Yessica and Antonio are absolute rock stars. The facility just as spectacular. Everyone there genuinely cared about what was best for me, how to most effectively and efficiently help me through my repair, and the quality of work was top notch. In a day and age when customer service combined with outstanding results is nearly non-existent, Sterling stands out as an example of how old-school values can be applied to a modern day company. They are truly what all businesses should strive to be and should be considered a model to emulate. Dealing with accident damage is never fun, but if you need to, Sterling has to be at the top of your list of body shops.

Excellent experience throughout with Sterling Auto Service. They took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done on my car (even showing me a similar example), completed the work in the quoted time, liaised with insurance, and most importantly did a stellar job on the repair. I found everyone there friendly and honest, I would recommend them without reservation.

After an accident insurance adjuster was strongly suggesting to tow my car to their preferred shop, claiming that car had minor damages and they could be easily fixed. After calling around to a few of those preferred shops, I got a strong feeling, that both shop and insurance are working against me, not for me. I did my research, stumbled upon Sterling Auto Service, read all reviews and decided to visit them personally before towing my vehicle there. At a first glance - large, clean, busy, well kept facility. Normally, at places like that you cant get passed the receptionist. But this was not the case at all. Antonio, the owner of Sterling Auto, greeted me during my initial visit, and worked closely with me through the whole process. He took me trough the shop and explained every step, that my car will go through once I decide to tow it to them. When he glanced at the photo of my car - he called out the repair price, that in the end was about 1k off the actual cost. For comparisons, insurance estimator, after spending 40 minutes with the car was $11k off with his estimate. Mind you, Antonios pricing is very very competitive.He kept me informed on the progress at all times by personally calling me and explaining things in details, as well as providing photos and estimates, and including me into all conversations with insurance so that I was in the loop at all times. I told him from day one- my biggest concern was safety of my family, after the vehicle gets fixed and we start driving it again. As promised, Antonio and his team thoroughly inspected and measured structural body parts for deformation and damages and by doing so, they were able to find alot of hidden damages, that would definitely compromise safety, if not fixed. After list of needed parts and repairs was put together by Sterling Auto and sent to insurance company - adjuster visited again and decided to total my vehicle. (Initially adjuster was convincing me,, that few thousands will make this car new again).When I came to pick up our belongings from the car, Antonio showed me all the damages, obvious ones as well as hidden ones, that were never discovered by adjuster - was so glad we chose Sterling for our repair needs. Btw, some valuable things stayed in the car while in the shop for a few weeks - no issues, in fact this guys gathered all our stuff and nicely bagged it for us, in case tow truck makes it there before we do. Special thanks for that!!! I am looking forward to never needing a body shop again, but if I do - it will be Sterling, no doubt about it. Go talk to them and see for yourself.

I dont deal with body shops enough to know whats good and whats average, so with that said, I found this shop and its owners excellent to deal with. The entire process was explained in advance with care and consideration for my questions. The work was stellar and done in an extremely reasonable time frame. In addition, the facility was clean and welcoming. I could not ask for anything more in a partner. 100% recommend them for body work.

Sterling has been the best customer service Ive ever experienced!!! The staff was extremely welcoming, and they explained the entire process to me thoroughly. They made accommodations feasible for my car to get fixed including dropping my car after hours, talking with my insurance, handling additional logistic details, and allowing someone else to pick up my car since I was on work travel. Knowing that I have an older car, I was worried that the area being fixed wouldnt match the rest of the body paint, but they proved me wrong... it looks like I was never hit and they went the extra mile of detailing the car leaving it extra clean! Highly recommend for being exceptionally trustworthy, keeping constant communication, and leaving my car like new!

