My phone needed a screen replacement. I dropped it off and they said come back later and when I did, they told me to come back the next day because they needed more screens for my phone. So I came back the next day and she told me to come back on Friday which was 2 days later because thats when the screen would arrive, which was fine. So I waited until Friday and I called them in the morning to verify, and they told me that it would be ready at around 5. So I left work to go pick it up and then I was told Id have to wait another whole week for a new screen. It frustrated me because I dont care about waiting, but its the fact that they continued to tell me it would be ready that day and I kept making trips back and forth for nothing.

Quality work, fair prices. Customer service/friendliness was a little rough.

They took longer than expected. I dropped off my phone right after 10 a.m. and he did say they were a couple ahead of me but we finally called after 5 to check. They close at 6 and it was done.

Brought an overheating Note 20 phone into the shop. The blonde lady at counter did everything in her power to NOT to take the phone in for repair. It was bizarre. I assume because it was later in the afternoon they didnt want to take in more repairs for the day. I work for a carrier store. Wont be sending any of my customers there. VERY poor customer service.

Was in town temporarily for work and decided it would be a good time to get the crack in my screen fixed. WRONG. My phone worked completely fine before I dropped it off with just a minor crack, and when I picked it up it didnt turn on. The store associate said it was unrepairable and that Asurion would overnight me a new phone for the $29. Sent me home with an unworking phone to CALL for a new one....makes sense. Jumped through hoops to finally get ahold of someone the next day to try to get a phone sent to me ASAP, and the store still never cancelled the claim, making it impossible for me to get a new one until they do. Now Im only in town a couple more days, without a working phone at all, and not sure if or when Ill get a new one. The $29 fix-in-a-couple-hours sounds nice, but its given me the biggest headache.

In our experience in the cell phone business we always recommend ubreakifix due to their efficiency and unfortunate monopoly in the field/contract with the the insurance company Asurion. There have been quite a few instances of customers coming to our store complaining about the rudeness of the employees at uBreakiFix.. In todays instance a customers camera was broken and once the repair was finished not only did the camera not work but the device is no longer getting service. The customer has lived without the camera for a while so it is unfortunate that not only did they refuse to help when she told them this in the store but when we called and asked if the repair shop could at least take another look at the phone...they refused and said they knew how to do their job. I think the customer and I would have felt more comfortable with a more empathetic reaction to their phone being unusable after the repair. The manager Trey was especially volatile during this encounter and past encounters with simple matters.

Place is a joke. The workers are inconsiderate and unprofessional. I dropped my phone off at 4pm and was told it could take up to 2 hours. I was asked for a number to be called at when phone was ready. I waited for them to call and after 1 hour and 45 min I decided to drive over. I had to drive 25 min so they would have more than enough time to finish if it took full 2 hours... however they decided to close over an hour early without telling me due to bad weather conditions ... which I had to drive in to get there. They did not leave a single call and I had to call them the following day just to find out if it was done... I gave them my phone with 80 percent battery and received it with 5 percent ... they couldnt even keep the phone charged for me ... disgusted with there service and couldnt do anything to make up for there inability to be a professional company

Came in to get my phone fixed around 12 and no one came to the front counter except for a guy named Cole.. super friendly and very helpful. Told me my phone would be fixed by the end of the day. Came back around 6 and some lady at the front desk was very rude to me when I asked if my phone was done.

I was very pleased with Jon and Lori. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Turn around time on fixing a massively cracked cell phone screen was very quick. I was actually surprised by how quick it was done. The finished product looked just like new. Pricing was just what I expected. Nice experience overall.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could get my screen replaced in 2 hours of taking it in to the shop to get fixed. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Gave a phone to them at 4:00 p.m., I was told told it was going to be repaired before the closing time at 7. Waited the three hours, came back 10 mins before closing time and the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called into work telling them Id be an hour late because of this, after some knocking and waiting I got someone to come to the door and I was told it hadnt even been started. Another customer was behind me, he told me he left his at 2 p.m. the same day and they also didnt have his done. They are closed on weekends so he does not have a phone for the weekend. I told the employee to learn to close at the right time and she said I was in the bathroom. Put a sign on the door at least.

Used to really support this place. Every time I call to get help the lady over the phone gives me attitude no matter what the situation is at hand. She lacks general customer service skills and apparently she is the manager. Really gives the place a bad vibe and it sucks because they’re the only “certified” repair shop in town. I’ve spoken to some friends and they also Tell me the same thing about bad experiences they have. Other guys that work there are pretty cool though and they generally do a great job besides the manager.

Really really unprofessional. Poor customer service. Nobody is ever in the lobby when you first walk in. Always have to wait for someone after you’ve been standing around for 20 minutes.

We took a phone into UBREAKIFIX for screen repair through AT&T Insurance. The phone was fully functional, it just had a cracked screen. After waiting for four hours for the phone to be repaired, they returned the phone to us with the same cracked screen, and now the phone will not power on at all. Staff blatantly lied to my husband as he turned the phone in at 3:09, but the person that worked on the phone first left at 3:00? Horrible experience at UBREAKIFIX and will not be returning to this store.

