I gave Amanda/Windows America $2650.00 down. After Amanda came out to my house to measure the windows, and I picked out the ones I WANTED. This was two months ago, I have been trying to get a hold of Amanda at Windows America, I even left a voicemail no, no reply back. I am just trying to find out how my windows are coming a long, but no response ? So I will take the next step, and talk to my attorney, and begin the Process of Sewing her, where she WILL Pay all court fees, plus Attorney fees. While I get my money back in Full !!

When I needed new windows and siding I wanted a person and a storefront to visit. I walked into Windows America in Sioux City, Iowa and was greeted with a professional who was personable. The service and the quality if the product was phenomenal. I appreciated being treated so well. Its been 2 years and I love everything we had done.

After last summers massive hail storm that left all of the city scrambling for windows, siding, and new roofs I had the wonderful experience of working with Amanda and her team. We were in a tight crunch as our house was on the market too. I had called other windows companies and ended up nearly in tears because of how they spoke to me and acted as if my job (an entire house of new windows) wasnt worth their time. When I called Amanda she was easy to talk to, very personable, and made me feel like she was working only for me - even though I know she was probably swamped with everyone else in the city calling too. Throughout the project Amanda was professional, personable, and helpful. Even though the house sold, we closed, the home transferred owners, we had to deal with insurance adjusters, and had a major delay in the custom windows, Im happy to report that everything was able to be installed at the new owners convenience. And when I drove by the old home a few weeks ago, I have to say, they look amazing. Id highly recommend WA to anyone looking for a friendly and professional replacement of their windows.

Windows America is the most Family based company I have ever worked with. We have had our windows for a while & to this day the service is still amazing. They are very professional but more important they are extremely friendly. Please call for an appointment - you will love them and enjoy the beautiful windows.

Made a call about a week ago to get an estimate for my house. Today Amanda was supposed to come and give me a quote. Never showed up! I told them I needed it to be done by 11 because I had to go to work. I called at 1130 just to figure out if there was a reasonable response to why she didn’t show up. I called the store and she answers the phone and tells me that she totally forgot after she called me a couple days ago to verify the date and time would work for me! This company is terrible with customer service! I told them I needed it to be done by 11 because I had to go to work. I ordered a patio door. After talking with friends that had windows put in, i went with Windows America. I ordered my door early March. End of June I was told the door was coming. June 28th was the day for my install. I was told 8:45am. At 9:25 am the worker arrived. He told me the door was not at the warehouse yet. He said it would be there by 11 am. He tore out my old door, covered up the hole and left. At about 1230 pm he returned with the new door. He worked till 3:30 pm, and said he was done. Had to go coach softball. The job was 2/3rd done. He said there was a piece missing for the screen door. I asked about new molding around the door, he said it wasnt with my new door. He said someone else would finish my door later. I called Amber, she said she would get her guy out to finish soon. I asked about the trim, thought that would be part of the door. Amber ordered some for free. After semy door was finished July 24th.
