My Chevy Silverado has 169,000 miles. Sierra Service Center thoroughly checked it over and performed required maintenance. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. They have the latest diagnostic equipment and top mechanics. They excel in customer service.

Stay away from this business like the plague.Paid for repair 8/28/21 and 25 days later I was broken down by the side of the road.The repair on the right rear wheel seal liked again.The warranty would not cover it because the collateral damage done they had not originally worked on, the saturated park pads.I had to cover the cost myself to the tune of 739.03 dollars.They took no responsibility for their repair work.Do use them they come across as professional but they are not.

These guys are great! Fair pricing, quick service and a wealth of knowledge. I used to do my own work, then age and youthful indiscretions caught up. One thing I really appreciate is that, even though they give me a complete list of all they found, they will prioritize the repairs from “oh my goodness, fix this right now to” to “it can wait”.

Called 1 week in advance to schedule timing belt replacement. Made it very clear to use OEM items. Was given a 24 hour turn around. Upon calling after 24 hours I was told it would be noon the next day. I understand inconveniences. Next day I show up at the projected time. Wheels are off, cabin filter taken out, air filter taken out. I did not ask for these items to be inspected. It was 54 hours to complete the task. After inspecting the vehicle I notice the coolant is not to factory specification. I call to provide an opportunity to remedy the situation. I was told Id have to wait.Finale: coolant is fixed, vehicle is driving, lets hope I dont have to use the warranty.

Ernie was extremely helpful and friendly. We brought our van in because it was overheating. They diagnosed the issue and gave us a discount without us asking. Turn around time was 1 day after diagnosis. Total time there was 1.5 days. I would definitely return with either one of my vehicles!

Im new to area and chose SSC based upon other reviews. They deserve all the praise that others have bestowed upon them. I was greeted by name and taken care of promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was treated like family from the start.Just a side note, there is a great Filipino restaurant a very short walk away. Do yourself a favor and check them out while your car is being serviced.

I would have appreciated honesty at the beginning. My a/c was working for literally 2 days before it stopped working and when I call back all of a sudden there is a $500+ fee to bring it back and fix after I already spent $150, confirming I was all set. Claiming you told me about it but all you did was, staple what you called a detail report attached behind my bill that didnt mean much. Why do you think people dont trust mechanic shops? Cant just fix things with out another fee added on top of that because yall couldnt get it right the first time. WAIST OF TIME, WAIST OF MONEY & VERY DISHONEST.

He is out to take money from the customer directly and not use the insurance provided. My advice is to go somewhere else.

I have Sierra Service Center do almost all of my regular repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. There are always professional, pleasant and helpful. Twice now they have gone way out of their way to provide me transportation while my vehicle has being worked on.

They kept needing more time to fix our vehicle, saying a faulty part. 2 bad parts and our total out the door went up twice.

I appreciated that they were able to fit me in on short notice and get the work done on my car before a long family road trip. Price was about right for the work done. Ernie and Robert were helpful and communicated very well. The job took a little longer than expected but they kept the shop open to complete the work on my car. The main office and customer waiting area were clean and spotless and comfortable. I would recommend them for your car service needs.

The service advisor Ernie was extremely professional and very understanding of the vehicle issues I experienced and provided all the necessary options to make an informed decision about how to best proceed. Very clean and organized shop that puts many others to shame. My only criticism is the $144 diagnostic check to diagnose technical code fault issues is not applied as a credit to the bill if you elect to have maintenance performed. I do highly recommend this local Sierra Vista operation especially when vehicle warranties expire at dealerships. A 10% military veteran discount and/or AAA discount are offered off of labor costs and greatly appreciated.

This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair facility.I do most of my own work on my vehicle, but took it to these guys to charge the new A/C I just installed.In addition to that I asked them to check for a small transmission leak and to fix the electrical connection on the AC. One of the pins was loose.The service rep. said they would do a complete inspection of the car and give me a detailed safety and service report. I told him that wasn’t necessary because I was very familiar with my truck.I was restoring it, and less than 10,000 miles ago I installed a new GM engine. I also replaced almost everything fro the firewall forward with NEW GM parts. That included much of what the report they gave me said was in dire need of service. $3300 worth of service to be exact.They said it needed a valve cleaning and service and maybe a valve job. Also the brake fluid and power steering fluid was way past servicing. Both those items would need to be drained, flushed and refilled.The power steering pump, had been replace with a new GM pump, and a new steering box. Even the hose was new before it got fluid less than 10,000 miles ago!Of course the engine as I said has less than 10,000 miles on it and I put a new GM fuel injection spider on it when I installed it. They told me I needed new fuel injectors!At best the people who helped me were stupid. Even though it was obvious that everything under the hood was new, and I told them that. They looked at the high mileage on the truck and just pilled on everything they thought a truck of that age would need.Oh, and the next day when I drove to Phoenix, my AC stopped working! I spent an hour in 105° heat fixing the plug that they never fixed!If you expect, value, service, competency and honesty from your auto service center. Don’t take your car here!

