans way! It was not a good feeling - he was way out of line, not only breaking the law but harassing motorists and putting lives in jeopardy. The trailer number he was hauling was 6697 but I could not get the tag number as he sped out of sight weaving in and out of lanes. I certainly hope that someone at MCT cares and takes action regarding this horrible experience.
Edit- Name changed to CFI, I did 10 years with MCT. Quit to go local and be home. Industry forced me out now. Its ok dont think I could go back to driving. Im to old school.8 years and still out their. Love working for MCT. Wish they would do Driver Appreciation again.
This company was scheduled to make a delivery to me on Friday. I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day. Despite this, they tried for 3 days to change the delivery so they could consolidate two shipments. After my repeated refusal to adjust, they ultimately called and said they had an overnight DOT inspection so they would have to deliver it when they wanted. Not only do they give lousy customer service, they are willing to deceive. If you need something shipped, try someone else. Most carriers try to do what they are contracted to do and care about the customer. This company doesnt.
I have no business with you people, do not spam calling me again.
I did some contract work there.
Been here a year and no complaints. Loving this company so far.
Their driver that was in fremont, nebraska on August 24th at the 1st and union intersection is NOT a good driver. He was at the stop sign and chewing us out as we were coming down 1st street which has the right of way, as we were trying to turn in to union street. Yelled a few names at us. Very professional huh??
My husband has a great DM and the company has been great on my recovery on breast cancer. They keep him close to home when I am not on the truck.
Been with them for over 13 years. You always have your ups and down. I believe you would have that with any company. Some more than others.
Hey I work here!
Witnessed their drivers peeing in the fuel island at the truck stop. Real pigs.
Good place to work
I love working here.
Nothing. MCT Transportation = SLAVERY BY ANOTHER NAME.
Great Company
