I got a cut and it was the worst cut I have ever gotten. My 5 year old cuts better than what they did. I’m never going back there.

Messed up my hair so hard, they don’t even know how to cut

Ive been so busy with work lately, that my hair was completely out of control. Its nearly impossible to make an appointment because of my work schedule. The other day I had some extra time in the morning, so I stopped by illusion. Erma, hooked me up no problem. I asked for a basic fade and she took her time and did it right. (The last place I went left a weird line around my head it looked awful)You know its a good haircut when people keep telling you that your hair looks good. Thanks Erma!

I made an appt. directly with one of the barbers and confirmed with him. So, I went in and was ready to get a cut when he told me he wasn’t doing appointments that day even thought he texted me and said it was fine. I had been very due for a cut and I had to leave and go back many hours later. When I came back he seated me and proceeded to give me a cut and half way through he cut the back of my head with clippers. Then, denied it and said I already had a gash through my head. We kept going and we finished and I looked in the the car mirror and one side was a different length than the other. Not to mention the place is very dirty and patched up, it’s not a nice place to be waiting for hours. Honestly, Dom did me dirty this time and I doubt i’ll be coming back.
