For over 2 yrs and in 2 different states I have sat on my porch watching delivery drivers from FedEx deliver my packages to other addresses. This is the worst delivery company out there. And this time I watched the driver drive past my house and then was notified my package was delivered. And guess what NOT TO MY HOUSE! And I get an email saying it was lost in transit. I am starting to see a scam pattern. 2 times specifically with expensive electronics. And I cant count how many times with other packages! Train your drivers right or close your business. Because I have witnesses watching the FedEx driver drive by today and witnesses on all the other times of on purpose delivering to different addresses.

My cake has been at the sorting facility all weekend - didnt come yesterday -and they are closed on Sunday??? really??? why pay extra for FEDEX- ridiculous - time is of the essence especially with fresh food. What a disapppointment

Waiting for my package today, watched the driver pull up to my house, wait a minute, then drove off marking my package as failed to deliver. Very unhappy with the driver, as well as customer service telling me that nobody has contact with the driver, so they cant tell him to deliver it until tomorrow at least.

The worst service. Unwilling to deliver package while I could be home even if I paid more. I had the shipper contact them to let me adjust times and FedEx wouldnt allow it. Every single person i talked to gave me a different answer for every question. I had to drive over an hour to pick up my packages (at my convenience) and I waited over an hour because the driver wasnt at the location when she was supposed to be.

Another instance of a store where the employees either do not know or do not follow company polices and procedures. As a civilian, per ATF and Fedex, I am allow to send a firearm to an FFL or manufacturer FFL. I have done this many times and know the process. Desk staff and the floor manager explained to me how to send ammunition which is different than a firearm or part. Use UPS, they actually know how to follow federal standards and their own company policies.

Got a text to pickup a letter we had to sign for by 10:30 am today and I was there before 9:00 am. They stated it was returned to the sender that morning already. I showed them the text from Fedex and they said they didn’t send that text. The text that was from fedex. Won’t be using fedex for anything from now on.

It was great, got in and out very quickly. The only thing about the ship centers is that they typically wont help you pack, but I guess thats what the pack & ship places are for. That being said, the lady helping me was very nice, complimented my packing, and even gave me tape. Its probably because shes from Spokane. Would ship again!

Have never had an issue utelizing FEDEX for my shipping needs. The ladies are always helpful and courteous. If ever an issue theyve always offered a solution. I will continue to use FEDEX for bigger shipments. The rates are much more reasonable! Thanks guys!!!

If it was possible to give NO stars I would! I have had so many shipments coming from FedEx and I have had the same issue over and over! They leave a note on your door without even knocking or ringing a door bell. Im not sure why they do this, all it does is add to their work the next day, but it has been an ongoing issue for a very long time! I watched out my front window one day as the driver got out of the truck (WITH NO BOX IN HIS HANDS), walked to my front door, stuck a note on the door and went back to the truck. I quickly ran to the door and yelled at him....hey...can I have my package please? He then came back and delivered it. I told him might go better in the future if you knock. Today it happened again, however, this time I was not watching for the truck so now they wont come back until tomorrow. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

Extremely rude, informed repeatedly I had never shipped a package in my life and had no idea what I was doing. The lady at the desk treated me like I was less than a person. So bad I had to ask her to please be patient with me, extremely frustrating experience.

Customer service rep who called me regarding a package which was not delivered (while another package was delivered on the same day at the same time - and I was home ALL DAY) told me that I had missed the delivery and there were absolutely no drivers at all left in the building to deliver it and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager to whom she transferred me without any answer or voicemail. I called the 800 number who was able to get in touch with the facility and wouldnt you know, they DID have Drivers who could deliver it within a couple hours. I told the manager about her lying customer service rep and asked if she could tell the drivers about these things we have called doorbells and if they could use it when they deliver here. Really people - you are paid to ring doorbells - takes less time than writing the door tag; and customer service - you are paid to help fix the problem, not lie about the situation or tell people its their own problem.

Will never use fed ex again couldnt sign for my package online, so now i get to wait 3 more days for it becase they cant just drop it off at a hold location it has to go back to siouxfalls and be re attempted which makes absolutely no sense i want my package today not 3 days. It is mind blowing that i cant just pick it up even if i drove to sioux falls i couldnt pick it up cant believe how terrible fed ex is.

If there was a half star i would not even give that. FED EX is terrible. You can call the 800 number but you might as well dial 1-800 -YOU -SUCK. you would get the same service.

I arrived around 7:30pm on a week day and they had two people working the desk. They were very friendly and quick to get my stored package. The location is a bit on the North side of the city, but overall was very painless to get in and out.Make sure you bring an ID!