Once again, Sterling Auto exceeded my highest expectations!! I have been a satisfied customer for at least 10 years since Allstate Insurance referred me for a repair estimate. This past week, Antonio, the owner, proved himself once again for his honesty and integrity. My 2006 auto, that he has maintained for me all these years, started making unusual noises. Antonio quite honestly told me it wouldnt be worth the money to fix all the things that needed fixing. So wonderful to be able to recommend him for all things -- touch-up painting, body work, maintenance, etc. The waiting area and rest rooms are meticulously clean; Antonios staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous; they will pick up up or drop you off at the Metro. Excellent service here. Brought an old car for repair after an accident. I was very upfront about how much I was willing to put into it. Antonio gave me a very fair quote and did his best to repair the major issues. At the end of the day the car was going to need more work than what we had anticipated to be drive able. Most places would have charged me for the work and let me walk. Antonio reset the car to the state I brought it in, and charged me NOTHING taking a total loss on any labor or parts. He even let the car hang around a few days for the donation company to get there and tow it. If you want a fair deal and great service, look no further!

Sterling Auto made an otherwise unpleasant time (car accident) into a comparatively painless and nice experience. Antonio and his staff were so professional, thorough, communicative, and kind. Their detailed explanation of the process and costs was straightforward and helpful. They gave a realistic time frame estimate but were able to complete the work ahead of schedule, exceeding expectation. Fingers crossed that there are no more accidents in our future, but if need be they would be the first people we would call.

They will call and/or email you information as well. They can explain everything to you and even show you around the shop and their process. Someone had hit my Mercedes s500. I took my car to Sterling Auto Service. It was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. Antonio Was Very Professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. The ladies at the front were very pleasant and offered me something to drink. I started using him when Jennifer, our agent at State Farm said, this guy is great. Ive now used him 3-4 times over several years, the last time recently when we had moderate damage to our car. Weve used him for car damage with and without an insurance claim.Ive told my wife this each time, This gentleman is amazing. You finish with his auto repair experience and you feel like youve just had an experience at the Ritz Carlton Resort. He and his staff are incredibly nice. They communicate with fine manners, professionalism and speed. They keep you aware of the intricacies of the repair process. When you walk into their nice office they are welcoming and handing you things to drink and places to find a comfortable seat to sit and discuss things. I took my vehicle in to Sterling for an oil change. When the mechanics took my vehicle in they noticed that I was in need of an ABS sensor and a lower control arm. Had it not been looked at I could have gotten into a very bad accident. I was very pleased with the customer service. They have a beautiful office and seating area for customers. I will take my vehicle to Sterling for all of my vehicle service needs. They are trustworthy and professional.

I originally went to them after I got into an accident.I called them because I searched for auto body shops near me and they were one of the first ones that popped up and had a pretty good rating.I totally see why that is now!From the phone call to my first initial visit, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Antonio let me know the whole process it would take to repair my car. He also told me that its a possibility that my car might be considered totaled because the cost to repair is higher than what the cars value is (I learned something new, I always thought totaled meant total engine damage from an accident).From that point, it was just a waiting game with my insurance company and even though I didnt have rental coverage through my insurance... Antonio helped me out with that as well. (Theres an Enterprise Rental about a couple blocks down! He called over and gad them pick me up & everything)Cut to today; Once the car was deemed a total loss, I had to go retrieve my belongings. And even while waiting for the mechanic to be done getting the car ready for me to take the items... Antonio and Maria kept me company while I waited. They were super helpful and offered me recommendations for what I should consider getting as my next vehicle.All in all even though my car wasnt actually fixed by them, it was a great experience and if I ever do need work done to my car I know exactly where Im going! =)

We drove our 350 Lexus RX over a stump, and then backed up....This ripped off some of the plastic protection under the bumper, and driving on the highway made the whole thing rub on the front tire. Not good.A mechanic at my gas station in Bethesda recommended Sterling Auto, so I went over immediately. Our car was up on a lift within 20 minutes, Mr. Antonio explained the damage and the repair process, and I was out the door with an appointment in another 20 minutes. Everyone I had contact with was professional and personable, the price was fair, and I had my car back, sparkling clean, in less than a week. And the location in Forest Glen/Silver Spring is perfect - no driving up to Rockville or Gburg. Thank you Mr. Antonio and staff!
