They make 100% over what they pay the nurses and cnas. Making money on the backs if cnas and nurses hard work is disgusting. They offer no benefits and when u try to leave they threaten your license.
I enjoy working for helping hands and the coordinators are awesome. They are friendly welcoming and personable. The other office staff as well are very friendly and this agency is ran to meet the needs of their consumers as well as the employees. The pay is competitive and honest. Good policys in place to make sure their employees are accountable and consumers are taking care of. Thanks for all you do helping hands!
I really love working for helping hands, all the staff go above and beyond to take care of all of their employees. Always caring. If looking for a great agency to work for I recommend Helping hands nursing solutions.
One star for pay every Friday on time, as long as you turn your timesheets in on Monday by noon. Other star is for them getting you plenty of shifts, but I strongly suggest you get a second phone (work phone). So you know its them calling, they may call in odd hours only because they are in desperate need for a cover shift. If you need money, you work it and turn your sheet on time, get paid in a week.Every company has its ups n downs.
As a RN I highly recommend this company.
If i could give this company zero stars i would absolute worst nursing agency out there i guaruntee all of the employees that are giving it good reviews are being paid to do so i dreaded working for this company and will never work for a nursing agency ever again because of them this company sucks
I would not recommend working for this company. The people are very unprofessional, they call you all hours of the day and night to change your schedule, they cancel shifts constantly, and There is no communication between schedulers. Most of the time you arent even told when your shifts are cancelled and you get no pay when this happens!