The personnel at this establishment have No clue of what their own policies are on line for a Private citizen to ship a firearm! Which you would think that they would since they ship packages Everywhere!In their website Under FedEx Express U.S. Terms and Conditions (effective Jan. 1, 2018) Under Firearms it states that it has to be Direct Signature Or Adult Signature Required Delivery Signature Option. No Markings about the package having a Firearm in it, no ammo in same package, their shipping has to let them no there is a firearm in it. None of these rules are a problem. Being a law abiding gun owner I understand and respect the law. What I have an issue with is a customer service rep telling me that I have to track down a Licensed FFL Dealer and pay him to receive my firearm......IF this is the Policy then it should be stated as such in the firearm Policy! If they dont know their own policy on Firearms what else DONT THEY KNOW??? Are they shipping other items incorrectly for possibly illegal because of their own Ignorance?Dont even deserve 1 star!

They dont even get out of the truck to go to the front door to call the apartment number. Package was unable to be delivered and at one point we watched them pull up and not get out of the truck and drive off. How are we supposed to know your here if you dont even go into the apartment complex or let us know. We were home both times and never once did anyone call our apartment number, or even try to be let in. I wouldnt use this service for anything, they cant even deliver packages in town.

This was the worst experience ever first off I paid over $50 dollars for next day shipping and coming a few days later they lost my package on top of that there customer service was the worst I have ever seen they don’t know what they are talking about literally had to speak to a supervisor to clarify. FEDEX is unreliable I will go back to using USPS this was a complete waste of time.

FedEx attempted shipping my package from Sioux Falls, SD to my address in Brookings, SDshipment required a signature, my roommate works nights and was home all day for accepting the shipment, but apparently the doorbell wasnt rung and they just left a ticket on the doornext business day I took time off from work to be sure that I was there for the package, signed the ticket so it could just be left and the package never even left the facility in sioux falls that day even though it said they would attempt to ship the package on the next available business daycalled support and when I finally figured out how to get a person instead of a robot was told well woops not sure why it did not go out today but apparently it is shipping out tomorrow... considering there was a weekend there was an extra 2 days between the next attempted delivery giving ample time to have it ready to go outannoyed by incompetence and apparently maybe not waiting more than 5 seconds to try and get a signature..future reference, to avoid having ticked off customers try posting the next specific day you will attempt to deliver something if you wont follow the rule on the ticket saying you will attempt the next business day....

Like others have said. Wish I could leave no stars. Takes way longer than it should to receive package (I paid for 2 day shipping) and then my package says its delivered but I never got it. Had to hunt it down because it was left at a random address. Call to speak with customer service and they seem like they have an attitude and tell me they have until Tuesday to get it figured out, but the driver might not recall where he left the package by then so Ill have to contact the shipper and tell them my package was lost. Seriously the worst shipping company ever!

I seem to be having the same issues as most people. Now twice this week, Im left with a door tag and no package. To get to the Benson Rd facility it is a 45 min round trip. The first time I had to go up there I politely asked them to take down the door code to my apartment complex. They flat out refused and told me if it was inconvenient to come up there, to have it sent to the other location to be held but I would have to wait atleast 1 extra day. 2 days later Amazon unfortunately shipped another package via FedEx and I HAD TO GO BACK. This time a different gal took down the door code but couldnt guarantee it would get into the system. They clearly dont care about service. So much for 2 day shipping. These are just my most recent 2 experiences, not to mention other issues Ive had in the past. If there was an option, Id NEVER have anything shipped via FedEx. The only reason they get 2 starts is because my package wasnt damaged.

Went in to ship an item sold on Ebay. Ebay shipping price for FedEx was 21$, then minus the discount for using ebay. so $18 bucks or so. --- I had one person buy twice so I combined shipping, but could not get the insurance since they were separate orders. --- Staff came up with a price at $37. This isnt the first time this happened. Price is cheaper for one item, but if you mail 20 boxes of the same size and weight, they end up charging you more money for each one.

Just Fedex in general, but tracking info states arrived at sioux falls sort facility at 830am Sunday. I checked it repeatedly and on Monday night at 930pm it still had no new info. And it was shipped FedEx 2 day and took 4. Will avoid if possible for all future shipments.

The level of disappointment in their service is outstanding! I payed EXTRA for 2day shipping Wednesday and they failed to make the delivery. I kept up with the tracking an because of wether issues it wasnt able to make it on time. Ok so I go to grab it since they obviously cant deliver it an when I go to pick it up the ladys says Im not able to get your package to you till Monday......MONDAY!? Why cant u just give me my package? Im here...your here? So no refund because it was because of weather issues yeah mmmkay. More like lack of any effort or concern. Screw FedEx. UPS all the way. To bad the company I bought through gave me no choice but to go through your company
