Chad and Tracey are good people. I had to change the battery in my car. After a day or two, the car stopped running. I took it to Chad and Tracey, thinking it was the alternator or starter. Chad ran a diagnostic and said the battery was bad, some of the cells were bad. I took the battery back to where I bought it. They tested it and recharged it. It took an hour to charge to 4% and then 10 minutes to charge to 100%. And because it charged to 100%, they did not honor the warranty and the manager refused to replace it. I went back to Chad and he called the business and made them honor my warranty and deliver the new battery to him. After all that, Chad only charged me the flat diagnostic fee.

Awesome service and reasonably priced

Chad and Tracy are awesome first they drove us to local bank to apply for a loan..They have fixed our tail lights our generator line and our battery connection. We have been truly blessed to find these mechanics . They have found all the little things that where wrong that we didnt even know were wrong. We are so grateful to have come here.