I have been using these guys for years. All the service writers are great and are customer service oriented. They do excellent work and have the highest integrity. Service you can trust.

They kept my car for 3 weeks just to change a camshaft. My car is now making the weirdest noise I never heard. I waisted almost 2000$ for that, now I have to go to another shop.

The staff are all excellent and always friendly and courteous. After the friendly welcome, you notice how neat and clean the whole place is. They are HONEST! Thats huge!! I just had my vehicle in for an issue with one of the cylinders on the motor and was given a quote and I said go ahead. Later in the day I received a call from Thomas I believe his name was to inform me that he had made a mistake in the ordering of parts, and said the new quote is about $500 less. How often to you get that kind of honesty these days? They also picked me up to get the vehicle when it was done. Highly recommended!

Beware I called they gave me a quote 850 ish then two days later I called same question the quote was 16 95 ish for the same work they seen I was a woman heard I was from out of town knew I was desperate and they took advantage of that situation very disappointing I recommend going with autologic

My wife researched an auto shop online as our van needed some repairs done. She found this gem of a shop, with a 5 stars reviews so we decided to give it a shot. I am not a mechanic and dont know a thing about engines, especially now a days where everything is computerized. I have been burned at auto shops where they would tell you that you needed to fix this and repair that or your vehicle will soon be a pile of junk. Not these guys at Sierra Service Center, they checked the van and told me what needed to be done which was the main problem that needed to be fixed. When they found a couple little things that needed to be brought to my attention they advised me first and asked if I wanted to take care of it before they started anything. Not only that but they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the van was done. Awesome, I am 61 years old and this was the first time ever that I was offered such a service.Nice people all around very friendly and knowledgeable. I already recommended them to my friends and family, I will definitely return to Sierra Service Center for all my vehicle needs.My thanks to you guys at Sierra Service Center.

Was able to fix my issue quickly, identify other problems that I have, and not very expensive.

I have taken both my car and my parents car to Sierra Service Center and will always take all of our cars here. I had taken my parents Ford Escape there to replace the brake light. In less than 10 minutes, Ernie and his team had the car done, and at a more than reasonable price. A few months later the same vehicle was taken in to screw a skid plate back to the car, and I was in and out of the door in less than an hour. My car just had its alignment done, and I give them an A+. Their waiting room is very comfortable and they always offer you complementary water and coffee. I highly recommend taking your car to Sierra Service Center for any car repair!

Update: Visited this location again on 1-30-2020. Needed an oil change and spark plugs and the team was really good about helping me out. Fair price and they got me out the door faster than expected. Still chugging after 4 years and still the same friendly vibe. 5/5Visited this location on 4-16-16. Truck was dead and was forced to tow it. Sierra Service Center was really helpful in coordinating a tow, finding the problem quickly (blown fuse), and repairing it. Jim the owner was really easy to work with, and offered great professional upkeep advice and a fair price on all services. Highly recommend this location because most dealerships are closed on Saturdays and for those of us who need weekend upkeep done look no further! AAA location as well. Mom and Pop shop atmosphere with excellent service 5/5.

Bigger than it looks! With one bay on the street side I thought there was no way I was getting in today for a Power Steering flush. But they got me right in and were very competitively priced. Wish you were in my neck of the woods because I would definitely return.

I really hate doing this because the customer service was good and everyone I talked to was very friendly but I was quoted way too much and given incorrect information. I was told I needed new front brakes and rotors. I was quoted 900 for just that. I asked if the rear brakes needed attention and was told they were fine. One week later I take it to Midas and they tell me I need more work than that on the front brakes and need rear brakes and rotors too. Midas took me out to the shop and showed me the damage on the van while it was on the lift so I could confirm I wasnt just being ripped off. For more than double the work at Midas I was quoted only 1200.if I had listened to the techs at Sierra service center I would have only gotten a very partial fix for more than double what I should have paid. Edit: only ended up costing 1045 when all said and done.

