When you call the local number, you get a corporate answering system that puts you on hold awhile (and eventually disconnected me on my first call). When I tried again and I finally got to a person, she asked if I was in Council Bluffs or Omaha. I informed her I was in Sioux City and she said she would need to send me to that guys voicemail. I left a detailed message and number for call back. 24 hours later I tried it all over again and was told he would reach me within a day. Seem like a long time to you?? I heard from him about 4 hours later. By then I had found a different shop with live people and all my answers right over the phone immediately.

Exceptional customer service and repair. Technician was prompt, quick and my overall experience was terrific! No hassles, no claims issues, and all at the location of my choice... Id use Glass Doctor again in a minute.

Worthless!Called several times to just get a quote. Never heard back. Called a couple times once project was ready for template/measure. Said theyd get someone out the next day and would let me know. Never heard back. No one came. Terrible customer service. Might as well close up shop!

They said they no longer service Sioux City but they sure advertise that they do.... talk about false advertising.

Ive had several windshields replaced here and they always get me in and out right away. Nice guys too.

Called the 24/7 line on a sunday, said bring vehicle in monday morning 8am and have it done in couple hrs...left work to go to there shop on 7th and Neb and when get there they inform me they dont have the glass in stock and cant get it done til weds....thanks for letting me that before I take time off work.....avoid this business, there are many auto glass shops in town that know what they have in stock before they set an appt.

Quick service and works great with insurance.

Took a day off work so they could come fix my sliding glass door. They missed the appointment and claimed they never had it on the books. Not impressed!
