The staff is great, I had a great providing service to those in need. I will definitely come back in the future to volunteer.

Volunteered here yesterday with a group of folks with a group of folks from church. Access the parking lot right next to the firehot to the fire hydrant is a quick right turn right turn going South toward Georgia Avenue

Doctor at eye clinic is downright rude. Its obvious her limited experience has inflated her ego.

Some of their staff is rude. Especially the eye doctor at the eye clinic.

I donate food and clothes there almost weekly. The staff are very helpful! And its a great cause!

I really enjoy volunteering here. The other staff are friendly and true clients are a joy to serve. I love that they are not stingy with the portions to the guests. They get more than enough!

Only been there once with a friend and the fish didnt taste right but was told some days the food is better so i guess its pot luck.

John a volunteer i guest was not helpful to me. he acted judgemental and adgetated. when i asked for help he asked me to wait i waited. after 20mins he said wait another 25mins. i asked is there a problem. he became animated and upset. my conclusion is that john picks who he wants to help and not help. get rid of john. old gray haired caucasian male, with a bad attitude

They really CARE! When you get down and things seem to be overwhelming the people here can assist you!

Very clean homeless shelter. Residents there are different than most shelter i have visited.

I had to go there for official business, so I only went to one part of the facility. As a result I can not honestly rate the place.

Trying to call to donate clothing but keep getting hung up on. Guess it’s not needed here.

The services they provide are excellent and the staff who work there are very friendly and professional.

It is a place where they take care of you with the Heart, regardless of your race or your color. Mr Jon is a very special person. They dress you, they fit you, they give you medical attention, food and a place to be warm in cold weather and a cool place. in hot weather or in a place to be as a shelter for people in my situation (disability) ...
