The service was excellent. We needed the computer back quickly, and they turned it around in a day, and the cost was very reasonable.

My computer blue screened and I could not fix it, super worried it was unfixable. The guys who work there know their stuff. I will be returning if I have a different problem. Super professional staff and efficient! Cost was entirely acceptable for the work they did. They also told me they will install updates to the computer if in the future I need it. Id recommend this business to anyone who needs help with their computers. Thank you for helping me get my computer back into working order, Im very impressed!

My work use them and all I can say is that the staff is great. They will do their best to help you out and get on the phone to help you out if your not around the area. I am happy the company uses them. They are still getting better with everything that is asked of them.

When my mommys computer went black she took it to knee jerk computer store near home and they said she needed to buy a new one. Then we heard on the radio that Advanced Tech was giving 20% off repairs if customers would bring in a donation for the Food Pantry. They looked at mommys computer and said it was a virus called The Black Death and fixed it that same day. Mommy saved enough money that I got a Google iPad, I am soooo happy!

I have been with Advanced Tech Inc. for many years. I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I just recently experienced some problems with my computer due to a short I believe was created by a teenager trying to plug the cell phone in to my pc to charge and they broke the usb thingy. Well I called Advanced Tech ASAP and they went above and beyond to get me up and running. They told me what it would cost to fix my pc and gave me options and alternatives and were very detailed in explaining everything. They transferred all my data to my back up computer and kept me up and running. This was all done remote and they came and installed my new computer personally. I cannot thank them enough. They saved me time, money and a heartache! I will never go anywhere else!