Had a Dell laptop hard drive replaced on 4/1/20. Would not recognize the drive on boot on 5/24/20. They re-seated the drive and did NOT charge me for the fix. Im very appreciative of this business and their service.

Just stopped in to have my phone looked at, the guy John that was up front said I’ll take a look at it, a few minutes later he comes back says it’s fixed, it was just a few screws loose on the iPhone home button he could of told me I needed it replaced but he did not he told the truth and that says allot about a business when I asked what I owned he said nothing talk about customer service!!!

Brought my tablet in to get the glass replaced amd was told that cell phones come first and they would get to it when they have some free time which would be about 3 weeks. I decided not to have the glass replaced here. They lost cash business from the rude lady at the front desk.

I went in with a broken Galaxy A20 screen and it was fixed in an hr and a half. Very friendly staff! it cost $105 to fix but worth it to not have to buy a whole new phone. Unfortunately my screen is once again broken, needless to say i know exactly where im going!!

I broke my screen and got it replaced when I was in Omaha. A week later my phone started over-heating on me constantly and was acting up. I took it to the Sioux City location and the employee there told me that my warranty from Omaha didn’t transfer over since they were different franchise owners. He agreed to look at it and said we would work with me since I traveled 2 hours. Joe looked at it and was able to fix it right away and send me on my way at no charge. He went above and beyond customer service standards. Thank you so much Joe! I appreciate it!

Horrible experience. My wife had a small crack on her screen that was covered by the screen protector warranty. Asurion sent us here to get it repaired.The initial repair was quoted to take just over an hour. 6 hours later, we go to pick up the phone. The gal stated that it did not pass the Samsung water test and that the old screen needed to be put back on and the claim would need to go a step further. Fair enough. But, we had to wait another hour for her to switch the screen to its original.She told me all I needed to do was to go back to Asurion and the $30 screen warranty deductible would get a refurbished phone. I go back to Asurion and they wanted the remainder of my Verizon deductible ($170). She didnt process the claim correctly.I didnt think it was worth the hassle until today. My wifes phone started glitching and went completely black. Her phone is useless. So, I call uBreakiFix asking for them to get a refurbished phone coming. She pawned it back off onto Asurion.After an hour with Asurion, them calling uBreakiFix to walk them through filing a claim properly, I finally have a new phone coming!The staff at uBreakiFix was completely helpless throughout the entire process. All they did was take a phone with a minor crack, render it useless, and tell me to call someone else.I wont be back.

I was quoted for a repair, it didn’t work, they replaced the keyboard ( much more costly solution) but only charged me for the initial quote. I was updated a few times as to the progress of my repair. When it was completed, I was again thanked for my patience . Their honesty is priceless ! Will definitely be back !

Broke the screen on my galaxy s10+Took it to theis place and Joe told me no problem takes about 2 hours. So 3hrs later I came back and all I can say is WOW!! My phone not only has a new screen but they replaced about 85% of the actual phone in the process. This may be a normal thing but for the cost of what they did vs getting a new one...I am 100% SOLD!!!

I came in to get the speaker fixed on my phone. In their attempt to fix it, they broke my screen. I was left without a working cell phone until they could get the new screen in. The new screen was terrible quality, and they ruined the hardware in my phone trying to replace it. After being left without a phone, then having to go in AGAIN to get the screen replaced to try and fix the glitches, my phone is still broken. Even though they are the sole reason my phone is broken now, they did almost nothing to fix the problem. As a poor attempt to pacify me, they refunded me less then half of what it will cost to buy a cheaply refurbished phone. They might be good with other phones, but Ill never trust them again

Phone was dropped off at 5pm, and we were told it would be an hour to fix. We received no phone call when it was done. Went there at 7pm they had just closed. I called the next day to ask about it. It had been done, but no one called to tell us.

After they fixed my screen i was sold a liquid glass protector that came with a year warranty. After trying to get it replaced I was told I shouldve gotten a code to register otherwise its useless. Im usually pretty good about registering for warranties but recieved no information when they originally installed it. Didnt matter to them, still wanted $200+ to replace screen. Will never return or recommend to others.

They were able to fix my iPad mini in a few hours at the last minute. Everything works great and it’s like new.

Im sure their products are great and they can fix phones just fine. But their communication about whats going to be done is NOT! I was told I would just have a FREE diagnostic test done to see if my phone could be fixed and I showed up and new parts were already installed in my phone and they wanted me to pay $150! Without even asking if I wanted all that done! Then when I explained the misunderstanding, the employee became very angry and raised his voice! Unprofessional place in my opinion!

I brought my phone in to get a speaker fixed and they broke the volume button then when fixing the volume button the broke the screen, then I brought my Xbox in and they gutted it and did not know how to fix it so the just shoved all the wires and everything back into the Xbox without putting it back together and gave it back to me.
