Not enough workers, slow workers, waited for 30 minutes and they didn’t acknowledge me at all before driving someone else’s car in front of mine :/

Nearly every time I have had to deal with getting my tire repaired at the Siloam springs Arkansas Walmart tire And lube They have told me it’s too close to the side wall of the tire. Isn’t that interesting... I asked them to show me! It wasn’t near the side wall! I guess unless it’s dead center they are going to pressure you into a whole new tire. Really! I will do business elsewhere for tires, oil change And any base car need. We need to support small business and it shows.👍🏼

I have used this location many times over the years (tires, oil changes, novice mechanical questions, etc.) I’ve had an instance or two where I felt my job ‘fell through a crack’ but otherwise service and care has ranged from very good to unbelievably good. I’ve had to go elsewhere out of town a few times—they don’t compare to Siloam.

They open whenever they want.

The tire center, from what Ive experienced, is a 2 to 4 hour wait whether they are busy or not. It doesnt matter if you need air in a tire, flat fixed, or an oil change. Service is slow, workers are just standing around talking. The only reason for a 2 star rating is because they usually have an item in stock. No longer will use a Wal-Mart service center.

Cheaper than a mechanic and they get the job done. They got all the tires you need and all the parts and oils and all that good stuff at an affordable price also the workers are helpful nice and really neat overall. If you cant afford a mechanic but need your car fixed I recommend herw

Had a great experience with jolene,hope its spelled right, she wasnt the one who did oil change. But she reset our sensor and put in the washer fluid that hadnt been added. She was awesome

This place doesnt even deserve a star I just had to give one to give my review. please DO NOT go here to get anything done they told me one price over the phone then it was $75 more when I got there. they took about 3 hours to change my tires. While I was sitting there one employee let the phones ring 3 times and didnt answer then I heard him say to the other worker dont answer it cuz I dont want to schedule any more costumers.

Took awhile as expected, it was a hot hot day. I would rather have is slow and right than fast and messed up. Interesting people work the counter and were very nice. I enjoyed my day out. Good peeps.

ZERO STARS!! But had to put one to post. Only 2 people working out of 5 on the clock. HORRIBLE!! 4.5 hours to get new tires... terrible customer service. Manager extremely unhelpful and lacking of all customer service quality. No discount for extended wait. Three of us were there for over 4 hours. One man only needed tires balanced and rotated and was there for 4 hours.

Amanda is a great department manager, she was very helpful and has her prorities in order. Out of all the experiences I have had here she has gone above and beyond my expectations. Great manager and very good at priortizing her customers and getting things done in a timely manner!

I will never go to Walmart auto center ever again. I called and they said I could just come in and wait and get a ticket when I got there they said they no longer were No longer taking tickets or walk INS. It was only 630 they say they are There until 8. And then when I try to price match a Jack that I found online that was priced $10 more in store they did not want to price match it they told me it was not the same thing I had to point out on the Box where it said it was the same Jack made by the same company and the same Jack that was in the picture. As I was standing at the counter someone had come in after me and got their tires mounted and balanced.

I took my car to another Wal-Mart location for balance and rotation and then had shudder problems when braking. I brought my car in to Siloam to see if they could fix the balance issue and they got the job done. They were very helpful and the mechanic who balanced my tires even took the time to talk to me about it. Thank you!

3.5hr wait time for oil changeDrained oil into my skid plate causing a massive mess on my driveway (Did not refund, only took another hour to clean my skid plate)Only hand tightened my oil filter: came completely loose and dumped 2 months later.Do not recommend

There was a very beautiful woman that was just out of this world in the auto center. There was a mix up with my payment but it was never a problem. I love this Wal-Mart. The service and the character of the people working there just outstanding! Anyways gotta go!

I was able to have 2 new tires and a battery installed and out the door in under an hour. The employees that helped me were very kind and helpful even at 7am. Thanks so much!

Do NOT use this place.They do not know what they are doing.Over charged me for package deal on an oil change. Admitted it, but, did nothing to correct it!!!Never had an oil leak before.Now, I do thanks to these so and sons!Stay away!!!!

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Only 2 vehicles in front of mine. Tried to charge extra on top of the package they sell for synthetic oil change for an oil filter. Almost $11extra. This just added to insult. After many excuses thrown out to why it took so long I paid and left. Will not come back. Ill just do it myself like I normally do.

Just awful. Had a leak in a tire that went flat. Had towed to Walmart, which I thought was reputable and large enough to be fast. Arrived at 10:30am. Was told it would take an hour and a half to get me in. Checked back at noon. Car still sitting outside. Had not been seen. Told another hour. 30 minutes later told an hour. All this to patch a tire????? Absurd. Would give zero stars if possible.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We took our tire that had a screw in it at 10 o’clock this morning and never received a call that it was done. I called them back at 2 PM this afternoon after hearing nothing, they replied “oh sorry we forgot to call and tell you but I don’t think we’re going to be able to fix your tire and you’re going to have to come in and get it and buy a new one.” So, we went to Walmart at 2 o’clock after we got off the phone with them to pick up our tire and we proceeded to wait until 3:13 this afternoon another hour and 13 minutes later and they did decide that they could fix it during that whole time and decided to fix it during the last 10 minutes we were waiting. Meanwhile while we were waiting, We saw a bunch of them talking and standing around when we have been waiting all day for a tire that needed a patch.

After waiting an hour and a half they told me they didnt have the kind of oil I need in stock. Also my oil was darker when I left and the change oil sensor started going off when it wasnt before I went there. So Im pretty sure they poured the old oil back into my car, which is unacceptable, but they wouldnt admit to it. Never going here for an oil change again.

