My lower spoiler was cracked by some parking block rebar and needed a general refresh. LG auto repaired it and matched the paint flawlessly. Very happy!

I scratched my car very badly against a pole. They fixed it good as new. The service is very friendly, and they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. The pricing can get a little steep but I think its worth it for such excellent and speedy service.

I needed a relatively small repair (replacement of side mirror) and went in for an estimate. I had to wait only a few minutes before Ed assessed the situation. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all the relevant information, I ordered the part, and it came in the next day. It took only about 15 minutes to install,and I was out of there in less time than it took to drink a cup of the free coffee. All in all, an excellent experience.

I showed up to LG Auto Body with just a soft reservation, but Chris and his crew treated me as their number one priority. The purpose of my visit was to straighten/re-attach the rear license plate on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (since the holder for it deteriorated), and the LG folks were happy to drill new holes and reattach it with no charge whatsoever, even after I pleaded to please let me pay them. This kind of courteous service goes a long with me and I will definitely seek them out the next time I have a collision-related issue/question.

I had a fantastic experience at LG Auto Body. I got in an accident and I had a very short time to decide where to take my car. LG Auto was recommended to me not only because of their great reviews online but also by friends and even my car rental agent. And let me tell you they exceeded my expectations. The team is very professional and friendly. Luis the Shop Manager was very efficient and delivered as promised, he also clearly communicated to me all the details of the work on my car. They were able to obtain original parts for my Miata 2000 and my car looked even better than it did prior to the accident and for very reasonable prices! They were honest about what needed to get done and eliminated the extra work that could have added unnecessary costs. When I got my car, they had cleaned the inside and washed the car so well there was not a spec on it, they even retouched paint on some chipped spots. LG Auto Body was the best part of my car crash. They were always professional, helpful, truthful, and they had great customer service. This being my first car crash, and me being out of state, I was really nervous about who to trust with fixing my car since my insurance company wouldnt ship it back to North Carolina. I found LG Auto Body on the internet and they had amazing reviews. After one phone conversation with them I knew that this was the place I wanted to send my car to get fixed, and even though it was eventually deemed a total loss, they were helpful, polite, and dedicated to my cause every step of the way. These guys are great. Excellent service and customer service. Super quick estimate (on the spot within 15 minutes), and accurate, as nothing changed a couple weeks later when I got the work done. They also have the most competitive prices Ive encountered. My car got hit while parked and LG made the repair process SO easy! There were a lot of things to sort out with insurance and everyone at LG was so understanding and flexible. They were super helpful in explaining what my car needed and helped me navigate everything with insurance. The price of the repairs was very fair and came out to exactly what they orginally estimated. They were available anytime I needed for drop off and pick up of my vehicle and they fixed the damage in one day once I had everything sorted out. They also buffed out unrelated damage on the other side of my car for free and cleaned the interior for free. Will definitely use them in the future! (Added bonus: they are less than a five minute walk from Enterprise if you need a rental car)

Great customer service! Very courteous and respectful which is sometimes rare for a woman to find at an auto body or any car repair shop. They made me feel very comfortable. The repair work they did to my car was awesome. Also got some airbrushing done on my hood and the art work was flawless. I will def be taking my car back to get some more work done in the future.

Heres hoping your auto wont need collusion repair, but if it does, these are the guys you want taking care of your car. They do great work and treat you well. Damage to a new car is always a bit traumatic, but I and my car are fully recovered. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs throughout the process. Someone hit my parked car and left $5,000 of damage. After getting several estimates, I asked LG to do the work. they explained what was involved, how long it would take, and kept me updated on their progress. The result was great, even though my car was 9 years old. They are very thorough. I would highly recommend them, and encourage anyone needing body work to get an estimate from them and compare pricing. Very reasonable and high quality workmanship. They definitely take pride in what they do.

