The customer service was incredibly kind & earnest, trying to deliver my package to the poorly marked apartment complex where I live.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and FedEx is taking the correct COVID 19 precautions.

My item was 2 day shipping and have yet to receive it . Called to try and pick it up and wad put on hold for over 15 minutes. False advertising at its best. 😑

I thaught the app to track my stuff was a little confusing. When I tried to call I couldnt get a live person.

This experience was a nightmare. Yesterday I found a tag on my door saying that FedEx was unable to deliver my package. This was at my business outside of business hours. All attempts to contact FedEx to make arrangements to get my package were rejected by their automated phone service. I was forced to drive 9 miles each way, not once, but twice, to finally get my package. I will be asking my suppliers to use a different service going forward. The only reason Im giving 1 star, is because thats the only way I can leave a review.

I live in an apartment building that clearly states that you need to dial up the apartment you are delivering for. I had been waiting for a while for the call and I checked on the status of the delivery and it said that it wasnt delivered due to no one being home. They never dialed my apartment number, they just left the door tag on the door. This has happened for many people in my building. To make matters worse I called them asking about it and they said it was dropped off at a location and I could go and pick it up. I went to said location and it was not there. Please do not say it was dropped of at a location when it wasnt and please for the love of all that is good and holy use the dial PAD when there are signs saying to do so.

FedEx has always been decent with me even though they couldnt re-deliver the package that I wanted. But theyve always been good and message me tell me if theres delays I mean thats cool

Heads up! Google Maps has it listed on the left side of the road, it is actually on the right side (west). Overall experience was fine. Sent my bosss wife directly to this location to drop a time sensitive package off, when she arrived there was an Out to Lunch sign on the door. Probably wouldve been a better idea to schedule a pick up.
