Love the new tires, had a great first experience yesterday with my son present, go two tires only because they only had three so I told them I would be there today at 1pm, so I got there at 1pm and set there over 2 hours no comment nothing, while others came in after me were already gone, so I go ask so then they start putting my tires on, (I was not with my son today)So yes I am getting upset no word from any one, so then they go to check me out I ask why today took so long? When I purchased the tires yesterday and they put on 2 tires very fast then today over 2 hours, thats when the I guess Mgr says well I guess thats my fault, apparently they had a new employee that ruined a tire and had to wait for one from Springdale, so I asked why I was not told? Basically oops my bad sorry that was NOT ACCEPTABLE my day is almost over a d I did not have a good experience at all.

These guys are fantastic !!! They were professional, courteous, and very informative. I highly recommend these guys for all your tire repair, replacement and or oil change and alignment needs.From the very moment I walked in they were attentive, answered all my questions, and tried to find me the best deal possible to replace 4 tires on our car. Followed with a full explanation to me of their tire protection/roadside service plan.Every customer that came through their door while waiting he explained in great lengths about who they are and what they do. Bought a set of tire at the location in Siloam Springs, after I left I noticed a vibration that wasn’t there before. I called them and they said to bring it back so when I brought it back they told me I had a bad shock and said they would replace it. I didn’t let them replace it and went to a different mechanic which said there was nothing wrong with my shock. I went to another tire shop they rebalanced my tires because they were out of balance but it didn’t fix the vibration. I then went back to the Siloam location they finally looked at the tires and found a bad one and replaced it like they should have done the first time instead of trying to blame it on something that wasn’t wrong. I then get home after they replaced the tire and my center piece to my wheel was missing. I called them back and they have a new one ordered for me.

I shopped around before purchasing tires from Plaza. I went to get prices and the staff were helpful. When I went back after deciding on going with Plaza, another guy was there and was super helpful. They were able to get me in and out pretty quick for replacing 4 tires on my pickup. Nice and clean.

These guys were awesome. Very courteous and knowledgeable. They asked questions about what I was looking for and how much I drove. They went over pricing before they took my keys - they told me exactly how much I would be paying- which I appreciate. I hate at other shops when I’m sitting in the waiting room stressing about all the extras and options they might try to sell me after or during. These guys didn’t do that. We got 4 new tires and it took about 45 minutes - so not a long wait for a whole set. Great location also. Can get lunch or look around at tractor supply while you wait. I will definitely use them again.

I went to get my car aligned and took like 3 hours. I was never told it would take that long. Thank goodness for restaurants being close by to go get some lunch to kill some time. I am pleased with the alignment on a positive note

Great service! Gary and Jayson were very friendly and professional. Explained services available for additional fees and left it at that. No high pressure sales pitch or trying to get me to buy the more expensive tire. They got me what I wanted and it was done in a timely manner. Good people!

Saturday was super busy. The team remained a positive attitude and continued to assist every customer. I waited 2 and half hours for an oil change/air filter and tire rotation. More on the top $ price range I paid about $100 more than I do at the dealership and they dont /didnt do a # check point like they do at the dealership. They also didnt reset my oil life.

This place was amazing . My husband and I got a flat in the way home right before they closed and Kevin helped us out with a tire and JP and Dan stayed late to mount a tire for us. They stayed 45 min late and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Its hard to find people that want to even work so it was really nice to find these three guys that not only worked but went the extra mile to satisfy there customer thanks guys

Came in 3 weeks ago to get a tire that had a slow leak replaced and one other. During my military training I was gone for an extended period of time and came back out to a flat tire. They never changed the correct tire.Today I go into Plaza Tire Service in Siloam to replace the other two and I ask for a compensation of anything due to the face that they had messed up.The manager, Gary, states “how about I let you change your own tires and I’ll sit there and watch you. Is that some good compensation?”AWFUL customer service especially for someone who enjoyed their services up until now.The manager and staff are awful at their customer service.

The crew went above and beyond in service, far more than Wal Mart ever would w prices that were very comparable As an added bonus we were in and out in a very reasonable time also, which is never the case w Wal Mart. Aces to u Siloam Springs Plaza Tire. I highly recommend everyone give them a try.