Took my car in to replace a damaged side mirror--they ordered the part and painted it to match my car color in a day, and installed it in less than 15 minutes. Luis and his crew had the misfortune of being chosen by me for auto body repair. Someone backed into my new (to me) convertible before I had gone through my second tank of gas! LG Auto Body is great, and I cant say enough good things about the entire team. I got three quotes to repair damage to the side of my car, and not only were they the least of the three, but they were the only ones who took the time to actually explain the quote and offer options on how to repair the damage. The repair was quick and completed by the estimated date.I worked with Luis (owner) as well as Ed and Chris during the course of the quote, drop off, and pickup, and all three were friendly, thorough, and took the time to address my questions and concerns. When I picked my car up they had also straightened a portion of bent sheet metal along the wheel well, which they didnt think they could originally fix within the scope of the estimate. As Chris and I looked over the car at pickup, he also offered to spot touch a few small chips on a separate door (not part of the initial project) using the leftover paint.Throughout this, Roxy was also stellar on the adminstrative side, answering questions, facilitating scheduling, and even offering a ride to the metro during the drop off (which is close enough to walk).When investing in something as expensive (and generally unplanned for) as body work, it makes all the difference to have a shop that goes out of their way to provide an over the top positive experience. I would without a doubt use them again and recommend them to friends.

Way to expensive even told me if they couldn’t “fix” it they’ll have to buy a new part for a small dent that should cost 500-600 and asked me for 900 to fix that dent and paint and if they couldn’t they’ll have to order a used part cause it might be unfixable how is it unfixable if you’re an auto body you should be able to do it instead went to a regular kind of lonely auto body shop in MD and they did it for 575 and left the work impeccable and told me these shops just rip off for something that’s required small work

This is a very high quality body shop and very reasonable. I have had both my truck and my car repaired and painted here. They provided the towing to their shop. They handled the insurance hassle and provided me with a rental meanwhile. My car was ready from the accident to me picking it up in 3 days. My truck was 4 days. All done with one phone call from the accident site.

The entire crew at LG Auto body is above par. The entire rear end of my scion tc had to be re-done, it was a pretty big job. Luis and his crew were able to get the job done and done correctly in a timely manner. There were a few delays along the way but they always followed up and kept me informed on the progress. Horrible communication, they kept telling me maybe next week to have my car ready and never gave me an actual time of when it will be ready. I took 1 month and 3 weeks. Even after that all cosmetic issues were fixed but my car started to make a squeaking every time I started it and was told to talk to my insurance company. They said they didnt hear anything when they test drove it. All a bunch of BS. Never taking my car there and wouldnt recommend it to anyone either.I have a 2011 BMW 335i

I been going to LG autobody for a while now! I took my red 2006 Mazda 3 for a accident back in 2012 (whole right side and front heavy damage), my silver 2012 Ford focus back in 2013 twice in the same year for a hit and run at my work parking lot as well (dented my fender first time and second time was the rear bumper), and just recently last week for my black 2008 Volkswagen gti for a accident this past January for my front bumper, left front fender, and headlight. Unfortunately last night (5 days later after LG fixed my GTI) someone hit my car in the parking lot of my job in the same exact spot where it was recently painted. My GTI suffered minor damage just a few scrapes .The area i work at has the worst drivers but also the parking lot is kind of small to be fair. FORTUNATELY for me i have someone i can trust to take my cars body to be worked on and thats LG AUTO BODY! Will be taking my GTI to get fixed up at LG auto body, and i trust they will take very good care of my car like they always have done in the past. I work for LG Auto Body and I am the named Dave in the below review from CD Fonseca. The truth is Mr, Fonsecas vehicle is a Chrysler Crossfire which parts are Mercedes made. This makes it next to impossible to get parts in a timely manner. Hence the delays in his repair. We did mechanical repairs on his car that was severely neglected, on top of being modified for speed. There were further repairs needed to which we did not give him an estimate, did not charge for, and did not do the work. Mr. Fonseca would like to blame us for everything wrong with his car, and we simply did not allow him to. Many of Mr. Fonsecas peers continue to use us. The truth is this is one dissatisfied customer among hundreds of satisfied ones. Check our YELP page, and simply ask around, we are BBB Accredited and are in good standing.
