The Perfect Workout has been a GREAT experience. Ive never been able to stick with any exercise program but doing a strenuous workout for only 20 minutes is completely bearable and Im feeling stronger and healthier. LaGarius is a terrific trainer. He is fun and funny and keeps me on track and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend TPW to anyone -- even folks like me who are historically somewhat allergic to exercise or working out!
