I dealt with Joe from sales, and he was great.He was very responsive over email, very organized, helped find the best discounts, friendly and professional.I was ready to purchase replacement windows which I thought would match my other recently installed Pellas. On measuring day, it was discovered the existing windows would not match since they were full frame and not replacements. Joe worked through a bunch of options with me with all kinds of questions. In the end I decided not to proceed, but would certainly recommend freaking with them as it was a very nice life pressure experience.

We love our new Pella windows and slider. After nineteen years of putting up with drafty and difficult windows it was definitely time for us to replace many of our home’s 39 windows. Pella has a quality product line, solid support, and a great ability to illustrate and explain their process from start to finish. We felt zero pressure working with Joe and Jonathan. They were both very knowledgable and great to work with.We did speak to several other window companies previously, but it was difficult to verify their credibility and quality. We always felt pressured during those conversations to act as soon as possible. This was absolutely not the case with Pella. Joe was very easy going and never once pressured us into making the investment.

We had a very tall heavy slider in our kitchen that was very hard to open and close. The handles even broke from the strain. We had it replaced with a Pella slider and the quality is so apparent and it it so easy to open and close-which we have to do constantly to let our dogs in and out. We love it. The installation team was excellent.

I am in the process of having Pella of Shrewsbury install 9 windows on my currently screened-in porch. I chose this company because 12 years ago I had them replace all ten windows in my house and it was one of the smartest things I have ever done. As in the past, this time I was fortunate to have a wonderful new sales rep in Ben Ricard. I can’t say enough of how he is the consummate employee. He traveled to the outskirts of his area to meet with me, listened carefully to my concerns, made great suggestions and recommendations, and explained the whole installation process in simple detail. Due to the different sizes and unique quality of my windows I will have to wait until January 2020 to have them installed. Not a problem, it is well worth the wait! We have Pella windows/door in our home. Called today and spoke with Shrewsbury store re: replacement window that came apart. Was told we could buy the window but they dont take small jobs we would have to install or find someone to do it since they have a $4000 minimum.Thanks Pella for valuing your past customers when they have an issue with your product!

Two years ago I bought a main entry door at the retail store. People there was friendly and willing to work with me (Hi Ben!). After I placed my order, on installation day the team arrived early and it was very friendly. They performed a superb job, everything was cleanup and the door looks amazing. Overall it was great a experience and I am looking forward to place a few more orders in the near future. It definitely beats the customer service I got a the major hardware stores.

Ben the representative from Pella was knowledgeable and showed us options within our price range. At end of 1st meeting he left us with details and did not push us to make a ‘quick’ design. Would recommend talking with him if you are window replacement searching.

Purchased new wooden windows from PellaI was amazed that the screens for the windows didnt fit the opening ! A second set of screens were sent and only one fit correctly. On windows costing over 9000.00 you would think all the screens should fit ? Finally Mary the manager found some material to to stop the mosquitos from coming in.

Five years ago we were looking to replace most of the windows in our house. We had looked into different brands (Anderson, Harvey, etc), and found Pella windows to be the best. We went to the Shrewsbury Pella Showroom after a friend highly recommended them. We worked with Glenda, and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly or been more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We ended up purchasing 11 windows, many of them being custom sizes, and weve been incredibly pleased with the quality and look of the windows.Last year we were looking to replace two windows in our house and again went to Glenda at Pella. We had the same experience - it was smooth, fast and we are again very pleased with our windows.Recently we had one small issue with a window (a stress crack in one pane), and even though we had installed the windows ourselves, and five years had passed, Pella (and Glenda) were able to get us a replacement pane very quickly and easily.Pella as a company has been one of the best that weve worked with.
