The people here are truly WONDERFUL people. Im a 15 year old girl that wants to learn more about cars and they let me watch some of what they are doing and even let me help change the oils and check the tire pressure. They helped me get some connections so I can find places to work in the meantime until I turn 16. Im super thankful to have met everyone at this shop. Definitely come here, they are some of the best people Ive met.

Not from Sioux falls. We had car problems and went to them, they got us in right away fix our car fixed. Everyone was very friendly and it was cheap for the repair. I would recommend them to anyone

I took my Q7 Audi to this place to get my breaks changed and they said they would take a look at it. The next day, I called to see how much it would be to get my breaks changed and he said it was free. I then was confused and asked how can that be? He said there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and that it needs to be picked up.my breaks were completely out so there was most definitely something wrong with the car. Instead of wasting my time, he could have just told me that he DID NOT KNOW how to change my breaks.

Friendly. Trustworthy place. Have been there twice now. One to fix a fuel line the second to change some brake lines and a heater core. I can be a paranoid guy so for me to trust mechanic shop speaks volumes lol. Thanks !

Fred was very nice & helpful when I came in to get help with my 1999 Mercury Tracers timing belt! They handle repairs, towing & can even sell you a decent inexpensive ride. It was my first time here, first time dealing with the owner but he seemed very knowledgeable & I felt very comfortable with him & confident in his abilities. Ive found my new mechanic!!

They were amazing i was leaving to go out of town didnt have appt. & they got my vehicle in immediately fixed and also replaced a tire that I didnt even know was bad. I highly recommend this shop!!!

I used to go here years ago for all my auto repairs, but I no longer live in Sioux Falls. I was passing through last month and needed same day month done and Dons Auto completed the job for a fair price. Highly recommend!!

Its New Years Eve and my husband is picking me up at the Avera Prairie Center after a day of treatments.The car wouldnt start, a nice cowboy said, I would call Dons Auto. We did and it was after 5 pm and Fred answered the phone (amen) and is taking very good care of us. Thank You Fred for everything!!!! Best Customer Ever!!! P.S. We had to cancel the work on our car. There was a lot of lip service, but no work getting done, it is our family vehicle, we couldnt wait any longer.Then insult to injury, whether out of incompetence or spite we could not get our key back from them, more lip service. Good thing we had a spare or this could have been much worse.These guys are a joke. We will never use them again.

These guys are liers. They give the small local shop a bad name. We are big into shopping local with small neighborhood stores, which is why we forgave that clown Fred the first time he strung us out for 2 week, stating time and time again oh yea Ill call you back on that.This time it was a week, when we finally pulled the plug and asked them to just give our car back. Every day, the same thing, oh we will call you back. We will go to national chain and be glad to pay a little more to have someone who stands behind their word when its given.Dont use them to service your car.
