Auhsten G did a great job all around in removing, cleaning vents/ducts, and re-installing everything. He was very helpful, courteous & professional. He was able to answer all my questions & concerns while also making recommendations. I will use ACS again & would recommend their services. My only negative would be that as I had paid for the gold package, it only covers up to 12 vents, while each additional vent costs $50 to clean (I had 18 total vents), which seems high as Im already paying $750+ for the service.

Im so glad that I called AZ Comfort Systems to come and perform HVAC & Humidity maintenance on our office build. This is possibly the best service call from any profession I have ever experienced. Another company had delivered a gas dryer and didnt have the equipment to hook it up. Gilbert, who showed up at the same time, undertook this task without charging us. He then proceeded to service our air conditioner and heating unit, and tape up the insulation. Absolutely outstanding.

We have been with them since August 2014. The customer care and service is like no other company. The service revealed a failing part yesterday. The replacement is set to be installed today. We had a home inspection during which a propane leak was found on our water heater. AZ Comfort Systems sent Robert out the next day after my call. He was right on time and extremely efficient. He found a small leak in the matter of a minute and took care of it immediately. He also checked our other propane fittings. We have had our water heaters and HVAC systems installed and serviced by AZ Comfort Systems for over 17 years. They provide consistently outstanding service.

This company is just plain awesome to work with. The estimate, follow-up requirements, and financing available for 0%APR are top notch. Very happy with the work they performed on our home, replacing an old swamp cooler with a Daikin 16 seer combo AC and gas pack unit. We also had them install a Nest 3rd gen thermostat, which has been great to use as well. The install went as planned, the work was as estimated, and the customer service was excellent. You cant ask for much more than that.

Jacob was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and explained the problem with our heat pump in language we could understand. It was 110° on our rooftop. He was here almost 2 hours in the extreme heat. Even the the part wont be in and be installed until Sunday, it was a relief to know that the problem was diagnosed and we got on schedule right away.Arizona comfort originally had us schedule foe a very late evening appointment, however thry called and came during the afternoon. We have a maintenance plan, and saved hundreds of dollars for having it. Would highly recommend Arizona Comfort.

We called for a service on our compressor, when they came out we found out that our unit was on its last legs. We decided to go with a new unit. When the gentleman came out to measure and check for what would be needed dor the install, he showed us everything that would be done and the problems with both our, a/c and heater. Our new unit is now installed and the workers were very professional and informative. They answered all our questions and left the area very clean.

A/C decided to go on the fritz last night about 7pm, called about 4am to get an appointment as everything Id tired has not worked. They called me back and had me setup for 7pm appt, but were able to come about 8:15am and had everything fixed and running by 9am. Very happy.

I was having trouble lighting the pilot lights on both the furnaces in my house, as well as the gas fireplace. Rather than continue to mess around with it, I contacted Arizona Comfort Systems Heating & Cooling because I am preparing the house for sale. They came out the next day, cleaned all three systems and put all three in working order. The technician was helpful and explained the process.

Very professional service and quick turnaround time on the appointment. I had two systems that needed maintenance and the vents needed to be cleaned - they were at my house all day and I am very confident they did a great job. Even though the service took all day (9am-6:30pm), they were very thorough and didnt cut corners. They were here till 630pm making sure it was done right and I was very happy with that. I will schedule with them again!

After explaining the issue he was able to go to the truck, grab the part we needed and replace the part in no time. Very pleased with the service provided by Arizona comfort systems, especially technician Gilbert. This is the second time I have needed service on AC system which is older. Both times I have used AZ comfort systems and have been able to receive same day service, prices are more than fair. Used a different company for an easy fix on a swamp cooler on an income property in SV, ended up having to repair it myself and, other service was extremely overpriced. Will always use AZ comfort systems.

Timely and professional; Technician 5 stars. However AZ Technician and supervisors conducted 3 site visits and did not solve the problem of AIR Flow. Half of my house is providing the correct air flow and cooling, while the remainder of the house only produces less than half of the air-flow. Whatever the problem was AZ Comfort did not complete the job as promised. So half of the house is hot and with winter on the way its going to be cold. Also a higher electric bill due to purchase of space heaters.Yes, they were paid in full. No refund even though there is still poor ventilation.

The technicians installed and tested my new Trane HVAC system and then provided me with all necessary documentation and pictures of the new system (inside and out). They explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. These are the kind of professionals that every business should employ.

My experience with Arizona heating & Air was not good. They quoted me a price to come do a diagnostic, which according to their web site means check your entire system, heating & cooling. Never looked at my AC unit. Took 10 minutes to decide that my igniter was bad, called the office for a price and trippled the total cost quoted. $90.00 is now $280.00. Ignighter replaced,, But...The furnace still dont work. Now maybe the control panel is bad. I quit while I was behind, and still no working furnace. P.S. my ignighter on line costs $30.00 to $70.00.I expected to pay for a service call, parts, and labor. I dont know what else I payed for.Just sayin

Excellent service from the time I called to time of payment. Made a service appointment, several time slots available. Text confirmation after I made the appointment, the day prior, and when the technician was on his way. Technician was very polite & professional. Spent about 2 hours checking wires, and whatever else comes with the unit. Wore a mask and gloves the entire time (covid19). Great service, great company. 5 stars will use again.

We were able to get a same day appointment for our heater. Abraham arrived on time and was very helpful. He found the issue right away and took the time to explain it to us. There was no pressure to use their services for the repair but left us with a quote and allowed us to think it over. Awesome customer service!

Overall he seemed efficient, but I think if the A/C was off it would not have blown huge amounts of dust and debris around the house. We have had to dust and vacuum every surface in the house. Might offer that advice to him for next time.

He called prior to arrival (good thing), he checked the blower blades, which didnt need to be removed and cleaned, and he also checked the vent connection to ensure it held.