This store has to be the cleanest and friendliest of all the Plaza Tires I have been to. I took my RV in for an oil change and they did a thorough checkup on everything. They did all this in a very timely manner and had me out of there quickly. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work

We got four new tires - the service staff were polite and helpful and all things went well. We are pleased. The next day our tire monitor light came on, we took the car by and they took care of it immediately and we’ve had no problems since. Seems like it was a good decision to go there.

To much to say about this place. It’s an amazing experience from the start and they provide nothing but exceptional customer service and a very large selection of tires. The mechanics all take pride in what they do and they do it in professional and time efficient way. 100% satisfied with the service!!

Friendly service. Dropped my car off and came back after it was finished. Didn’t take too long. Kind of expensive but literally everything with cars is so idk how their prices compare. I had a screw in my tire and needed an oil change. They did it and were super nice! I’ll be back.

Had them flush the transmission and change the filter. Great job, old truck runs like new.

Great prices on tires! They charged me to muont and balance but then when my daughter took her car to have it done they refused to mount or balance because they claimed she had the wrong lug nuts. She had just bought her wheels and the lugnuts that went with them. They tried selling her different ones. Then when she refused they told her, her pressure sensors werent working either and want to charge her sixty for the sensor and twenty to put them on. She told them she had the sensors. They continued to try to get her to buy sensors and lugnuts. She took the tires and left, having to pay someone else to mount and balance again.

Great experience! I spoke a lot with an employee named Angus during my time with Plaza Tires and he corrected a problem with low inventory quickly and professionally. I will be back.

Im not recommend anyone out there used plaza tire service because they will tell you that your car bad here and there so we cant fix it. I take my car over to do alignment they told me my outer tire rod was bad. I told them that i just put a new one on. they said well your tire rod is bad we cant get it done. I took my car to a different shop they didnt said anything to me about my tie rod.

I just got my alignment finished and so far they have done fantastic. Told me there was a little bit of a wait but still took less than an hour was impressed with the service. Havent taken my car on open highway just yet to see how she really flies yet (which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5) but great job so far.

Highly recommend this business. Fast service. Not trying to sale you unnecessary services. Military/veteran friendly.

People there was not very welcoming . the coffee that they didnt offer was cold. They tried telling me I had something going out that was going to cost me close to $400.00 to fix. But what they didnt realize earlier that week I had already been to a mechanic.for that very thing. A real mechanic an honest one at that who charged me less than $200.00.. Will not recommend these guys.

Had a flat, tire was ruined. Dropped off the vehicle on the day the tire would arrive. They called stating they forgot to order the tire. Had to wait two extra days. It was inconvenient and aggravating but overall the staff was friendly and did a good job.

They got my 1996 Dakota pulled in quickly and on the lift. Store looked and smelled clean. On the way back home from Tulsa, I started getting a flat tire. Being on the turnpike at 5pm there were no repair shops. Said a prayer and hoped to get to Siloam Springs. Got to Plaza tire, where I’d never shopped, 15 minutes before they closed. Robert, who was apparently the manager, greeted me and Chris, the technician, got me rolling toward a repair. They were both kind, informative, and very helpful. Both stayed late to get me fixed up and back on the road! They earned a new customer and I’d encourage you to try them as well.

I had ran over something while driving home from work. My tired pressure had dropped quite quickly. I stopped to see if they fixed tires and they did it quickly, politely, and for free!

I said a prayer for direction and God led me here. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience there from the first time I called to the moment I paid. Excellent team. I especially appreciated Dean and Chris. They treated me very honestly and I could tell that they really cared. This place treats you like a treasured friend. If you’re trying to decide between this place and another tire place, this is it.

When I called in, the man who answered (on the second ring!) was very courteous and assured me they could help me with my problem and would get me right in. When I arrived he took my information looked at my vehicle, and directed me to the clean, comfortable waiting area. After a few minutes waiting, the store manager came to me to tell me I had a sidewall puncture that could not be successfully patched, and that they had the exact tire in stock that he could put on. He even brought the damaged tire in and showed me the cut. My whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend this shop! When I was leaving, it had begun to rain. The manager, who was extremely efficient and certainly gives husk customers A+ service, drove my truck to the front door, thanked me and handed me my keys. I didn’t even get wet leaving! Now that is SERVICE!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop it took 4 hrs for them to change the oil and change the in- cabin air filter. They never said a word about a wait. Then when it was finally done there were greasy handprints on the dash, glovebox and steering wheel. They also just dumped all of the contents out of the glovebox into the seat and left it there! And I paid $156 dollars for this could have went to quick lube for $95 and they vacuum the vehicle and are completely done in 30 minutes or less!

