Job hunting has been tough and I was getting a lot of nos out there by myself. So while on Indeed I found an ad for an office clerk job through Aventure Staffing. I applied and a couple days later I got a call from Holly. While meeting together she took the time to get to know me and what kind of job I was looking for. She worked with me to find something that would suite my needs and if I said no to an assignment she did not push it on me. This company is absolutely great and I have loved working with them so far. Need helping finding a job, this is definitely the place to go to!

Great people, super friendly and helpful. They actually want to help you find a job unlike some who wont help you at all. They dont judge you and make you feel like you are important. They keep in touch in with you so dont feel like you are all alone. They actually care about you.

I have worked for Aventure for a year back in 2015-16 then again in 2018 and once again this year and I have always had a good experience each and every time I have worked for them. I enjoy working in the medical department and are very great team and make me feel important and valued as an employee. If you are looking for work I would highly recommend them and give them an opportunity. They really value there employees and the company itself is great. I love working for them.

Janet Roepke did an excellent job helping me with my job search. She went beyond my expectations compared to other recruiters that I have been working with. She was responsive, informative, and very supportive. When it came to the interviews, she provided coaching tools for a successful interview. I have been with Aventure Staffing as a certified nursing assistant since 2015 and a certified medication aide as of February 2020. I was leery about working for a temp agency, but I didnt want to work permanently for a long term care facility. I remembered working with a cna from Aventure at my previous job and that is how I choose them. I have not been disappointed. Carrie and Ashley, in the Medical Department, are always going above and beyond. Even the ladies of On Call are awesome. Working for the company has given me the flexibility I needed to support my home and to be present for my childrens most important events.

Ive heard great things on the Clerical, side as well but I have no personal knowledge.) Easy scheduling you have the ability to get as little or as many hours as you need or you can go back and forth there is somebody usually always around if you need to change things whether it be in the office or on call. Staffers / schedulers are understanding and easy to speak with.2.) 0n the other end from my perspective our Staffers work extremely hard to fill our clients needs and make sure our clients have the Staffing numbers they require in their Facility and the Staff they prefer if theres a preference. I was employed with another temp agency, whom I was not happy to be working with due to lack of communication, inability to find me a professional position, and pay discrepancies. I was contacted by Jordan who assisted me. I was hesitant as I thought Aventure was just another temp agency but after obtaining my bachelors degree, I was searching for nearly a year and a half for a good job with no luck, I decided why not.Jordan was able to place me in a professional position that exceeded my pay and benefit requirements in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! The process was easy and I never had to take off work from my previous position, she did all the work for me! In our phone interview, she even did a resume review and even helped me combat interview questions that made me nervous.I am so happy to have been directly placed in a position that exceeded my expectations. Its not only a great match to my skill set, but I am working in an great environment with like-minded individuals. I have highly recommended Aventure to other colleagues and will continue to do.

I cannot in good conscience understand how this company is even in business. They want you to do all the work and they sit back and collect a paycheck. They are extremely rude at there so called interview if you even want to call it an interview. When you are scheduled for an interview at a particular time and they dont show up until 10 mins later for the interview very unprofessional. DO NOT use this company for your employment needs.

I worked on a contract job for Aventure and was never late or missed a day and was let go because someone on the job didnt like me for personal reasons. I passed up long term work to fulfill my contract and when I was let go early, Aventure did nothing to have my back or find me new employment. I was left high and dry. I cannot recommend this company.

Can not recommend this company at all . Apparently they dont get the fact that they work the client since the client is the one who pays their wages by supplying a pay check . The people who work in the office here in Sioux City IA are the rudest people I have ever met .

They didnt pay me my last paycheck... I will be contacting BBB.
