The donation coordinator told me this office would be open to receive donations on the most recent federal holiday, so I drove a full carload of kitchen goods, bedding, winter clothing and toiletries an hour to Silver Spring, only to find a piece of paper taped to the door saying they were closed.THIS is why there is still so much unmet need even in an area as wealthy as ours, because the people who work at these organizations just too often lack basic organizational and communication skills. People who are efficient enough to make the system work more effectively take those skills to higher-paying options. It would not have been hard for the coordinator to drop me a one-lime email letting me know things had changed so I didn’t waste a chunk of my day off, that he couldn’t bother means this place gets crossed off my list for the future. Sigh. I should have just gone to Goodwill to begin with instead of trying to give refugees winter coats, I guess.

Not helpful they didn’t help us...for the first 4 months they were with us after that they said We can not help you anymore but LSS company help people for 5 years find jobs for them and etc..

They are hiding we Im cantacting them .They dont do a good job

Immigration allows to apply for green card 90 days before the exact day. Their lawyers said me they dont help me to get the waiver if I applied 90 days early. After five years, a big problem came to me. Do not say ok for everything they say.

These organization does not pick up or return calls. I am not sure what their problems are????? There must be a problem with management!!!!