Two days in a row I went for a front wheel alignment, Two days no mechanic. Staff your store or be prepared to lose more business. I wont go back even though the Manager offered a discount (while he was explaining to an employee that he does things different here than other stores, he does it his way?

Had a tire patched got home tire still leaking. So I checked out valve stem core is leaking after they patched it so I replace it so now I think its fixed. No come Monday morning tire steal leaking air take it to my tire guy and the patch that you put on it was around 1inch around and only cover half of the hole. I will say the guys were very nice.

Went in to get tires, new brake pads and an oil change. Dropped it off at 8:00 got called at 9:30 that it was finished. Came back to pick it up all they did was replace my tires. Asked about the oil change guy said “oh yeah I remember you telling me about that let me take care of that for you.” I said no it’s good I’m done I’m leaving I’m not waiting here for another hour.

I brought my 2003 Hyundai Elantra here for the basic oil change. Keep in mind this car cost me $200 to buy.Expectations Met- I was asked if I wanted a new air filter and was shown the existing one that definitely needs to be replaced. I turned this down because I have one sitting in the garage that I can put in.- It was finished in a timely manner.Expectations Exceeded- I was given the discount without even having to give them the coupon.- The online garage is a nice perk and the service was entered and tracked.- The service also showed up in Carfax > My Car Maintenance. Ive had dealerships that sometimes fail to do this.- The price after tax and $5 discount came to $24.04- I was able to schedule the service completely online. I had some trouble finding this at first, but was directed to the correct page by customer service chat which I really appreciated.Possible Opportunities- The check engine light is on, but no one mentioned this at all.

Just poor communication when I placed my special order tires and today when I went to have them installed. Very little communication and they order and mounted 4 new tire when clearly I only needed 2. They fix it in the end but 2 hours plus about $80 to just mount and balance 2 tires is a bit high.

The staff is always super friendly, but not super up front with all the details. Received an inaccurate quote and the tires that were put on my vehicle were not the same as promised. I don’t think they have bad intentions, but would double check everything.

Parking lot and lobby was clean.I looked out onto the work floor, that also was neat and clean.Service advisors were friendly and helpful. They left rocks in my tires when they balanced them Good chance there out of balance and they also left my new wheels and tires filthy and tried to keep my chrome valve stem covers not too pleased !

I went to Walmart and they wanted 100$ bucks for what I needed done. I went to Plaza Tire service and he did it for not even a quarter of that price. They even balanced the tires . I strongly recommend going here and they even finance if your in a pinch.

Ill have to try them again. Bought 2 new tires, asked to have them put on front, they put them on the back. The Quick Change thing is only if you buy 4 tires????? We were told if wait on the vehicle it would take longer than if you just drop it off. Ill try them again

They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me in and out very quickly I went in at 11 had to be at work by 12 and they had me out at 11:30 highly recommend them and their warranty was great and only a couple extra dollars

Unfortunately, I received horrible customer service. I went in to buy a new trailer tire and wheel. They said it would be ready the next day and would call me to come pick it up. In the end, it took 1.5 weeks to complete, 3 trips to their store and 6 phone calls from me. Not once did they call me like they said they would every time we talked. The manager blamed everyone else and took no responsibility even though I worked with him from day 1. I was excited to have them in Siloam and planned on buying tires for my truck from them but now I will go somewhere else.

The facility was very clean and the desk staff very friendly. This was my first visit to Plaza for an oil change. Upon inspection they showed me two very dirty air filters which definitely needed changing. When leaving, there were glove box papers left in the passenger floor which I assumed were used to reset the “oil change” indicator dash board information. The radio station had been changed and the heater turned off. The passenger exterior mirror was folded in and there were very visible greasy hand print marks where the hood was opened. All these are minor complaints which are easily resolved. It’s a shame the professionalism of the inside staff was tainted by the service tech who actually did the work.