An Extremely Professional and competent family owned car service center. I was extremely pleased with their service and workmanship after they successfully swapped my engine in my honda. I highly recommend their service to anyone for any type of problem. Prices are fair and the customer service is second to none and they are the only certified shop in town that will guarantee their work for up to 12 months. The only thing that could make the shop better is if they decided to move to Colorado Springs with me :-)

We took in our Jeep to get the brakes and rotors replaced and Sierra Service Center offers some of the most excellent customer service Ive ever experienced in auto repair. Jimmy was so pleasant to work with and Mike took care of the repairs on the car. They knew the problem right away and even though they were busy they had it ready earlier than I thought. Jimmys wife, Jean, offered me a ride to and from their auto repair, and she was such a joy. I also appreciated that they focused only on what I came in to repair. Overall, very professional and expert service!

May daughter brought her 2006 Honda accord into this shop and they called me with the repair cost. There prices are very responsible and they were very courteous and have my daughter back on the road quickly i highly recommend them (great shop)

Traveling through and brought my 06 Tahoe in for coolant leak and broken instrument cluster lens. Had exceptional reception and the issues were addressed in a professional and efficient manner. Upon inspection Jim and his high quality staff recommended a brake fluid flush. All work was done and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. Sierra Vista Auto is the best place to get your vehicle repaired in southern Arizona!! They drove me to the mall while they fix my vehicle! It needs so much work, but Im going to repair it as I receive more paychecks, so I will be back in two weeks!! They helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle, and they didnt pressure me into having them fix every little thing in one day.

Had my steering column replaced January time frame. Took the truck in for a tune-up back in San Antonio and was told it was badly leaking and in critical need of replacement. The very service I was SUPPOSED to have received at Sierra Service Center. Im quite unhappy with having spent in the neighborhood of $1000 just to have to spend it again 9 months later.Edit: After my review, the staff were very proactive in making my issue right. Even though my repairs werent done through a NAPA dealer, they still worked to get me the full refund. I left it at three stars simply because the original part was close to failing less than a year after it was replaced.

This shop is truly a blessing to me. My car was having battery issues and 2hrs before closing they said they could take my car if I could get it there. The tow service had me there just before closing time. In route to the shop I called to see if they would still take my car and they basically said absolutely, bring it in and well take care of you. My battery was under warranty at an in town auto store and they contacted that store and used my warranty so I wouldnt have to buy another one. Super cool and super grateful. For this I give them 5 stars. Also the owner is very personable and kind.The first guy I talked to on the phone was super frustrating to me. When I told him my car problems and asked if they would be able to work on my vehicle that day... His repeated response was that they are not a tow service and thats not the work they do. Despite continually telling him that I would take care of getting it to them, that I just needed to know that if i got it there, that they would be able to take me. I was grateful that he passed me to Ernie (and Ernie is part of my 5 stars), but for this I give 3 stars.They are super expensive. I was there for about 45 min and the last 10 min was gathering my stuff (I have a little one), signing paperwork and paying. And for them to change the battery that was free, make the arrangements for the battery to be delivered to them, and check the alternator it was $67 for labor costs. All I can think is that I also paid for keeping them late, and thats the only way I can justify it in my head.But on top of that, I repeatedly told them that the issue was more than the battery. That something is causing the battery not to hold a charge. At first they assured me that it was just a bad battery. That the battery posts were lose, even though they werent lose when I checked them before calling the tow truck. Before paying however, I was informed to keep an eye on the alternator because it could be going bad, that its not yet but could be headed in that direction. On my way home, my Check Gages light came on and I again started losing power. Because... Like I said... It was more than just the battery. So I feel that I paid $67 for a bandaid fix to get me home. I am super blessed that they got my baby and me home. Without them, it could have been much worse. But for this, I give 2 stars.In an emergency, I would absolutely use them again. They have great customer service. And they are willing to help. But for everyday repairs, their prices scare me too much. If I paid that much for a simple battery change, I cant even imagine how much I would pay for a major repair. Like I said it scares me to even think about it. And Im sure the owner is going to say that their prices are for quality. But I know places that are more thorough and less expensive with just as high of quality. Quality doesnt havent to brake the bank.

Promised they would have the car done same day, and they delivered! They worked until almost 10pm on a Saturday night. Would go to them again, and will recommend them.

I got my car towed here because it would not start. They were both very friendly and professional. They had fair prices and I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me. I will most certainly be taking my car here for any future issues.

I rolled into town with my V-8 Ford diesel running on only four cylinders, they started on almost immediately, the part required was out of town, but was promised the truck by nine the next morning, and was offered a ride to a motel; I showed up a bit early next day and it was already done, and at the price I was quoted... theyre good guys.

Been coming here for a couple years. No reason to try anywhere else. They keep my 20th Century rigs up and running!