Holy smokes! Do they not have proper training? Took them 4 hours to change 2 tires and the price after was over $200!!! Not worth it!

Went in there yesterday, on vacation, with a front tire that was losing air. They took my money but you don’t actually talk to the person who does the work. Next day it was low again. I don’t think they even looked at it, just aired it up and took our money. Turns out it had a nail in it. We could have gotten stranded.

Quick changing a blown out tire. The Service Center opens at 7 a.m. One-tech was 15 minutes late so they couldnt open and get started till he got there. But, quick service once he arrived

I was one of the only cars in the lot and I waited 3 hours to find out that I have to wait another hour at least. All I needed was a patch. This Walmart in particular is one of the worst I’ve been too. I recommend driving another 30 minutes to Bentonville or Fayetteville Walmart’s.

The associates in Wal-Mart are callous and deliberately slow in doing their work for customers. We got new tires placed on our vehicle, and it took longer than four hours. And a few customers that needed oil changes waited longer than an hour and a half. And they were not hurrying around. They were walking around like nothing was a problem. So I wont be going back to Wal-Mart for tires.

Very poor service, lots of people on their phones while there are customers waiting on the service to be done. We needed an oil change as well as the tires and this didn’t get done but after 2.5 hours and there was only one more car at the shop, do not recommend this at all.

These guys did an outstanding job on my car.Refilled every liquid under my hood along with a complete oil change,battery check,tire check and fixed a sensor that broke somehow and even took a vac to my car.Service with a smile and NOT a long wait at all...They know what they are doing and the boss man even showed me how to reset the oil gauge myself!

I pull in theres 1 car in no one else around...i ask for a oil change ...i go get groceries..took me 1 1/2 hrs...they had backed my vechile out of the way and nothing had been done ..had differents cars in bin...i left...

Service is ok, be prepared to wait two hours for any service you would like, the prices are the only thing good about it.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. THE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I went there to get tires put on...all 4 of them. I get there the guy comes out gets me in line and gets me checked in....doesnt tell me what the wait will be. But i dont really care. I just figure ill walk around and shop. Well like 2 hrs later i get called back there and is told they dont have my size tire. The guy that checked me in put in the wrong size tire. So i wasted 2 hrs of my life waiting on these people. I will not be bqck.

No modern tire weights, broke 2 wheel studs, did not tell me nor offer to replace, never gave back my aftermarket lug nuts. HORRIBLE.

Over 2 hours to change a tire, competition is much needed

I called and ordered 4 new tires. Went to the store to have them put on. Very chaotic environment not to mention the unprofessionalism of the employees for example when I arrived a gentleman was outside being very loud and was angry the girl at the counter was talking about how I believe his name was John was making everybody out there very mad. I was told on the phone when placing my order it usually takes about an hour to get four tires placed on your vehicle I know that times can change with being busy but when I did not expect this to witness The employees confusing customers car keys, having the same phone number on multiple customers orders, confusing whos car is whos. One kid was saying a curse word that starts with G and throwing his pen on his paper several times in frustration because he did not know who owned a Subaru and that they had messed up the paperwork. and that they had messed up the paperwork They could place three of my tires but the employee told me that two of my Lugnuts were swollen and that the tools he had were either too tight or too big and then I should take it to a tire shop that would have different sizes that would fit it . I was there in an hour in the store before they called my name to tell me of the swollen Lugnuts and then it took them two more hours to finish putting the three tires on . I do not mind that I have to go to another tire shop to purchase new Lugnuts or to have them place the tire what bothers me is me in an elderly woman were sitting in the lobby of the tire center talking about how bad it is back there and how management needs to organize their employees and teach them professionalism . Almost $600 was spent by me today and leaving very frustrated without even a thank you .

Ridiculous! All those bays and all the employees on duty and it takes over an hour to even get your car inside? They forget to rotate tires but sure dont forget to charge you for it...then put you at the back of the line to correct THEIR mistake?

Absolute worst service. If the employees spent more time working on the cars than talking to one another theyd get something done. Also when you have customers waiting and your the department head maybe do something other than pull 2 employees to hang signs

3 hours waiting for 2 tires that I ordered 2 days ago, tires werent even in system. Whatched 4 couples leave because the last customers have 3 hour wait times as well. Will be seeking local tire shop next time. Absolutely unacceptable

I called before coming in to get new tires, there was no one waiting. When I arrived, there was only one person in front of my car to be serviced. I waited in the waiting room with my 1week old waiting for over 2.5 hours. I find that unacceptable. There were no updates and no explanations for when I saw 4 other cars roll through before they even started on mine.

Poor service and long wait time. I was told it would be an hour but it was over 2 hours for an oil change.

AWFUL!!! I’ve been up there multiple times in the past month to go in and try to get an oil change and it’s always 2+ hour wait.... for an oil change... 2 hours.

Fast getting oil changes

Dropped off my tire with note, I hope they read and go by...went in store and picked up order. Left tire so after its repaired, husband can pick it up. But their never in a hurry....always got to wait several hrs to pick up again. Buzy or not.

Every time I come here to get something done on my vehicle its a 2hr. wait all the time.

I normally have to go to the front because the lines in the auto care are long and they usually have 1 person working the counter but when it comes to questions theres usually someone there.

This place was absolutely ridiculous. 5 hours for an oil change. Everyone acted as if they had no care in the world & taking their time when everyone had been waiting hours. No reason a 20 minute job should take 5 hours.
